This place was a bar and restaurant ran for 50 years which closed about 10 years ago. Come with me as I explore the abandoned retro dive bar that sits looking out of place and almost hidden among the big box stores!

Hey guys, before I begin my next video,
I want to thank my latest stoners, Lawn
and Stove Pipe. Thank you guys so much
for your donations. That really helps
the channel. If you would like a shout
out for donation, you can go to the
links in the description or bio for Cash
App, Venmo, or PayPal, or you can send a
super chat. And I also released new
merchandise. It is linked below the
videos. And with that being said, enjoy
the
video. Guys, I'm driving through Austin
Town, Ohio, and I find this little place
right on the main road that is sitting
here looking completely decrepit. It
looks like an old school little place. I
think it was some kind of restaurant,
but I don't really know much about it.
So, we're going to figure it out as I
film. And so, yeah, let's go walk around
and see what we can find. So, this
really caught my eye, the sign, which
has been overgrown, but it says
food and liquor. It says liquor there in
the middle which is like obstructed by
trees but it says Ralph London's up
there in
neons but
uh down below that where the sign is
missing it actually said pink elephant.
So Ralph London's pink
elephant. I looked on Google Street View
to see when maybe this place
closed. 2015 it looked to be open. 2017
it looked to be
closed. And right here was a patio.
This is such an old
style. Did they black out these
windows? No, they did
not. What the
heck? That's definitely restaurant
equipment, but there seems to
be What are all these machines? Don't
they look like ice cream machines or
something?
I'm not really sure what those
are. Feels very dark and spooky in
there.
Oh, and the TV for the for the patio
seating. That's amazing.
That's old style TV sitting there like
that.
Looks kind of pretty shabby in
there. The place is it it sits here very
out of
place
because you got this giant Home Depot
across the street and this is, you know,
close by to the Walmart, the Meyer, you
know, all the big box stuff. And then
you got this dinky
place and somebody busted
it. Looks like a shabby little dinky
place,
but I do believe that this could be used
for something. This would make a nice
little like art gallery.
This could be a convenience store. This
could be another restaurant. This could
be something for sure. And I'm kind of
wondering why it's not
something become kind of a dumping
ground back here.
Is that an air
conditioner? And then of
course the typical mattresses that you
always

see. Marquee sign.
memo. Somebody's dropped off their
aerosol cans, which that then I
understand because if you dump that and
um I mean it's honestly not good to
dump, but I could understand why they
did it
cuz if you put that in your trash,
you're
actually potentially causing harm to the
uh people that pick up the trash cuz I
guess it could be considered an exp like
if it explodes or something. They got
some kind of rule against putting those
in the
trash.
But yeah, they got a ladder here. Random
scraps of
wood. Chair might have been from the
restaurant. The roof up here doesn't
look so
good. Somebody dumped off their
um stove.
Oh my
goodness. Look at this
stove. This This is from like the
[Applause]
60s. Your typical
tires that you always
[Applause]
see. Disgusting clothes and shoes.
All right, let's go around this
side. Wild back
here. I really don't understand why
people do this stuff.
me. If I was going to do that, I'd be
painting like flowers, birds,
butterflies. I'd make it
[Applause]
tasteful. Not sure what that's
about. Did somebody cut the wires here?
They might
have. We're going to go back around this
way. Oh, it looks like they have a
dumpster here, too. So, let's go look at
that. Oh, kitchen
grease. Yeah, it's a nice little wild
area back here.
It's very
private. Looks like I'm walking in the
park, but no, I'm at the abandoned
restaurant. All right,
guys. Let me know if you know anything
about
this pink elephant
place. What was it like? Was it any
good? Why did it close?
just random unique little
spot. Sometimes that's fun to just
find
little obscure
places.
So yeah, I hope you guys enjoyed my look
and I will see you on the next video.
