It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you the Razzie Estate. The perfect venue for your corporate event, weddings, or just a family getaway. We are 40 minutes north of the Pearson Airport, surrounded by Ontario's best nature trails. I hope you enjoy this tour. After you turn in from the main road, you are greeted with hydrangeas that have been carefully placed next to the elongated driveway that leads into the residence, and you can overhear the waterfall in the private pond. As your guests arrive, they are greeted with 20 acres of well-manicured landscaping and a view of this carefully crafted custom residence that overlooks the event space. To start off your enchanting day, your wedding ceremony will take place on this observation deck overlooking the pond, surrounded with Mother Nature. Entertaining guests is never a challenge at the Razzie Estate. We have a hot tub here, next to the large in-ground pool that's right in front of the fire pit area. It really captures the essence of a Muskoka cottage in the city. This Caribbean-style walking trail leads to a sports court, a kids' playground, and mini-golf. Follow me through the trails. The Razzie Estate is a real slam dunk. We've got mini-putt back here, a full sport court that's well-lit with all the equipment for tennis, pickleball, and badminton. And of course, a children's playground. I've now entered into 8,000 square feet of entertaining space with a coat check at the front door, and that brings me to the vendors. All vendors here are a la carte. We have valet services, catering services, anything you'd like you can bring your own, or we can provide. This estate can comfortably facilitate 16 individuals across 8 beds and 7 baths. Now, we're on the main floor here that could be used as an indoor reception area. As guests gather at the beginning of the night around the large island in the kitchen, we can arrange for a pianist to play light music and the caterers to serve orders. We are in the most striking space in the entire residence, an enormous room filled with natural light, perfect for socializing. Dining options can vary dependent on your criteria. There are various configurations with numerous types of tables that can accommodate almost any size party. Support staff, caterers, and the chef will be quietly tucked away in this private space to ensure minimal interruptions. We're dog-friendly here, but of course we want a clean pup before he comes in. Hotel-like finishes and furnishings truly amplify the experience. There will always be something for everyone across 5 levels of carefully curated amenities. Enjoy a sound system next to the bar here with a pool table, ping pong, and foosball. If you want some quiet time outside to yourself in this large stone patio that's covered, you can come grab a towel here, have a seat, or get ready to jump in the pool. You can detox anytime in this piping hot sauna that runs year-round. On the base level here, we have a children's retreat that's got a shared bathroom and one of my personal favorites, a movie theater that's equipped for all sorts of entertainment. Take a look.
