Allure BEST of Beauty 2025: My Real Winners You Should Actuall

Let's talk Allure Best in Beauty winners 2025. I have curated the products that I feel earned their spot on this year's list. Let's jump right in. So Dew's Deliverance Trinity Serum made the list for the best soothing serum and I have been using this product for about six months and I really love this product. So this product has a blend of peptides. It has niacinamide in it at 4%. This is really great for like redness, for uneven skin tone and texture. It also helps with pores. It's a really lightweight and fast absorbing serum. So I like to apply this as my skincare routine either in the morning or the evening. I think you can do either. I don't apply it both morning and evening simply because I'm always trying new products and there's so many products that make their way in and out of my rotation. But if you are someone that, you know, has a more simplified skincare routine, you could use this morning and night and this just be that serum for you. It's very hydrating. It's a great product to layer under your moisturizer, whether that be your moisturizer for the morning with SPF on top or if it's your right before your evening moisturizer. This has about 900 reviews on sephora.com and it has an average of a five-star rating. So this is a very, very well-loved product. And I have to say this brand, honestly, everything I've tried from them is incredible. It's the brand Dew. They're available at Sephora and it's a good mid-range price point, meaning it's not like a very high-end luxury price point, but it's also not the less expensive brands at Sephora. It's right there in the mid-range, but they make exceptional products. And a lot of them, most of them I've found are fragrance-free. They're very, very gentle. The textures are beautiful. They absorb beautifully into the skin. I also love their moisturizer. In fact, I have it here because I just talked about it in a video. This was the very first product I tried of theirs. This is the Lipid Rich Facial Moisturizer. It's fragrance-free and this is such a great product. I remember Nikki LaRose turned me on to this when she was in Austin last year. We were all shopping at Sephora together and she's like, you have to get this. You will love it. And I really love it. And it's a really great price point. So if you're shopping for a new moisturizer, I didn't see this on the Allure Best in Beauty list. So this is just a little bonus I'm throwing in this video. But the deliverance serum is really nice. And it's very, very great if you like a hydrating serum to layer under your moisturizer. So the next product won in the Best Clean Skincare category. And this is from InBeauty Project. This is the Elastic Skin. This is a firming and plumping serum. So it has copper peptides. It has a vegan growth factor. And it has phytomucin, which is what gives it this really interesting texture that it has. I'm going to show you. I'm sure we have all heard about the snail mucin trend that has been kind of alive and well over the last year or so. So I don't know if you can see. This has that same texture. So it's like a vegan version of the snail mucin. Now this is very lightweight. I've used this product for about a year. This leaves a very dewy, dewy, glowy, almost glass-like skin look to the skin. It's a lightweight serum. You can also pair this underneath your moisturizer. You really don't feel have the need to use both of these. It's kind of like one or the other. This definitely gives like ultra glow and dewiness to the skin. The skin looks like glass. Whereas this, just the skin looks a little more plump and hydrated. Very, very different kind of finishes that it leaves to the skin. But if you're going for like an ultra glow to the skin, and again, I'm talking like that glass-like, wet, glowy skin, this will give it to you. You can wear it alone, put a little tinted moisturizer on it. But any foundation that you pair on top of this is going to be a lot more glowy because of this. So if you are, like if you have a really matte foundation, and maybe you don't have a dewy or a glowy foundation, but you want a little bit more of a glow, and you're not able to achieve that with just the foundation, try applying this underneath it. And I guarantee you it's going to make that foundation look more radiant and more glowy. They describe it as leaving the skin feeling elastic. But the really like unique, I think, benefit or factor to this product is again that kind of like snail mucin-like. I'm going to show you. I'm going to put it in my hand so you can really understand kind of what this serum does. Do you see? Let's open and get close. Do you see that? This kind of has that like stringy kind of snail mucin look. When you put it on the skin, it just immediately adds so much hydration and plumps the skin, but it does leave the skin looking very, very wet. Even when it dries down, which I love that about this product is it doesn't feel wet and sticky on the skin. It will dry down, but you still have that intense glow. It's really, really unique. So these are very different. I definitely feel like it's kind of a one or the other, not necessarily I need them both. I would use one or the other of these two. Okay, next let's talk about a hydrating primer that made