While everyone's trying to start these
lifestyle businesses that are super
attractive and super cool, or they're
trying to scale the next software to $50
million, there's lots of small business
ideas that are absolutely crushing it.
I'm talking about businesses that every
single town desperately needs, but
somehow nobody's providing. And these
aren't get-richqu schemes or trendy
startups that might fail in 6 months.
These are essential services that have
been proven to work over and over again.
And these opportunities are available in
communities just like yours. And today
I'm breaking down five of these
overlooked businesses that could
completely change your financial future.
And most of them you can start for less
than the cost of a used car. And in
fact, many of them you can start
completely free. Okay, let me start with
something that might sound ordinary, but
it's absolutely extraordinary in terms
of profit potential. Every town has
properties that are dangerously. Now,
some of these are extreme, like crime
scenes, hoarding houses, and even drug
houses, or just homes that have been
abandoned for years. And these
properties don't just look bad, they
threaten public health and drag down
surrounding property values by tens of
thousands of dollars. And here's the
problem. Most municipalities and
residents lack the resources or
expertise to clean these places
properly. But here's your opportunity. A
specialized cleaning business doesn't
just make money. It restores safety and
dignity to neglected parts of the
community. And you don't even need to do
a specialized one in many cases. You can
actually just do a normal cleaning
business. But in this particular case,
you're literally turning unlivable eyes
into usable homes and helping revive
entire neighborhoods. And you can start
this business for the cost of soap,
buckets, and mops. For instance, Laura
Spalding built Spalding Decon into a $10
million business by cleaning and
flipping distressed homes across
America. And she started small, focusing
on one property at a time. And she
actually combined a cleaning business
into a real estate business and did them
synergistically. And I remember reading
about how she cleaned one completely
unsellable home that had been sitting
empty for 3 years. And after her team
finished, not only did that house sell,
but it helped transform the entire block
as other homeowners started investing in
their properties again. And what's
amazing about Laura's approach is that
she saw opportunity where everyone else
saw problems. But the thing is, problems
are opportunities. And that's what every
good entrepreneur knows. So, while every
other person drove past these nightmare
properties, she saw community impact and
dollar signs. And speaking of seeing
opportunities that others miss, I've
been noticing something incredible
happening in the cleaning business
lately. These entrepreneurs aren't just
running cleaning services anymore.
They're building two businesses at once,
and sometimes even three. So, in Laura's
case, she built a cleaning business, but
she turned that into a real estate
business as well, cuz a lot of the times
these properties would sell at 10% of
their value. But then there's a third
type of business people are doing where
they're recording themselves doing these
amazing transformations and then they're
just posting them on YouTube and they're
creating a whole second revenue stream
from this. Take James from Mountain Rug
Cleaning. This guy takes rugs that look
absolutely destroyed, covered in pet
stains and years of neglect and he
transforms them into beautiful pieces
again. And his videos get millions of
views because people are fascinated
watching something hopeless become
beautiful again. So you can just do all
the stuff that you normally do and just
turn it into content. And this doesn't
even have to be a business. A lot of
people just record themselves at work or
they make tutorials about useful stuff
on how to use software or how to do the
job a little bit better and they turn
that into a side hustle or even a
full-blown business. And if you don't
believe me, just look at my client Josh.
Josh started off making almost no money
from his YouTube channel when he first
started working with me. But he was just
making useful tutorials. And he was able
to get his dream job at a Fortune50
company from those useful tutorials.
Then with my help, he turned the YouTube
channel into a side hustle and then a
full-time income making seven figures a
year. And this coming Tuesday at 9:00
p.m., I'm hosting a live training where
I'm going to show you exactly how to
build a YouTube channel that can
transform any business. And this isn't
just for people who want to show their
face. This could be people who want to
create faceless content. I started off
faceless. A lot of other people I've
worked with that started off faceless.
For instance, Wiz of Ecom, who now owns
a sevenfigure YouTube channel, started
off just by using an animated avatar of
himself. So, he was faceless at first
and then he did a face reveal later on.
