Rebecca Zamolo must teach every age from 1-25 and get them to learn to do gymnastics for the first time. It won't be easy especially when she has to get Ben Azelart to do a front flip. Will she finish this challenge or never be able to coach her daughter Zadie again?
These athletes ages one to 25
will be competing in gymnastics,
but they have never done gymnastics before,
so this will be their first time,
including a mystery YouTuber.
Starting with a one-year-old,
and she has to walk across the beam.
Arms up and walk.
You're doing it!
♪♪♪
Slow and careful.
Look at the end of the beam.
You did it!
Yay!
High fives!
Good job!
These athletes have three tries
to complete a gymnastics move taught by me.
But if they fail,
Rebecca has agreed to never coach our daughter again.
Next up, we have a three-year-old.
She is a tap dancer and a ballerina,
and you will have to learn a cartwheel.
Have you ever done a cartwheel before?
No.
Okay, well today I'm gonna teach you how.
Let me see your cartwheel.
Oh no, she didn't do her cartwheel,
and I only have two more tries,
otherwise I will never get to coach my daughter again.
You know what, Ireland?
Maybe you just need a little more speed,
like a running start.
Can you try it from over there?
I really hope this works, ZamFam.
All right, run!
Run!
We only have one more try, Ireland.
Do you think you can do it?
I don't think so.
Well, you know what?
I am your coach, and I think you can.
All you're gonna have to do is to listen to what I say,
we'll do a few drills,
and then I know you'll be able to do it.
I hope so.
Come on.
When I was a coach 10 years ago,
I used a specific mat to train girls
on how to do a cartwheel.
Hopefully, it will work for our three-year-old.
Okay, Ireland, this is your last chance
to do this cartwheel.
As your coach, I believe in you,
but do you think you can do this?
I think so.
You got this.
Oh, you did it!
High five!
Oh my gosh, that was so good!
How do you feel?
I can't believe I did it.
This three-year-old did a cartwheel?
It's another level.
What Rebecca doesn't know is,
I'm gonna be training the entire day,
and I hired two expert coaches to train me.
Matt, we're gonna be starting with push-ups.
Push-ups?
No, splits!
Splits?
Wait, push-ups or splits?
I said push-ups.
Splits!
Which one is it?
Fine, split jumps.
Split jumps.
I got this.
I still got what I wanted.
Three, two, one.
That's not a split.
It was a straddle.
I'm out of here.
Baby, I have a...
Don't leave me!
I think I ripped my pants!
I got you.
Oh, thank goodness.
I have to wear these.
These new gymnasts must complete a skill
from this list right here.
So far, we've completed two of them,
but some of these skills are a lot more challenging.
For this next girl, I know she does acrobatics,
and she must be flexible.
So I'm gonna have her do a harder skill
and save some of these easier skills for later,
because I have to win this Zamfam.
Some of these skills seem a little too easy,
so I'm gonna make it a lot harder.
Next up is our six-year-old.
Alana is a rhythmic gymnast,
but has never done artistic gymnastics before,
and never been on a balance beam.
So, Alana, can I see your arabesque scale?
Okay, wow.
That is really good,
but now I'm gonna teach you how to do it on the high beam.
What?
Okay, Alana, I'm gonna spot you on this high beam.
There we go.
Scale.
Got this.
How do you feel?
A little nervous.
It's a little bit higher than you're used to,
but I think you can do this.
While this is impressive for a six-year-old,
you are very flexible.
But if you wanna pass,
you're gonna have to do this on your own,
on that high beam.
Oh, no.
Here I go.
Well, that took a long time.
You weren't good at split jumps.
Let's see if you can eat all this.
Hot dogs?
I don't know what this has to do with gymnastics,
but I'm definitely gonna be good at it.
Keep going, faster.
Best gymnastics team ever!
He has no idea what's gonna happen next.
Okay, Alana, you're on the high beam right now.
How does it feel?
A little high.
It's a little high,
but all you have to do is the exact same thing
you did over there.
Now, I am standing right here,
but in order to pass,
you have to do this by yourself.
All right, you got this.
One, two, three!
Yes, you did it!
How do you feel?
Good.
That was a great job,
and it looks like I just passed another level.
Another skill complete,
and I will get to choose one of these gymnasts
to go up against.
Matt and Zamfam, I have a secret weapon.
I just need to make sure I get to that age.
So, for the next age,
I know that they are a swimmer,
which means they don't have gymnastics experience,
so I'm gonna have them do an easy skill,
like a forward roll.
But I thought there was a forward roll.