the list. And this is like a mini version. Actually, I have a larger version here. This is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. I have used this for years. It has been around for a very long time. This one, the like best hydrating primer. And it's kind of interesting because I really do love this product. And I think it deserves a spot. Like I feel it's as good as any of these Allure Best in Beauty products. Nikkie La Rose did a video on the Allure Best in Beauty products. According to her, I will link that in the description box below. And she did talk about this product because she talked about how this was a great product. But if you're looking for a hydrating primer, there are so many other on the market that she would recommend over this. And I do agree with that because I wouldn't really think like if I'm thinking of a hydrating primer, I wouldn't necessarily think, I wouldn't, my brain wouldn't go here for the exact reasons that she said. There's just so many other great products that have come on the market. This has been around for like 15, 20, I mean, it's been around forever. And if you think about all the products that have launched since then, I mean, makeup and the technology around makeup has have come so far. However, I think this product was like wrongly categorized. I probably would have said like one of the best primers or just, it doesn't feel super hydrating, even though it does deeply hydrate the skin. Does that make sense? But when I think of like wanting a hydrating primer, I'm wanting something that's going to plump up the skin and it's going to feel freshly moisturized. And I don't really feel like this does this. However, however, I'm still sharing it in this video because I think it is an exceptional primer and I love it. I've talked about it more recently over the last couple of years. This is something you can use kind of like, I would say if you have normal to combo or oily skin, this could be your moisturizer and your primer in one. It's kind of like a two-in-one product. So it's going to give you moisture and hydration, but also prep and prime your skin for makeup. And this really does give an even canvas for foundation. When I put this on, my foundation looks like flawless and smooth and it stays on all day. I love the smell of this. It smells like citrus and orange. It smells so fresh. It does have a thicker consistency. So I'm going to show you kind of the consistency of this. So this is definitely a thicker, like richer cream. Do you see this? It is weighty and it is heavy. So I wouldn't use a lot of this and I would really just like press this onto the skin. This is something I would use if I didn't want to use my moisturizer. I think this layered on top of a moisturizer could be a little too heavy, but I love this product. It's a product I've used and loved for years and I do think it deserves a spot on the Allure best in beauty list. But I do agree if you're looking for a hydrating serum, there are so many other that actually feel like they plump and hydrate the skin. But this just leaves the skin so silky and smooth. I love how this delivers just a smooth, even canvas. Blurs out pores, blurs out texture. My foundation goes on looking like airbrush and flawless. I really love it and I love that it doesn't have a silicone feel, right? It's not like those drier kind of silicone formulas. It's a very more of a just a really rich, thicker moisturizer primer. I love this product and I want to share it. It's such a great product. I think it's a tried and true product. Okay, so in the base category, this one for best liquid foundation, you guys, that is an incredible title to win. Best liquid foundation. I mean, that's not even like best liquid matte foundation or best liquid glowy foundation. It is best liquid foundation. Any guesses on what one? I actually very much agree with this statement, but the house labs triclone skin tech foundation, I do feel has earned a spot as the best liquid foundation of the 2025 Allure Best in Beauty winner. So I've talked about this a lot more recently too. I love this foundation. In fact, I talked about how if you were over 40 and you're looking for a long wear radiant foundation, this one is such a good one. This really does give the skin a lit from within glow. You see some radiance and glow, but it has a beautiful dry down to where it doesn't feel wet or tacky or dewy when you touch it. It's very long wearing. It's very lightweight. It reflects light in the most beautiful way. The skin just looks like, I mean, it looks angelic. The fit skin just looks so healthy and just beautiful. And again, it's very long wearing. It wears beautifully. It doesn't look greasy. It doesn't feel heavy. It's really a high performing foundation. I love it. I am the shade 210, I believe. Yeah, 210 light, medium neutral. This is a fantastic one. And I think that this is really great for all skin types. Even an oily skin can wear this. The only thing I would say about an oily skin is if you prefer something more mattifying because you find that your oils make every foundation look more dewy and glowy and you like to start with a matte foundation, then this one's not for you because it's not matte, right? But I still think that an oily skin can wear this because it's long wearing