Trump's 155% tariff countdown is
underway. The United States and
Australia are joining forces with a $2.2
billion plan to build a rare earths
alliance, squeezing the CCP's lifeline.
The rare earths gambit has backfired.
Exports are being choked off. Nine PLA
full generals have fallen. And after 12
years of anti-corruption, the more they
fight, the more corrupt it becomes. Xi
Jinping is trapped in a dead end of
total loss of control. This Trump summit
isn't just a diplomatic meeting. It's a
life and death judgment on the CCP
system. Don't miss the next drop.
Subscribe and hit the bell. Trump is set
to meet Xiinping, but this time it's not
handshakes and small talk. It's a
showdown at the negotiating table. The
US announced the 155% tariff countdown
is on. If Beijing doesn't yield,
starting in November, all Chinese
exports will face blanket tariff hikes.
Meanwhile, the US and Australia signed a
rare earths deal with 2.2 $2 billion
poured into a gallium refinery in
Western Australia. Translation: The
CCP's last rare earth's bargaining chip
is fully diffused. With the rare earths
war backfiring, the internal
circulation, economy collapsing, foreign
trade blocked, and nine full generals
purged from the military, she is still
shouting, "Highquality development
domestically while extending an
invitation for Trump to visit China
abroad." Even more absurd, after 12
years of anti-corruption, the CCP is
more corrupt than ever. From Xang Zmen's
legacy of graph to she's oneman power
structure, the entire system is rotting
itself to death. This Trump summit isn't
just a diplomatic meeting. It's a mortal
clash between two systems. A 155%
tariff, rare earth's blowback, and a
military purge. This time, Beijing may
not be able to hold on.
155% tariff countdown final battle. At
this year's apex summit in South Korea,
a Trump X she meeting may take place. US
President Trump clearly laid out the
issues to discuss with CCP leader
Jinping, including rare earths,
soybeans, and fentinil. With the Taiwan
issue also on the list on October 20th,
while meeting Australian Prime Minister
Anthony Albanese, Trump said the US
would reach a trade agreement with
Beijing. Trump met the Australian PM at
the White House to sign AU. SA Australia
Rareears agreement. The latest US move
to counter the CCP's Rareears leverage.
After the announcement, Australian
Rareear mining stocks surged on October
21st. Rare Earth's chip scrapped. Us.
Australia alliance strikes back. Right
now, China controls about 70% of global
rare earth mining and 90% of processing.
These materials are widely used in
defense equipment, computer chips, and
automobiles.
The US also announced it would invest in
building an advanced gallium refinery in
Western Australia with an annual
capacity of 100 tons with the US export
import bank prepared to provide about
$2.2 billion in financing. In recent
months, the Trump administration has
announced investments in multiple firms,
including US Rare Earth Miner MP
Materials, Canada's Trilogy Metals, and
Lithium Americas, companies with
development projects inside the United
States. In return, the US side acquired
equity stakes in these firms. Australia
is a key supplier of critical minerals.
Due to environmental risks, refining has
largely been done in China, ironically,
becoming the CCP's leverage for rare
earth blackmail. Beyond the rare earth's
deal, Trump said the multi-billion
dollar AA submarine cooperation is full
speed ahead. Trump added that the most
important task is to reach a fair trade
deal with Beijing. Over the past few
months, the US and China have held talks
in London, Geneva, Stockholm, and
Madrid, with the most crucial issue
being rare earths. Early this month, the
CCP suddenly rolled out new rare earth
export controls. The Trump
administration immediately hit back with
a 100% tariff. Beijing stance softened
and both sides agreed to launch a new
round of trade talks. On October 20th,
US Trade Representative Jameson Greer
accused Beijing of economic coercion,
issuing a warning. Greer said attempts
at intimidation won't stop the US from
rebuilding its shipyards nor prevent us
from responding appropriately to the
CCP's practices.
Last week, Treasury Secretary Bay told
the Financial Times that Beijing, amid
its own economic weakness, wants to drag
other countries down via rare earth
export controls, but the biggest victim
will still be the CCP itself. As for
Taiwan, Trump said, "I think that will
be one of the topics, but I won't talk
about it now." on the possibility of a
CCP invasion of Taiwan. Trump stressed
that US military deterrence far exceeds
other countries, not even in the same
league, because the US possesses the
most powerful military force to date. We
have the best of everything. No one will
mess with us. I don't believe President
Xi will do that on Taiwan and other
issues. I think we'll have very good
talks. Trump also refuted the claim that
the CCP leads the West in military
development. He told reporters, "You're
reading the wrong papers. We are far
ahead of communist, China, and AI. And
from the standpoint of advanced weapons,
we are far ahead militarily as well."
Trump added, "We also have weapons many
people have never even heard of, and
those programs were ones I launched four
years ago. I rebuilt the military four
years ago."