I guess I'm gonna have to teach them a bridge kickover.
I hope a swimmer can do that.
That was light work.
Now that you're done with this,
it's time for the real training, 100 sprints.
I just ate a bunch of hot dogs, though.
Let's go!
Next up is our seven-year-old,
who is a swimmer,
but has never taken a gymnastics class before.
I have taught myself some,
but I don't know if they're right yet.
Well, I am your coach today,
and I'm gonna be teaching you a bridge kickover.
Okay, so arms up.
Yep, now you're gonna bend back,
look for the floor.
Oh, wait.
You're really good at that.
I taught myself that.
What, you taught yourself?
That is very impressive.
We're gonna try to kick over.
Push your shoulders.
That's pretty close,
but not close enough, okay?
You only have two more tries,
and a lot is riding on this for me to coach my daughter,
so I'm gonna give you a planer, okay?
When you try to kick your feet over,
I want you to push your armpits that way,
and it's gonna help you.
Okay.
Whatever it takes to beat Rebecca.
Is it okay if I just slow down a little bit faster?
Oh my gosh.
You are very positive.
I like that.
Okay, arms up.
Bridge.
Okay.
Now, push your shoulders.
Push them.
Almost.
And go.
Push.
Oh, kind of.
No big deal, but if I don't pass this,
I don't get to coach my daughter,
so I need you to do it.
You're so close.
I believe in you.
You just gotta kick over.
Oh, no.
What, no?
You can do it.
Okay, hold on.
Do you have an extra shirt I can wear?
No, but our girls team does.
I'm gonna be your cheerleader.
Everyone in the comment section say,
go, Faye, right now.
You got this.
Oh, you did it by yourself.
Now you just have to kick over.
Yes, you did it.
Great job, Faye.
And it looks like,
guess who just passed another level?
You.
I'm getting another older gymnast.
You're the oldest gymnast I know.
The oldest?
Yeah.
Thanks.
I cannot believe she did that,
even though she did call me old,
and I know exactly what skill
I'm gonna do for the next round.
Just, I swear that I saw fur roll over there.
Wait, maybe I am getting old.
I need to make this harder on Rebecca,
so I have a plan.
Actually, I have two of them.
Hey, you guys are supposed to be twins.
We are.
But you're different heights.
We know.
This is so confusing.
What are we supposed to do?
In order for Rebecca to pass this level,
you guys are gonna have to do the same exact skill.
This is gonna make it twice as hard.
Got it.
Project Subtle Double Trouble is on the bubble.
Let's go.
He's so weird.
Next up is our 11-year-old gymnast who does karate.
Wait, there's two of you?
Yes, we're twins,
and we both have to do a gymnastics move.
Okay, well then that means I have to teach both of you
a one-armed cartwheel.
Have either of you done that?
Of course, Mom.
We do karate.
Right, I knew that.
Well, I hope this isn't twice as hard.
It will be.
Okay, since you guys do karate,
you guys probably do moves like this.
Hi-ya, hi-ya, hi-ya, hi-ya, hi-ya.
No.
Okay, well, a one-armed cartwheel
is kinda like that one move that you guys don't do.
But this right here is a cartwheel.
You're gonna have to do this first
before you can learn a one-armed cartwheel.
Cartwheel like this.
What do you think?
If you can do it, so can we.
Why would you say that?
Because you're old.
Okay, we're gonna keep going.
Let me see your guys' cartwheels.
Wait, where did you learn that?
Karate.
That was a great base to start with,
so maybe this won't be as hard as I thought.
So to learn a one-armed cartwheel,
are you guys righties or lefties?
Righties.
So that means you're gonna wanna put your right hand down
and your left arm up.
So I'm gonna have you do a cartwheel with two hands,
then lift up your left hand before you land.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Let's start with 11.
Just kidding.
Let's start with the twin.
Just kidding.
We'll start with the short twin.
Okay, so cartwheel, then lift it up.
Nice.
Little 11, now tall 11.
Cartwheel lift.
Zamfam, I have no idea why there are two 11-year-olds,
but thankfully, both of them are actually really good.
The rings are all about strength.
Now kick up and flip over.
I have to wheel on my own.
Ah!
That was a one-armed cartwheel.
Do you guys think you'll be able to do it?
Of course we can.
Let's try it at the same time.
Both of you start with your arms up,
and you're going to put your left hand
behind your back when you go.
So arms up, and then it's gonna go back.
Are you ready?
Yes.
Three, two, one, cartwheel.
Ah!
You guys are way too good at that.
