Welcome to my life. Yeah. [Music] Welcome to my life. Welcome to my life. Yeah. Welcome to my life. Welcome to my So, welcome to the Father's Day pickle ball tournament vlog. So, we did this last year and I remember saying that I was going to practice because I got demolished last year. I did awful. And I said I was going to practice and come back better. Well, I did not do that. I have not touched a pickle ball paddle since last year when we played. So, this may be bad, but my back is feeling a little better. So, maybe I can move around a little bit. These other jabronies over here, I know Jaden's been playing a good bit. I actually don't think Mike has played as much. He's been working more. I know Colin and Gavin went and played not too long ago. And then LA, I don't think she's played at all either. Mike, have you played recently? >> No. Last time I played was last year. That was it. >> That was it? >> Yeah. I just went back through my like camera roll memories to see if there's anything I can find and only the last thing I found from pickle ball or even being at these courts was last year we came with Harrison. >> Okay. So, >> it was lit last time, >> but he was smoking everybody. So, he he still may have the skill level. >> I'm out of it now. >> All right, guys. We'll figure out the tournament. We'll figure out who's playing what, when, where. So, stay tuned. Let's see who who wins the Father's Day tourney. >> Here's our randomized sixperson double elimination bracket from Chat GPT. fire. >> So, there's all the players, the fam. >> So, round one, we have Micah Jr. versus Jaden, and we have Colin versus Gavin. Look at this, baby. You saw it was randomized. Me and LA get direct buys to round two. >> So, I'll play the winner of match one, which is Micah, Jay, or Jaden. Crap. That's the two toughest players out here. LA will get Gavin and Colin. >> All right. And then there's a losers bracket. All that good stuff. Let the games begin. All right, these two boys are warming up. Got Gavin and Colin over there warming up. And notice, look all the black tank tops. Yep. The tank top turnney. They all going to lose. LA and I got the gray tanks. Guess Jaden forgot his tank. They're still warming up. Jaden been practicing. He got that swing down, boy. Two zero. God, bro. Oh, just barely out. >> Oh my gosh. >> LA, how you feeling about this turn? >> Great. I'm not losing this year. >> No losing, she says. >> I'm not getting last place. >> Solid third or better. >> Gosh, 10 zero. I already thought Jane was going to smoke every year. >> Oh, he got one. He's going to rally. >> Oh, that was a nice serve. >> Yeah, it is. >> Oh, that's a nice serve, Jaden. Where'd you learn that one? >> In the practice. In the practice range. >> Dang, dude. He been practicing, y'all. >> Wow. >> Nutmeg. Got a whiff. He just got megged. >> Come on. >> Oh, Gavin, I saw that. >> Is that four or five? >> We got to catch this last point. >> Oh, Mike is losing points like crazy over here. 40 with Colin. >> All right, >> see if Jane can keep his rally going. All right. >> Mike is trying to surf for game. Oh, nice play. Play in the net. Both of them. Oh, he got it. All right, Gavin got him a point. Finally. [Music] Oh, in the net. Keep doing over here, Dad. >> And oh my >> dude. >> All right, Mike is serving for game. Let's see. >> Oh my god. >> Oh, >> no way it ended like that, bro. >> He advances. All right. [Music] Is that in? >> No. >> Dang it. >> Oh my gosh, I missed the drop. Hey. >> Oh my gosh. Why am I not hitting the ball flush? >> You're out of that practice. >> Yeah, but I still should be able to hit it better than that. >> Yeah, this kid's out here every night. We got Micah J versus Big Micah. >> Yeah. >> 61. Uh Micah J. >> I looked up. >> He's just getting unlucky. >> That was long. >> Long 72. Micah J. Move over to this other court. We got LA and Collins starting off here. Let's get a check on the score. I can jumping up. >> What's going on over here? >> Uhoh. >> I mean, it's just these slams. All right. One zero call. >> What? >> Definitely doesn't even out. I gotta squat down slowly >> here. Feel like this game's more intense. >> Dropped one out of my pocket. >> He hits the net. We just missed a crazy clip here. Might have pulled his back on that return, but he did get the point. I