Good morning, guys. Welcome to today's
video. It is fall. It's fall now. It's
officially fall with fall-like weather.
Gorgeous out here, though. It was really
wet. It rained all night, all day so
far. But something I want to do
something fun with the goats and maybe
the horses, too. But to do that, I need
to take a trip to the party barn. Hi,
babe. Oh, here comes Ladybug. You be
looking chunk. Oh my gosh. What the
heck?
Did you gain weight? Part of managing
the horse's weight means having help.
And sometimes
the help
has different ideas. I'm afraid there's
a horse chasing me. Nope. And I'm
walking through the
gross parts. It's it all this rain did
not do the pasture any favors, let me
tell you that. This is what I want. So,
I set this thing up. I set all this up
so that we could do pictures in case it
rained. Nobody did pictures. So dumb.
Um, but I want to do something with our
pumpkins.
All right. So, I was able to carry them
both in one trip. Still young, you guys.
I still got it. You know you got it when
you can carry two pumpkins through a
slippery, muddy horse field with a bunch
of horses coming up to you and they're
trying to see what you have in your
hands. But I didn't. Close the gates and
everything. It's still wet. Sophie wants
to pick which one she gets. I want
>> I can already tell which one you're
going to pick.
You guys pick. Yep. That's the best one.
>> The shape better, but this one's bigger.
>> Yeah. All right. So, we're going to cut
these open and take the seeds out. And
I'll tell you why.
This one's yours.
>> Why would you do that to me?
Okay, so here's the thing about the
pumpkins. Sylvia and I both love pumpkin
seeds. Like I'm dying to eat those
pumpkin seeds. So, we're going to cut
them before we do anything with them and
take out all the the seeds. But we're
going to leave the guts. We got to leave
the guts. Okay. Going to cut mine in
half. Well, that's a pathetic way to do
it. Don't be pathetic.
>> I don't care if it's pathetic.
>> Really?
>> I just want the seeds. It's
>> not how you cut pumpkin. Maybe I don't
got it anymore, you guys. This is hard.
>> It's cuz it's like you're not doing it
right.
I've never cut a pumpkin open like this
before. All right. Well, let's see who
gets theirs done fastest. It's a
competition.
Everything's a competition.
And if people tell you not everything is
a competition, they're lying.
It's because I stopped to vlog
right behind you. All right, let's see
here. Here we go.
Oh, that looks so unappetizing.
>> I know, but we're going to feed the
insides of this to all of our baby
animals. You got to cut your pumpkin
still in half because you're not just
going to give them
>> I'm dropping it on the ground. I'm
smashing it.
>> God, but why can't I get that?
>> I don't know,
John. I told you.
>> I know.
>> We're going to count each seed more
seeds.
>> No, we're not. All right, we'll be back
with you guys in just a few minutes when
we're all done. So, one of the things
that we like to do is surprise our
animals with special treats and see what
they love. Pumpkin seeds are often
really good for deworming your pet.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Just wait. But we're too selfish.
Okay. Don't throw it towards me.
>> I failed. No.
>> Now it's rolling down the hill. I cut
mine into little pieces so that
everybody could have some. Wait.
>> Oh, you did it.
Don't lose all the goo.
Should we start with the boys? Let's
give the boys the top. Historically, our
pumpkin No, not our pumpkins. Our goats
>> hate everything.
>> They hate everything. We rarely give
them anything that supposed to be
something that they love and they hate
it all. Look at that little boy.
>> That's a man.
>> It's a man. It's a man kind of.
All right.
>> Well, he's a little boy.
>> Get off.
>> Well, somebody likes the pumpkin. Get
off of your brother.
>> Get off of me.
>> Sophie's falling falling down the hill.
All right. So, the only one that's not
in rut loves the pumpkin. Let's see if
anybody else likes it.
>> You want some pumpkin?
He's like, it's not covered in pee. I
don't want it.
>> He's like, that's not a girl.
Okay. Well, you boys can sit here and
eat this.
Run quick. Get inside before they
notice. Oh,
>> yeah. See, isn't that so weird?
>> They only like it if you're holding.
