One Car Out, One Car Fighting: The Street Stock World 🌎 Championship Finale!

Hello everybody, welcome back. We're back, night two here at Wyanotte Motorsports Park for the Street Stock World Championship. They're getting some hot lap qualifying going I think for the late models. They're all rolling up to the grid now. We're sitting around waiting, got the battery on charge and stuff. They got the motors swapped out in this car in the triple nickel last night. Hopefully all that will go good tonight. Cork can contend for the win and put it up front. I think we'll be doing the same thing as last night. Probably be the top eight qualifying and then they'll do B mains. Probably take eight out of each one. I think it's 31 of us when I checked on my race class last. So we'll see. Hopefully the car ain't popping and snapping like it was last night. We can get a pretty good qualifying time. Put us in a good position if we don't make the top eight. But there's a lot of good competition back in stock here for us. If I could just make it in the show, I'd be happy. But here in just a few minutes we'll have some hot lap qualifying coming right up. So y'all hang on, we'll be right back. There's three other cars there. He's got a flat left. Rear tire. Well y'all, that's uh that's it for me tonight again. Car was running really good. Probably the best it's ran since we've had it done and racing it. I'm not 100% sure what happened. Impatient, I believe. Just, I mean, two laps in and it gone, man. I don't know. Like I said, I saw a car out of my peripheral kind of come down. Like I said, I'm not sure exactly what happened. I ain't seen the replay yet, but pretty much got sandwiched, felt like. But uh, run to right front, left rear. That's just how it goes. Sometimes I hate it. Really wanting to make the main race for dad's birthday, but uh, we'll regroup. Try to be at uh, uh, dog on it. Talladega short track, December the 20th. We're going to try to make that uh, icebreaker race, but I'm not so sure now I got to buy three new wheels and some tires. So we'll see. But we still got Cory's uh, main race coming up. Uh, I'm not even sure where he starts, but somewhere up front. I believe eight. So y'all hang on. We'll have the uh, a main coming up short. Conor Thomas in the 55.