US author Bob Woodward in his book Rage
wrote that Trump revealed the US
possesses a secret cuttingedge nuclear
capability unknown even to Shi and
Putin. According to the Washington Post,
Woodward later confirmed with US
military officials that such a new
secret weapon system exists, though they
gave no details. Trump said he had
received an invitation to visit Beijing
probably early next year. It's basically
set. If the CCP continues unfair
competition, Trump will trigger tariffs,
a powerful tool in the US arsenal. At
that point, Beijing will sit down and
reach a deal. Trump said tariffs force
the CCP to pay huge sums to the US
Treasury. Current tariffs stand at 55%,
a lot of money. If there's no agreement,
starting November 1st, they may have to
pay 155%.
Beijing will pay hundreds of millions in
tariffs each year. Tariffs hit harder
than rare earths. Beyond a certain
point, Beijing can't do business with
the US at all. Esta, China trade is
China's economic lifeline. Cut it and
China is in big trouble. Beset inside
and out. She trapped in a dead end. Xi
Jinping is indeed in deep trouble. The
BBC reported that after 12 years of
tigers and flies anti-corruption, senior
CCP officials are more corrupt than
ever. Why? It's a chicken and egg loop.
Some say she, the accelerator chief, is
a king of unfinished projects who
started with a strong hand, winning
public support via anti-corruption, only
to misidentify the most dangerous man in
the world, Wong Huning, as his
ideologue, veering leftward and
squandering that strong hand. Others
ask, did she ruin a good hand or was it
a mess to begin with? As one nizen put
it, it was a mess and he kept playing it
into pulp. Still, she could be called a
genius of unfinished business. The
communist mess just happened to meet the
king of unfinished projects. It's hard
to see how the CCP could not collapse.
British media says she's tigers, flies,
and foxes campaign catered to the deeply
rooted Chinese reverence for honest
officials and hatred of corruption.
Leveraging that public sentiment, he did
build an initial wave of political
prestige.
Now on the eve of the 20th CCP 4th pleum
the authorities announced in one go that
nine PLA full generals fell eight of
them central committee members. This
suggests that after 12 years of
anti-corruption storms China is in the
midst of an even larger anti-corruption
wave and the total number of central
committee members to be removed at this
pleina may set a record. One can't help
asking why after over a decade of high
pressure anti-corruption is grafted even
more rampant. Wu Mulan, associate
professor at the Lee Kuanu School of
Public Policy at the National University
of Singapore, believes CCP
anti-corruption bodies lack independence
and thus can't solve the problem. Places
like Singapore and Hong Kong that curb
corruption have truly independent
bodies. In China, who gets caught is
decided from above, by the very top. Wu
said CCP anti-corruption is top down,
driven by she's personal will. It's hard
to predict what and when he'll act.
These corruption cases never really get
finished. It's just a question of when
they're handled. Moreover, without an
independent judiciary and civil society
oversight, anti-corruption is handled
internally by the party, easily seen as
political struggle or purge, even if it
isn't. The CCP's corruption is systemic
and institutional.
As long as the CCP exists, corruption
will exist. Thus, in she's 13 years in
power, despite endless crackdowns,
corruption is worse. China analyst Wong
Yoan sees three main reasons. First, the
mess left by Jang Zmen untreated. Jangs
hallmark was ruling by corruption,
turning the party into a vast
marketplace for trading power, money,
and sex. In the military, polit bureau
member and CMC vice chairman Guushong
and Su Kaiho were the worst offenders.
Under them, corruption flooded the PLA
like a damn burst. Air Force General Lu
Yaou, then political commasar of the
National Defense University, said on
July 6th, 2016, "During the decade when
Gua and Su controlled the CMC, what did
the army become? A giant bazaar.
Everything had a price. Under their
grip, the army became a swamp. One that
trapped not the enemy but ourselves." In
short, during Jangs rule and his
time as Emperor Emmeritus, he turned the
CCP into the most corrupt party in the
world.
Second, the mess left by Deng Xiaoping
untreated. After June 4th, Dengs
high-profile reform and opening became a
way for princling families to get rich
quietly using the power of their fathers
and grandfathers, an unstoppable tide of
corrupt wealth among all party elites.
Third, the mess created by Shione
medddling, also untreated. From his
second term on, she veered left, harked
back to cultural revolution logic, and
sought to become Mao 2.0, zero, shifting
from centralized to personalist rule. As
a result, he offended virtually every
faction at the top. Domestic and foreign
policy are a mess, and aside from a tiny
elite, most Chinese have seen no
benefit. On the contrary, voices
cursing, opposing, and calling for she's
removal grow by the year, now almost
one-sided. Overseas, anyone who doesn't
criticize, she gets criticized. It's
fair to say she has reached a dead end
and stands alone. In short, the cancer
of CCP corruption cannot be cured by the
CCP's own anti-corruption.
