Saving Fish Abandoned in DRIED UP CREEK!

Something literally took a chunk out of his tail. It's a snapper. Oh my god What's up BFB Nation welcome back to another awesome video guys today We're starting out the video in the car me and Robert just driving down the street and we noticed this canal right there Completely dried up So then we immediately went home and got prepared got the supplies that we need to save fish if there are fish that needs saving We haven't had rain in a long time here in Florida So there's absolutely no water in this canal from what we saw. There's probably fish that need to be saving So we got a cooler in the backfield with fresh water. We've never been here before so we don't know what's in here But there's any fish that needs saving that are dried up. I don't know We're gonna check it out and see if we can save anything All right, here we go Let's see if you can squeeze through oh, that's a close call Oh Rob right away. Oh my god. He might be alive. We don't know for sure. Let's go check it out guys There's no water whatsoever. And there's already a fish dude. Look at that thing. It's amazes me how this happens this canal this Creek whatever it was I don't know how high it was but it's completely dried up. I mean look at this ground like boom It's so dry and it just is it pretty much killed everything There's no survivors really except for you know, the gar and all that but think of all the little fish and all the you know Fish that were in here that died from it, you know, no, no rain. That's what happened. But check that out There's a really big snakehead week. We're not quick enough to save them It's actually probably illegal for us to save a snake. Yeah anyways, but this is kind of crazy I see raccoon footprints everywhere scruffy's been around. Yeah bird footprints. So all the little fish I doubt there's gonna be any little fish alive or left. Hey guys, come here They're legal to release in a body of water You didn't catch them in though The law is if you catch a snake head you can release them in the same body of water So there is a little pocket of water right down there. You might be able to zoom in on that little pocket of water I think our best bet to save this fish because I don't like seeing fish die I don't care if it's invasive or not. This fish has a life and I don't want to see it suffer They can survive frickin days out of water with no water. So this guy's definitely still alive. We're saving fish so right now we have pretty much the only pocket of water except for by the sewer and there's one dead peacock and The snakehead we put in there to try and save them. So we think there's something in there So we brought a net and we're just gonna put ground. Maybe there's not but we gotta see Theoretically a gator could just be like in the mud Because if it is a gator, he'll bite you and then I write on it, but I got Crocs on so and they're in sports mode So so you'll be fine. That's actually crazy the rest of it's very very dry So I doubt there's really anything alive for us to save I'm exhausted what we're gonna do me and Rob see We don't want them to die in the cooler So what we're gonna do we're gonna head to Pontiac's right now and we're gonna try and save all these gar and the clown I fish and hopefully they live we're gonna head to Pontiac's now and release these fish All right, guys, we've made it to Pontiac's and somehow some way this clown knife fish is still alive here. I'll be close Look at him. He's completely upright. We're gonna examine him That was definitely the snapping turtle or the softshell that was taking bites out of him. He's actually in really good condition. So now Jesus Look at that bite right there Rob Look at that one right here That's a big chunk. That was definitely the snapping turtle or the softshell and there's another bite right there. Oh my god through He might make it though. He could heal those wounds. And yeah guys, we're gonna put him in pond X right now And hopefully he survives He's actually kicking off he's swimming through that he's staying on top but he might live look at that There you go. You can see how much mud that was on these bars because the coolers like all mud now Yeah, all of them. They were drying up in that mud Now they're gonna be in pond X. Let go look look at them.