>> So, the fact that Winston likes it is
promising for our girls. I feel like
this guy runs in front of you. So does
the other baby. Runs in front of you and
then trips you. I've been keeping this
door closed during the day because it's
been cold.
just so that it stays warm in here. Hi,
babies. I can't wait to see Posie.
>> Wait, Posy's like, I smell food.
Come on. Let's go out to the field. Go
out to the field. Come on.
She's like, she loves food.
>> Apparently, Blossom loves food, too.
They got you, Sophie.
>> Stop biting my ankle, you pig.
That's not even an insult. She is a pig.
>> She said, "Stop biting my ankle, you
pig." And it's not an insult because she
is a pig. You want to be
>> All right, Tails. You'll be the first
one.
>> Here you go.
Somebody's pulling on my bag.
>> Oh,
I can't hold this.
>> She's eating it through the bag. All
right.
>> I don't think they want to.
>> Let's see what happens.
There we go. Wait,
Whoops. Literally grabbed a giant piece
and walked away with it because she's
like, I'm not sharing. They don't like
it. I'm thinking I'm going to have to
pick it all up.
Only Posie likes it.
>> She'll eat it all. So, you're going to
have to pick it all up.
I don't know where she came from. Kind
of turn me upside down. I just don't
know what to do.
>> Pumpkin has so much good stuff in it for
animals. The
>> fiber
and bringing one of my t-shirts so it
smells like her perfume.
Now I really get what the love songs are
talking about.
And
>> it's so yummy, babies.
It's yummy, yummy, yummy in your tummy.
>> Just want to tell her how I feel. Scream
it out loud.
Have you ever lovest
>> I can't leave it all down here because
Posie will eat it all and she obviously
can't eat it all.
>> You been in love. That's how you know
you been in love.
We're going to have to take it all back,
Sophie. Good thing I brought a bag. Oh,
you know what? Mia will like it.
>> This what I just said.
>> There's something about the way she
laughs and the way she always dances.
When she thinks nobody sees
and when she's going to miss her soul.
>> She's carving it out.
>> Yeah. Look at the piece she has.
>> Oh my gosh. Posy's like in her glory.
She's like, "Yes, they finally
understand I need to eat on this farm."
Look how she ate it.
She just carved it. She's like, "Thank
you, everybody.
Don't bite me."
>> I don't think they like it as much
either. I don't think the pig likes it
even.
>> She just carved out a whole piece.
>> Yeah. I don't It's not like the same if
I gave her cereal. Oh, yeah. She's
eating it. Let's go give the boy pig
some cuz he's sleeping.
Throw it on the
>> You love it.
She's like, "Finally, they understand. I
just need whatever food they got.
Unlimited."
And here comes Mia. Here comes Miss Mia.
Baby, please don't go. I think you
should stay with me.
And I I really get what the love songs
are talking about.
Oh, and I just want to tell her how I
feel. Screaming out loud. Have you ever
been in love?
Have you ever lost your head?
Have you felt like you were out of
breath when you saw her in that dress?
When your heart is beating.
>> All right. So, no, leave those ones.
Posie can have those.
>> Posie and uh and the chicken. Let's go
give She's not going to eat the skin.
She's just going to shred it. That's all
right. We'll come out. I'll come and get
it later. We left one piece here, one
piece over there. You guys can eat it at
your leisure. You can eat it at your
leisure. So, I get so excited to give
them treats like this, and they never
they never respond. Like, they never get
excited. We're about to surprise a
sleeping pig. Look,
I got a treat for you.
He says, "Hm, do I like it?"
He's like, "You interrupted my nap from
this."
Winston's right behind him. He's looking
at the pig and he's looking at me and
he's like, "What is he eating?" Like, I
want some if he's have having something
good.
And it's not good, is it, Winston?
It's right here.
They just eat it like take giant b bites
out of it. I mean, pigs eat people
and flesh.
You love it.
>> He's like, "That was worth waking up
for." Whoa.
Take a bite. Oh.
All right. That's yours. Okay. That's
for you.
Ziggy like it.
>> No, he's trying to touch me.
>> Get off of me, you little stinky. Even
though I love you and you're adorable.