I think we can do the one-armed cartwheel a different way.
I'm gonna put you here,
and you're gonna put this arm up.
You guys crisscross.
Yep, exactly.
Now you are going to go this way and do a cartwheel.
You have to keep walking.
Does that make sense?
Ta-da!
All right, let's do this, twins!
Nice!
For being twins, you guys didn't do that bad.
What are you talking about?
We did great.
Okay, fine.
They did, right, ZamFam?
Comment below if you think Eleven did a pretty good job.
Head on over there,
because it looks like I just passed another level.
I should've got two check marks for that.
And I really hope the next gymnast
can hold a handstand for 30 seconds.
Jackson, you're gymnast number 12, right?
Yeah, and why are you wearing that?
It's not important.
What is important is that you don't do the move
that Rebecca asked you to do.
And if you don't, I'll give you this Apple Watch.
No way!
I've been always wanting an Apple Watch.
Wait, but if I don't do the move,
Rebecca can't move on.
Exactly.
Think about it.
Whoa, hey, no, no, no.
Look it, just focus on what you don't have to do.
Good luck.
Next up is our 12-year-old Jax,
who is a soccer player,
but today he is gonna be a gymnast.
Now, Jax, do you wanna know the skill
that you are gonna be learning today?
Yes, what skill am I doing?
You will be holding a handstand.
Okay, that's easy.
For 30 seconds.
30 seconds?
Don't worry, I gotcha.
I want you to kick up into a handstand.
We start here.
Kick up, yep.
Okay, yep.
Head off, that's it.
And, and, and.
All right, now try to take one leg off.
Practice.
Now can we do two feet?
Okay.
That actually wasn't, it wasn't that bad.
But you know what?
Maybe it's the cheese thing.
Maybe you just need to go on the floor.
So, you're gonna kick up,
and I'm gonna time it.
Remember, you only get three tries.
Question.
Yes?
Can you take a photo of me?
Why?
I need more Instagram followers.
Okay, so you're just posting on your Instagram?
Yep.
All right, thank you.
And kick your legs up.
Handstand.
One, two.
That was good.
It's almost like you were kicking your legs.
You were fully balanced.
You could've held that handstand, Jax.
I don't know.
Just try one more time.
Jax, you're like almost there.
It's almost like you're not trying or something.
You only have one more shot.
You know what?
I will be right back.
Just keep going on the wall.
Okay.
I cannot believe she fell for that.
I really want that app launch.
Zam Fam, I don't know what to do.
I know this sounds mean,
but it feels like Jax is not even trying.
He only has one more chance to hold a handstand
for 30 seconds, or I don't pass.
I need to think of something.
Maybe I just try a different skill.
Like the splits.
I just need to motivate him.
I think I know exactly what to do for motivation.
Matt, I want you to do a front flip.
I got it!
That was not even worth doing a correction.
I need more height.
Hold on, hold on.
Those hot dogs were a bad idea.
Okay, Jax, I have a question.
Do you think you could do the splits?
Absolutely, no way.
Look, if you get the splits,
I will take a photo and I'll tag you on my Instagram.
It's a lot of followers you could get for those splits,
but you have to actually do it,
go all the way down and split.
You only get one shot.
I'll try.
Yes!
I hope this is actually possible.
Okay, Jax, since you only have one shot to do the splits,
I want to make sure you are all stretched out,
and this machine is the perfect thing to do it.
So just put your legs like this, yep,
and now you're just gonna roll it out.
How does it feel?
Whoa, whoa, ah!
Little farther.
There's no way you're getting down to your splits
if you can't do this.
Ah, ah!
Do it for the gram!
Ow, ow, ow, I can't do it.
Oh my gosh.
Hopefully that was enough,
because now you have to do the splits on the floor,
and if you do it, I will tag you on Instagram.
Apple Watch or Instagram followers?
Six, seven, or four, one.
Jax, come on!
The gym is set at 67 degrees, so it's perfect.
You can do this.
No way, guys.
Six, seven.
Let's do this.
Six, seven.
Oh, yes!
Get my photo!
Okay, a deal's a deal.
I am tagging him on my Instagram story.
Yeah, oh yeah!
Let's go!
It's all six, seven, guys.
Six, seven.
Hey bro, what happened?
You're supposed to not do the move.
I'm sorry.
I'm just a sucker for Instagram followers.
Come on, you could have had this.
Hey, hey, get back here.
I am so happy that Jax did the splits
because now Zamfam is my secret weapon
who will not only do the hardest skill on this board,
she will also guarantee that Matt loses.