But, we're going to reveal exactly how
to do this. And we're even going to be
giving away our own internal AI software
that we created with thousands of hours
of our coaching that can help you do
just about anything you need to do on
YouTube. So, make sure you show up
Tuesday 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. Links in
the description and the pin comment
below. Plus, you get to meet me. You get
to ask questions to me. And I look
forward to seeing you there. Now, if
you're watching this after the week that
this video dropped, check the link in
the description again because we still
might be running it or we'll have some
other free training available for you.
All right, next business is a scrap and
recycling related business. For
instance, a scrap and recycling yard.
So, there's a lot of scrap out there,
right? There's a lot of stuff that's
just sitting there doing nothing,
collecting dust. And recycling business
provides the solution while paying
residents for their waste. So, you're
making the area look more beautiful, and
you're recycling things, which is better
for the environment, and you're making
money. It's a win-winwin for everyone.
Plus, you're helping clean up and
repurpose materials that would otherwise
sit there rotting for decades. Now, the
starting cost for this one is a bit
higher, okay? It's probably going to
cost you somewhere around $50 to
$150,000 to start this type of business.
Now, the SBE or Small Business
Administration often times will help
people out with that. There's a lot of
grants you can apply for. There's a lot
of ways to get funding for a small
business. But the good thing about
businesses that have higher cost to
start up is there's more of a barrier to
entry, which means less competition for
you. So, for instance, this guy right
here, Adam Whitesman, turned a one-yard
scrap operation into a $ 1.5 billion
recycling empire. And this guy makes 8
million per month by helping communities
clean up and recycle their waste. And he
started by simply showing up in towns
where nobody else was providing this
service. And one story that stuck with
me, he bought an entire abandoned
factory for scrap value, employed 30
local people to dismantle it safely, and
recycled every piece of metal and turned
what was an environmental hazard into a
profitable operation that cleaned up the
community. And what's crazy is how he
thinks about the business. He doesn't
just see junk, he sees opportunity.
Every old car, every demolished
building, every piece of discarded metal
is money sitting there waiting for
someone to pick it up. And the beauty of
this business is that the raw materials
literally come to you. and there's
always demand for recycled metals and
materials. So, yeah, definitely another
good one to look for. All right, quick
break. This Tuesday, 9:00 p.m. Eastern
time, I'm hosting a free live workshop
called The Greatest Business to Start in
2025. And at this workshop, I'm going to
be giving away my brand new tool, Hidden
Nichefinder, for free. This is a
powerful GPT-driven tool that I've been
working on. It's been trained on
thousands of hours of my teaching, my
philosophy, and coaching sessions. And
it's been recently updated to make it
even better. And with it, you can
uncover hidden, profitable YouTube
niches and generate viral content ideas
in just one click. And I'm giving it
away for this one time only at the
workshop. So, make sure you show up,
click the link in the description or the
pin comment below. And when you're done
registering, make sure to click on add
this to your calendar so it'll show up
in your Google, Apple, or Outlook
calendar so you won't miss the chance to
grab the hidden nicheinder. Now, you'll
also be able to ask me questions live.
So, I look forward to meeting you. See
you Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Now, back to your regularly scheduled
programming. Next is pest control
services. And oh boy is this one
profitable. So I've actually helped a
lot of people get jobs in pest control
sales. There's a massive amount of
demand for pest control sales roles. And
when there's a lot of demand for the
sales roles, that means there's a lot of
demand for the businesses, right?
Because the businesses wouldn't be
hiring salespeople if there wasn't a ton
of money to be made. So obviously pests
are a health hazard for every town.
Especially in older homes, they can be a
real issue. And we're talking about
rodents and insects that can cause
serious diseases. They can also destroy
properties and they can completely ruin
crops, food stores, etc. There's so many
issues that they cause and most
residents don't have access to safe,
effective pest control solutions on
their own. They're either using
dangerous chemicals or they don't
understand or they're just living with
the problem and hoping it goes away. So,
regular pest control services help
protect local businesses, homes, and
farms year round. And this is a service
that no town can afford to go without,
especially in warm or wooded areas. And
you can start a pest control business
for $10,000 to $25,000. And it's mostly
equipment licensing and initial chemical
supplies. And honestly, you could
probably start less than that if you
take certain jobs that don't require as
much equipment. Or if you just rent out
the equipment you need to use. Now, for
instance, Cy Warberg Block started
EarthKind from her farm kitchen and now
runs a $10 million pest control brand.
