ABANDONED DECREPIT RESTAURANT in Youngstown, OH - Monteen's Southern Cuisine

today we find ourselves at an abandoned restaurant in Youngstown called montin Southern Cuisine um I've driven by this place like about a thousand times but I never like stop to see inside or anything so let's go walk around and see what we can find this place looks pretty um floral from the street I always drive by and I'm I decided to actually check it out this time they have some murals in the front I wonder if somebody actually hand painted that right onto the building actually it kind of looks like they did um so that's kind of cool it looks like the art has faded significantly there I don't know if there used to be one in this window yeah I don't know anything about this place really except for that um it closed in like 2016 or something like that I don't know if it was any good um I don't think it was cuz the reviews they it seem like it was pretty bad uh oh look at this brick yeah this place is in pretty bad shape road is extremely busy this um handrail whoa yeah I got him he's right here there is a friend up there okay this is trashed oh that almost seemed like it was going to it almost seemed like it was going to open yeah this is this is pretty [Applause] bad these flowers are nice must be some pretty good flowers that lasted throughout the years ohoh look no they're real oh protected by tight spot surveillance and there was a drive-thru [Music] here I I think there is something to see in there but I can't see it right now because it's too sunny one thing I noticed about Youngstown and more is that they are full of Abandonment they are full of Abandonment like a lot of uh places in the USA but there's some pretty decrepit abandoned restaurants in this area get up there that's crazy looks like somebody was um not sure maybe camping out here maybe just dumping um definitely been using it as trash can but at least it's in a trash can anybody needs a traffic cone you can come to Belmont Avenue in Youngstown and then this building is like L-shaped so I don't know if this section is part of it or if this is a different business whoa okay so there's there is a view inside that's pretty cool then this is the other side of the building like I said I'm not sure if somebody was dumping the mattress or sleeping there not sure what was going on but something was it definitely could have been either or um if you need an extra pair pair of socks you can come here um if you're like super super desperate you can't um afford any socks at the store like there's a pretty I mean they're in pretty good shape they don't have any moss growing on them or anything so I mean yeah we're good to go so this is signage in pretty good shape usually you would expect a letter or two or three to be missing then we're coming back around to the [Music] front de what is it a dead bird oh no h it's a dead bird um that sucks so yeah that will conclude my tour of the montin Southern Cuisine oh and also um um this is the sign post if anyone needs a lighter I don't even want to touch that actually if anyone needs a lighter you can come here um so the lot is for sale Club Amari okay so this was two places actually it was a uh restaurant and a bar the club ofari both of them failed uh so this will conclude my tour of the abandoned montin restaurant in Youngstown um there are many more abandoned restaurants and gas stations and stuff all over the area so there will be more videos coming and I will see you guys on the next video a