Matt, we're going to do a front split.
Let's do it.
Did I just do it?
It wasn't that bad.
Take it.
Before I move on to the next stage,
I need to use the bathroom.
Wait.
That's training?
He's never done a front flip before.
You know what though?
That's all right because I still have my secret weapon
and there's no way Matt will be able to beat them.
It is now time for my secret weapon.
Come on in.
Age 14, Sawyer.
And Sawyer is a level 10 gymnast,
but she is training a new skill,
which is why she is in this competition today.
And if she gets that skill, then I move on.
Are you ready to do it?
I'm ready to do the skill for the first time and beat Matt.
Let's go.
That was a bad idea.
Should've air high-fived.
Come on.
Okay, the bars are right this way, Sawyer.
You're here?
I thought it was supposed to be people doing gymnastics
for the first time.
As long as I learn a new skill, I'm allowed to do it.
You know what?
I cannot let Rebecca win if you don't compete.
Yeah.
That's $1.
So?
Keep it coming.
Two.
Keep on going.
Three.
Come on.
Four.
Matt.
Okay, I only have $100 and a $20 left.
I'm not gonna give you those.
Oh, thanks.
Come on.
Matt, these aren't even real.
So, you're not gonna compete?
No, I'm still going to, and I don't want that.
Who replaced my real money with fake money?
Sawyer is trying to compete level 10 this season,
and she needs a bar release called an Ashova.
But I've never done it before.
So, I'm gonna coach her,
and if she can complete it here, then I pass.
Okay, Sawyer, to start off,
I want you to do three counter-tap swings into a tent shape,
just to get comfortable with the setting.
In a little more.
That was great, Sawyer.
Now you're gonna do the same thing again,
but you're gonna release to here,
and land in the tent shape.
Land on here.
That was great.
I think you're in a good spot to try to turn.
How do you feel right now?
Um, if I'm being honest, pretty nervous.
Well, then we're gonna do one more step
that I think will give you the confidence to do it.
So, now you're gonna let go,
and you're gonna try to go up to a handstand.
So, it's like a straddle-back handstand.
And, if your feet touch,
you're just gonna jump up to a handstand, okay?
Both of those are good progressions.
You can do it.
Sawyer is looking pretty good.
As long as she can overcome her fear and try this move,
then she will definitely beat Matt, and I will win.
However you can do it, jump to handstand or handstand.
Okay, and jump.
Yes!
Now look, we are running out of time.
So, I know you didn't quite make the handstand,
but that's okay, because in this skill,
you're gonna actually turn before handstand.
How do you feel?
I still feel pretty nervous, but.
Look, Sawyer, Matt, you can't get hurt.
I mean, unless you're Matt, then you get hurt,
but you're not Matt.
Zamfam, cheer on in the comments section.
Go, Sawyer, you can do this.
Go, Sawyer.
Okay, wait, stand up.
Just probably have to shake it out or something.
It hurts too bad, I can't.
What?
No, no, no, that's not good.
You have to go against Matt so I can win.
We'll get some ice on it and I'll check on you
and you'll feel better.
I'll get you some ice.
I have a bad feeling about this.
Zamfam, this is bad.
I mean, I'm glad Sawyer did her move,
but now she's injured and she was my secret weapon
to beat Matt.
But you know what?
It's okay, there are still three left.
One of them is a cheerleader and one is a mystery YouTuber.
One of them could definitely beat Matt.
Probably the cheerleader.
I mean, cheerleaders are basically gymnasts.
Cadence, I will give you this brand new iPhone 17
if you don't do a skill.
Yeah.
Okay, here you go.
Give this video a thumbs up
if you think Rebecca's gonna lose.
This is an iPhone 8 and it's not even new.
So we got a deal?
No way, I'm competing.
Hey, come on, hey.
Looks like it's back to the training room.
Next up is our 16-year-old Cadence.
Cadence is a cheerleader.
And Cadence, I wanna see your back tuck right now.
Okay.
This is really good and I'm glad it is
because I am gonna teach you how to do that on the high beam.
What?
Sawyer, you've been icing for a little bit now.
Let's see if you can stand up on it.
I don't think I can.
Rebecca, I can't compete against Matt.
You're gonna have to find another gymnast too.
I'm sorry.
It's okay, I'll figure it out.
Okay, Cadence, one of the biggest differences
of doing a back flip as a gymnast on the beam
versus a cheerleader is you're gonna wanna start
with one foot in front of the other
and you have to land with one foot in front of the other.
So this is a low beam.
I'm gonna have you try it here, okay?