and it's lightweight. It's not heavy. So you'll have some radiance, but it's not going to feel heavy or it's not going to look greasy on you. It's really beautiful. A drier skin, you'll really love this because it's going to give a glow. It's going to give some life to the skin. When our skin is dry, it can look more dull and flat. And this is going to give that radiant, healthy, youthful look to the skin. You do want to pair it with a really great hydrating primer first to really plump up the skin to make sure you're getting that hydration because I wouldn't say this is a really a hydrating foundation. It gives the look of hydrated skin, but I wouldn't feel, I wouldn't say that it's a hydrating foundation, but I love this. It's a great one. And I was happy to see it on the list this year. So the Cera Creole Concealer, it won in the clean category as under best clean makeup for concealer. I have been singing this concealer praises since I discovered it. I think it was this year that I discovered it. I wear the shade three. I'm actually planning to pick up the shade two when the Sephora sale starts, which by the time this video goes live, it'll, the sale will be live, but I'm filming it before the sale starts. Nikkie has the shade two and I tried it. It was perfect. Three works great for me, but I like it a little bit more brightening. This concealer is fantastic and I would recommend this for everyone. The problem with it is the price point. It's $58. So it's a pretty pricey high-end formula. I do feel like it's worth it. The packaging is so beautiful. The formulation is so beautiful. It is probably the best concealer I have ever used. You guys, it really is. It is so light, so blendable, fantastic coverage, long wearing. It is gorgeous. And I think it's really beautiful for mature skin. I have some texture underneath my eyes as most of us do, but also my under eye area is really dry. And this is hydrating without being too much, too slippery. It's really beautiful. It's also great for the face because of how lightweight the formulation is. So you can apply it to highlight the face, to conceal on the face. Some concealers I feel like are either too heavy to be used, either under the eye or they're too light and sheer that they're not really going to cover more acne or things where you might need some more coverage. And I feel like this concealer is the perfect balance of everything. It works so great. You can even use this with a tinted SPF and just conceal in the areas you want. Use a tinted SPF and really skip foundation if you want. It has hyaluronic acid in it, which we know attracts hydration and moisture to the skin. So it's very hydrating. It also has caffeine in it, which caffeine is a really great ingredient to have in products that go underneath the eye because it can help visibly reduce the signs of puffiness or like puffiness underneath the eyes. So any eye creams with caffeine or concealers with caffeine, if you struggle with puffiness, this can kind of help combat that. Merit's Beauty Tinted SPF one in the best of clean makeup category. This is such a fantastic product. This launched last year, I believe. This is an SPF of 45. It's clean beauty. It's mineral SPF. It has a very natural finish and very light coverage. So it's very sheer. It's really just going to kind of even the skin tone out. You can wear it underneath foundation if you want additional coverage or again, you can pair it with like the Cerakryl concealer and kind of cover in the areas you want more coverage and let that be your complexion products and not have to wear foundation on top of it. It's very light and it feels very natural on the skin. It's also non-comedogenic. So it's not going to clog your pores or cause any breakout if that's something you struggle with. It has a really soft velvety finish and this also has powder pigments in it that are going to help blur and soften the appearance of texture on the skin. So really love this product. I wear the shade 22 and it's a great match. And again, these are pretty flexible because of how sheer and light the coverage is. So it's one of those formulations where a few shades will probably work on you meaning it's not so shade specific like a full coverage product would be. There were a couple of mascaras in the eye category. One of them was the YSL Lash Clash and as I'm looking at it it actually won for best color mascara. I missed that because I don't have the colored version. I just have the black version but I do love this mascara. This surprisingly didn't win for the best volumizing mascara. The Dior Show Over Volume Mascara won for that category but this is a very volumizing mascara. So if you're looking for a high impact lots of drama volumizing mascara the Lash Clash is it. It has a really fat wand and this gives a ton of volume you guys. Now I already have mascara on and it's dry so we're not going to probably get to witness this mascara too much but if you want really full lashes this will give it to you. Now this formula does I have noticed it's one of those formulas that you do kind of have to stay on top of and replace you know what do they say every three months you should throw out and replace your mascara and this is one that I would do that with because it can get a little clumpy but I also think