don't even know if he got the point, but >> no, he was just overturned. >> Yeah. >> So, still in the morning after that, but we got that on video, guys. My bad. Tuning back in here. 83. Oh, see really, if you just come up, this guy is just going to slam it on you. He's not good whatsoever. Look at his face. >> What was the score of our game? >> LA's down five. Not looking good. >> But this game has got my interest. >> Yep. See, if you hit the ball >> just a little bit above the net to give that person the other person room to slam it. I mean, it's over. You have to keep >> I can't get the point. >> Kind of sucks about this game, but >> scores have been like defensive. >> Way too long. >> All right, finally. Still 84. >> Come back in the century. >> Probably needs to try to get some leverage here, but >> Oh, I needed that to go over >> hard. We got some screaming going on over here. Go over to this guy. >> Well, hang on. It's >> all right. The screaming was cuz Ellie decided I needed that one to drill. >> You guys watch here. >> Oh, I just roped that one. >> What's the score over here, Mr. Micah? >> 94. 94. Mike J. Game's nearing the end here. And then it'll be me and Gavin up next. I needed that mess up like I was messing up. >> All right. Still 84. >> Come on. >> 49. Yeah. Four serving nine. >> 91 down. >> Oh, not looking good. >> Yes, >> that's in. Oh my gosh. I just thought he had a big one cuz he had like a big >> hanging on right now against Colin. >> I don't know how Colin's pretty trash, but it's just a bad day. Miss LA plays a ball that went out. Okay, this is what I mean. This guy's really bad. >> Oh, that was way out. >> That's out. >> Angle the paddle. Just hit game point. >> Oh, I didn't that time. No. M Jay's match point here. Slam. Oh, he doesn't get the return. Almost falling. >> Look at the two losers just walking next to each other. They both >> gab and hit it far left. Watch this. >> Yeah. No, dude. >> 3 2 1 What are you doing? [Music] >> What the >> No, it hit a crack. Don't even say he's good and can spin. >> Please. Oh my god. >> We got a heated battle over here in the losers bracket. Jaden and Gavin going back and forth on the line. >> 1212 LA and I just played the losers bracket. I won 110. >> I needed that win. She threw it for me for Father's Day. >> Yeah. Oh, Gavin. Meanwhile, Mike and Colin over here throwing the baseball. Colin has a new glove. He's trying to break in. >> That's the ball, son. >> Oh, nice move. >> So, what is that now? >> 1212. >> 1212 again. All right, they're finally at like 1615. >> Yeah, they've been going back and forth forever. >> They've been playing really good. Honestly, I'm impressed with both of them. >> Oh, Gavin. Hey, that was the best I've seen you play, though. You did good. I'm not out. [Music] >> And now I got to play Jaden. Come on, Jaden. >> 30 second break. >> All right, Jaden's got to go right back at it against me, baby. >> He gets a break. He deserves it. Me and Col will play. >> All right, we have a low battery. I brought two batteries, but I don't know. They were low, so we haven't been videoing. So, real quick update. I played Jaden in the losers bracket. I actually played Louisis Anne first in the losers bracket >> cuz it's Father's Day. >> She did. I won. And then I had to play Jaden cuz Jaden beat Gavin in a heated battle. I had some of that on there. So Jaden won. And then I played Jaden. We went back and forth. He beat me in overtime 1312. Micah and Colin. Micah won. So then Colin had to play Jaden. He just beat Jaden. And so now they're basically in the championship. Micah versus Colin. It's a rematch from last year. Micah has yet to lose. So Colin have to beat him twice. And it's it's getting late and our batteries are low, so I'm not sure if we'll uh we'll get to see much. >> Now, that was in [Music] Heat. Heat. All right. Well, Michael w up beating Colin. That's it. They did have a shorter game because it's getting late and you know what? But we were afraid we would have to keep playing. Everybody's tired. We got our sweat on. It was a good active Father's Day. I'm truly blessed. We appreciate all you. Thank you for the love, support, following along on our journey as we continue to chase dreams and just to be the best we can. All right, guys. Hope y'all are doing the same.