And she wasn't trying to build an empire
at first. She just created a plant-based
formula to protect her own family from
rodents without using dangerous
chemicals. And when her neighbors
started asking for the same solution,
she realized that she'd found something
special. And what makes Carrie's story
so powerful is that she solved her own
problem first. She was dealing with mice
on her farm and refused to use toxic
chemicals around her kids. So, she
experimented with natural ingredients
until she found something that actually
worked. And her neighbors noticed her
success and started begging for the
formula. And that's when she knew she
had a business. And she scaled that
simple kitchen experiment nationwide,
proving that solving a real problem in
your own community can grow into
something massive. And the recurring
revenue model is beautiful, too. Once
you have customers, they typically stay
with you month after month, year after
year. So, yeah, really cool story. This
is a business that a ton of people need,
and there's a lot of different types of
pests out there. All right, next is
vending machine routes. So, this one's
fairly simple, but it's actually very
effective, and it's literally just
putting vending machines in the right
places. So, for instance, you could put
vending machines for drinks as well as
snacks in places where there's not a lot
of 24/7 stores around. So, laundry mats,
gas stations, schools, parks, etc. and
they're a fast, easy solution for towns
without 24-hour stores. And they bring
income to local business owners while
improving accessibility for the
community. So, yeah, this one's pretty
obvious. Um, you can buy a used vending
machine in many cases, like depending on
the type, for as little as a couple
hundred to maybe a few thousand. And
then you just have to stock it. So, you
can start this one for very, very little
cost. So, for instance, Zack Downey has
a story on the internet here where he
earned $6,000 per month during summer
just from cotton candy vending machines.
And he basically just placed them at
youth sports events, fairs, and busy
parks. And kids and parents love having
fresh cotton candy available. And he
made some serious money providing
something super simple that people
actually wanted. What's happening, guys?
In the editing process of this video,
and I have an opportunity for a select
group of people. So, these are people
who are serious about growing their
personal brand on YouTube. So basically
we figured out recently how to grow a
personal brand and combine all the
upsides of a personal brand with the
upsides of automation, right? Using AI,
using things like this to basically grow
your personal brand 10 times faster,
which in the past used to take decades
to do. And now you can do it
significantly faster. And you can do
this to get a better job. You know, we
work with beginners that just want to
get a better job with their personal
brand. You can do this to make money as
a side hustle. We work with a lot of
people like that. We can do this to make
more money. If you already have a side
hustle or a small business or if you're
already crushing it on YouTube, we can
help you crush it 10 times more. We've
worked with people like that as well. I
mean, I literally can show clients at
each level. People that we've gotten
from zero to over 10K, zero to like over
30K, uh from like 1K per month, all the
way up to 185K per month, from around
30K per month, all the way up to over
500K per month. So, literally at every
single level, and it works for everyone
in every situation. With that being
said, we are only working with three to
five people and they have to be people
who are very serious, right? People who
are dedicated to making this work. So,
if you think you're that type of person,
go ahead and apply down in the
description and the pin comment below
and you can be part of our group of 35
that we help. So, see you there. Have a
good one. All right. Next one is HVAC
and skilled trades businesses. So, this
one is absolutely essential. I think
everyone knows about this. HVAC is
heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning. And my brother has been in
HVAC for about 29 years now and he owns
his own business. And I convinced my
brother to actually document his
knowledge of the trades on his channel,
Zack of All Trades. And this is where he
teaches HVAC and other trades
specifically to help people build
high-paying careers. And I basically
taught him how to grow his YouTube
channel. And he made it all the way to
over $200 a day within one month of
posting the first video on his channel.
So, it's basically just a case study
where I showed people that it's very
easy to grow these types of channels.
and his whole mission is sharing
hands-on knowledge to help others escape
low-income work and build something
real. So definitely check his channel
out. It'll be in the description and the
pin comment below. And also watch out
for that case study video where I show
exactly how we grew his channel. And
additionally, we will be talking about
how we grew his channel Tuesday 9:00
p.m. Eastern Standard Time in our live
training. And I will literally be
talking to you directly, showing you
guys exactly how we grow YouTube
channels. So you can check that out down
in the description and the pin comment
below. And also check out this video I
did with Sean where we helped him go
from 30K per month all the way to 500K
per month by clicking right here.