that's just kind of the nature of a mascara that is very very thickening and volumizing like this but this is one of those mascaras that'll give instant drama right away a few swipes and you're like oh wow there's a lash so I love this and I felt like this did deserve a spot on the list this year. I was so excited to see that Hung Van Gogh's eyeshadow palette was on the list for best eyeshadow palette. Now I have the shade New Neutral and I cannot say enough about how beautiful this palette is. It is stunning and you get a mix of mattes and metallics, shimmers so you really get a palette that can create a variety of looks. You can do something very simple and minimal with this or you can go full out glam. The textures on these are so nice I mean it's just fantastic there's a large mirror here. I bought one of everything that he launched so I bought an eyeshadow palette I bought the blush I bought the bronzer I bought a liner and all that and everything was really good you guys with the palette really being one of my favorite and I love this color story here. I'm just going to kind of swatch these really beautiful shimmer shades look at how beautiful those are and I love that they're very neutral. Now he launched this eyeshadow palette in a variety of shade ranges so if you want something colorful you can find that if you want something really warm you can find that. I wanted to go with the neutral because I feel like it's just more wearable and it's something that I'll reach for every day and just fantastic. If you are a makeup lover and you love the option to go glam in a neutral approach you must have this palette. It is so so good. So Ilia Beauty's eyeshadow sticks made the list for best eyeshadow stick. I love these when these launch do they launch this year? They launched last year. I went and bought purchased them as soon as they launched because I love a good eyeshadow stick. I bought them in many shades and I picked my favorite two shades. So this is the shade fawn and it's matte and it's neutral and it's kind of more of like a kind of like ochery brown shade. I love this color. It's so pretty. They're very creamy you guys. Very creamy, very blendable. Once they set they stay in place so they don't budge and I also love the shape of the tip of this. Do you see how it's got more of a flat shape? So you can really lay it on the lid and fill in the lid really well. However, you can also use just the tip of it if you want to use it as a liner. So it's got some flexibility in terms of using it all over the lid or using it as an eyeliner in the shape of it. It's got this slanted in this flat shape. They come in shimmer and they also come in mattes. This is the matte and then I also have the shimmer shade here. This is the shade, what shade is this? This is the shade brocade and this is a kind of deep bronzy shade. I'll show you what this looks like. These are so soft you guys. They're so soft and creamy and with any eyeshadow stick you want to make sure that you completely close it until you hear that snap with the lid because this will dry out if you do not just as any eyeshadow stick will. So this looks like the lid is on but listen, you really want it to snap shut. So always make sure that you're doing that with all of your creamy products whether it's shadow liners or it's cream shadows in a pot whatever it is it's creamy make sure you completely close it so that it doesn't dry out but these are fantastic. If you are an eyeshadow stick lover you will love these. So Rare Beauty's matte bouncy blushes won in the best cream blush category and I have to agree with it. These are so so good. They're really really unique you guys. This formula Rare Beauty is known for having really innovative unique formulas. Have you ever noticed that? Have you ever noticed the Rare Beauty products that you use are just like typically unlike any other formula you've ever used before. They're very unique and I noticed that right off the bat when I tried these. I wasn't sure if it was a powder or if it was a cream when I first applied it because they don't feel like a sticky thick cream product can feel sometimes. Even when you swatch it it's not super clear that it's a cream. It's a very lightweight cream. They're blurring. They go on the skin so beautifully. You can really sheer them out for a nice wash of color that's very controllable or you can build it up for more color. They are so gorgeous. I love love these. I would recommend using a little bit more of a dense brush when you go in to apply these. With any cream product you want something with a little more density so it can really pick up the product. It's not as lightweight as like dry powder can be. However, these are a very lightweight cream product. They are gorgeous. This is the shade Happy and it's so beautiful. We'll apply a little bit right now. Let me see what brush I want to use. I'm going to use the 116 brush to apply this. I'm just going to kind of bounce it into the blush and I already have blush on obviously but I'll just kind of touch it up a little bit. They're very easy to apply. They're very foolproof so anyone can use these and they shouldn't have trouble with them. They're gorgeous. I really love how blurring they are. They just leave a very smooth kind of airbrush look to the