>> With your nose, you pee on it.
>> You're so cute.
>> Let me try it.
>> Ow. Jeez Louise. This guy literally he
has literally grabbed me with his horns
before. Right between the legs, my
knees, and just tried to fling me.
>> Not on purpose. You put your legs
between his horns.
>> I was standing here and he was trying to
kill another goat and got me.
>> Yeah. So, he wasn't aiming for you. You
just happened to be there.
>> Good. Let him have some because
>> he's losing weight now.
>> Yeah.
>> I like them to be fat.
>> I love a fat boy goat. Yeah, me too.
>> Except Winston. Winston needs to cut
back.
>> No, Winston's perfect going into winter.
>> This is our This is how we visit with
Winston. That's how I visit with Winston
because he's such an annoying goat. I
loved him when he was clean, too. But I
still love him, Sophie. Love him.
>> Can't touch him.
>> I touch him even though he's gross. He's
I mean, and they're not that gross. They
have probably haven't even peed on each
other today
because no girls in
>> I mean, he pees on his face looking at
us.
>> Yeah, he does. That little chocolate
boy. He pees on his face
>> looking at us. Like he's like, "Oh, here
comes some girls into the field." any
kind of
anything excitement that happens in this
field. He's peeing on his face in
preparation. Sophie and her boys.
>> Oh, I don't want
I chose Winston. That's the only boy I
>> She only likes Winston
>> cuz he wouldn't stink.
>> But he has those horns and it was our
fault. Cast your bets.
>> Do you think the horses are going to
like it?
>> Um,
no. Bugaboos. Come on.
You won't like it, Star.
>> Yeah, Star likes green things.
>> Oh, she's coming.
>> She's like, "You have my hopes up."
>> We have a lot of smushed pumpkin now.
>> No chickens to give it to.
>> Sophie said if we hadn't sold the
chickens, we could give it to the
chickens. I see people dropping off
hundreds of pumpkins at farms
>> for their animals.
>> Well, cuz they have like a million pigs.
It's never worked like that for us
though. Yeah, cows love them.
>> I wish we had cows already.
>> She's like, "What in the world?"
Nobody else likes it. So maybe Storm
will like it.
>> No.
Eat it.
>> Don't
eat it.
>> Take this and put this in your mouth. If
I cover it in hay, she might.
Hold this.
>> Gosh, what? This is our animals are such
duds.
>> Here, open up here.
Eat it. It's good. I promise.
>> Where's Gracie and Honey? I'm going to
go inside and see if I can find them.
Sophie thinks that Honey is picky.
>> But my bet is on Honey or Gracie.
>> She doesn't even like the pink minty
bit.
>> I know. You already worked.
>> Here, Gracie.
>> Thank you.
>> Oh my gosh, she's trying it.
>> Thank you. Finally.
I don't even know if it's good for
horses.
>> We've given it to them before when
Stella was here.
>> Did they like it?
>> I think Stella did.
>> Really?
>> Eat it.
>> Don't force them because they know they
know best.
>> Oh my gosh, Graciey's hair again. Time
to buzz it.
>> What a good time to have chickens.
>> I know.
>> We do this like couple weeks.
>> I know. Oh, that's the most annoying
thing ever.
>> We're here.
>> Every corner we turn. There's Willow.
And she's holding out for something
better.
>> We don't have anything better. This is
it.
>> This is it.
>> We got pumpkin seeds.
>> We got lots of carrots that a a nice
lady gave us.
You do?
>> Yeah. Didn't you know she gave us three
bags of carrots?
>> Team carrots.
>> They're in the fridge.
>> The barn fridge?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, I don't go in there.
Eat it.
>> All right. Well, that's done.
I don't know.
>> No, my fingers are cold.
>> Good thing we didn't give them the
seeds. Waste our seeds on them. Good
thing I brought it all in a bag.
>> Yeah, but now what do we do? Throw it in
the garbage.
>> Yep.
>> It's a such a waste.
>> It's such a waste.
>> Throw it for the fox.
>> No. With our luck, the fox probably
doesn't even like it
>> probably.
That's how you know you been in love.