skin. Very soft. Now you guys, I'm looking at the hair winners this year and I'm actually kind of ashamed to say I wasn't familiar with any of the hair products. I have been living in an Orbea bubble and I need to break out of that bubble. I know I do. Orbea is so fantastic and I love everything they make. Well, not everything they make but I pretty much use exclusively Orbea for the most part. There are some fill-ins I have but after looking at the list it became very clear to me that I need to branch out of Orbea and try more hair care brands because I hadn't tried anything that was on this list, you guys. So unfortunately, I cannot give you feedback there but let's move on to lips because there are a few lip products that are on the list that I love. Makeup Forever's Super Boost Lip Gloss won for the best tinted lip gloss and I could not agree more. I am obsessed with this formula. I love it and particularly I love this color. This is the shade Juicy Peach. I'm going to blot what I have on now and we're going to go ahead and apply this on the lips. This stays in my purse. I love this color. It's gorgeous. It's got just the right amount of color. It's tinted so you can wear it on top of a liner and still see your liner through it but it's got great color so if you want to skip a lipstick you can just wear this. It feels so hydrating on the lips. Now it does have a traditional gloss-like texture and feel. I wouldn't say it's thick or sticky but it's definitely not like a really lightweight gloss. I love it. I have it in this color and then I have it in this shade. I think it's called Boundless Berry which is really beautiful too. It feels so hydrating. It almost feels like a lip treatment. So good. So if you get this grab the shade Juicy Peach. It's my favorite. If you like a peachy kind of warm look to the lips it's so good. This is fantastic. I was so excited when I saw that. Like when I'm looking through this list and I'm recognizing products I'm like oh yeah that's really good. Oh yeah that's really good. Oh my god that's my favorite. I'm so glad it's on the list. That was what my response was when I saw that this product was on there. It's so good. Okay for best lip oil e.l.f. actually made the list with their Glow Reviver Lip Oil and I have these in several shades. This is the shade Princess Cut. It's got some shimmer to it. These are really nice you guys. These kind of remind me of like a dupe for the Dior lip oils. This one's very shimmery. I wouldn't do the shimmery one. I couldn't find my other one that doesn't have shimmer but I prefer the one without shimmer. This has like refined sparkle but it's a little too shimmery for me so I would kind of ignore this specific shade but the formula is very nice. It's a lip oil. It also feels like a treatment. Actually kind of feels similar to me than the Make Up For Ever. These two actually have a very similar feel and look on the lips I feel. The Make Up For Ever Super Boost has more pigment to them. It's more tinted where this is kind of just like a very sheer lip oil slash gloss but these are fantastic. If you haven't tried these they're e.l.f. so they're super affordable and you won't just be disappointed. Grab them in a few shades because again they're so sheer that whatever color you're seeing once you put it on the lips and swatch it it is going to be a very very diluted version of that color. Very sheer which makes them really easy to wear and throw on as a lip treatment without worrying about the color being too bold or too bright or too dark or too light. Once they're on the lips for like 10 minutes they all kind of look the same honestly. Very sheer. Pat McGrath's Lip Crayon made the list and I was very excited to see this on here because there was a period of time when I first discovered this this was all I could talk about. This is a lip crayon. It's super pigmented. This is the shade Nude Venus and these are so nice you guys. If you like it's kind of like a lip liner and lipstick in one. You really don't need liner with these. You can just use these all over the lips. They're super pigmented. They're very lightweight. You get a little bit of a sheen that's not a glossy or highly shined product. It's also not matte either. Very richly pigmented. Great definition for the lips. Throw it on. Fill the entire lip in. It's your lipstick. It's your liner in one. They have pretty good stain power because of how pigmented they are and how they're not a glossy product that's going to transfer a whole lot or move around a whole lot. But these are really great and I love this shade. I would definitely recommend this shade. It's a very easy and wearable color. If you wanted to alter it or change it you could always grab an actual lip pencil in darker color to kind of deepen it up or richen it up. You could obviously throw a gloss on top of this if you wanted but it's just a really good comfortable but light feeling product on the lips. It's not going to feel like a gloss will. You're not going to even feel that there's anything there and it's in between a matte and a satin formula. You know, it's not real shiny or satiny but it's also not flat and matte. It's kind of right there in between. So it's a very comfortable and easy formula to wear. So that wraps this video up. I hope you enjoyed it.