That was really good.
Now we're gonna move up to a higher beam.
Okay.
See if I'm with Sawyer injured,
Cadence could be a potential to go up against Matt
but she has to do this back tuck first.
Cadence, how do you feel?
Really high, but...
Part of being a gymnast is overcoming your fear.
You are a cheerleader.
I know that you have done so many skills.
I had to do cheerleading skills that were terrifying
but you have to just throw it.
That was incredible.
I know you could beat my husband.
Do you think you could stick around for 30 minutes
so you can compete against him?
I have practice, so I actually have to go.
Bye.
Oh no, ZamFam, what am I gonna do?
Sawyer is injured and now Cadence has to go.
I only have two more people that can compete against Matt.
Otherwise, I'm gonna lose.
I cannot believe she actually did that
but she's not gonna be able to compete against Matt
which means I have to rely on a 17 year old
or a mystery YouTuber and I cannot lose.
Let's get rid of this one.
We gotta check this one off the list.
Next up is our 17 year old.
This is Emily and she is a social media influencer
and I have known Emily since she was like 11 years old.
Which is crazy.
And you have gotten a lot taller.
This feels weird, hold on.
This feels much better.
Can you guys frame up this way?
Yes, like this.
So Emily, you are today gonna be doing gymnastics
for the first time.
Okay, as long as I don't have to do a handstand.
We're good.
Well, that's actually exactly what you have to do.
But just for 30 seconds.
I got you, I'm a coach.
I'm so bad at this.
Back the other way.
Oh man, I am feeling pumped right now.
Ready to compete.
Oleg, do you have an outfit I could wear?
I got you.
Okay, Emily, the mat is here just in case
because I'm a little shorter than you.
But what you're gonna do is put your hands right here
and kick up.
I'm gonna grab you.
Okay.
Okay, here we go.
Oh my God.
This is great.
Emily, now I'm gonna let go of you, okay?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
No, no, no, I just want just a little bit.
Just a little bit.
Emily, you could have done it.
Yes, you could have.
That was so scary.
But you are balanced and all you have to do
is hold it for 30 seconds.
That's a long time.
It's really not that bad.
Why don't you try it then?
And when I do it, you have to do it too.
You're here in a handstand and you just go up.
How are you doing that?
It's easy.
It doesn't look easy.
Yeah, and then you just keep going to 30
and you're not tired at all.
That wasn't even five seconds.
Yeah, but I'm just the coach.
I was just demonstrating for example, you know?
I have to save my energy for the coaching.
Try again, okay?
Okay.
Not to put pressure on you, but you only get three tries.
You've already done one.
Come on, Em.
Okay, I'm letting go of one hand.
Oh no, okay.
Okay.
All right, 30 seconds is a very long time.
That's a very challenging skill.
I don't know why that was so high up on the list.
Just keep practicing.
I'll be right back.
I don't think I'm meant to be a gymnast, you guys.
And I'm definitely not practicing.
ZamFam, I am freaking out right now.
I don't think Emily's gonna be able
to hold a handstand for 30 seconds.
And she definitely can't do a front flip.
She only has one shot left.
I don't know what to do.
Wait, what is this?
Hold on.
Who did this?
Did Matt do this?
This entire time, there was a forward roll here.
That's perfect.
I might actually have a chance to win this.
Emily, hey.
Okay, I have some good news and some bad news.
First, I'm gonna give you the bad news.
I don't think you're gonna be able
to hold a handstand for 30 seconds.
Well, I already knew that, so.
Okay, well, the good news is,
all you have to do is do a somersault.
And I pass.
Okay, that's okay.
Stay calm.
I'm gonna show you.
All right, you're gonna put your hands down.
You're gonna duck your chin to your chest and roll.
That's it.
Just chin on chest and just roll.
So I start here?
Yeah, okay.
Now, now, duck your head.
Now, remember, you have to go all the way through.
We only get one shot at this, Emily.
You did it!
Oh my gosh!
Make sure you are subscribed to Emily.
Do you feel like a gymnast now?
I feel like a real, true gymnast.
Okay, well, next time, you are gonna learn a backflip.
You're so funny.
Oh, yes, ZamFam.
I am on the up and up,
and now it's time for the mystery YouTuber,
and I have to teach them a front flip.
And hopefully they can beat Matt.
It's a mystery.
Mystery YouTuber?
Wait, what are they calling?
Hey, I'm so excited to see you.
What?
You can't make it up here?
No, no, no.
No, you have to make it up here, please.
I need you because I need you to also beat Matt.
Okay, okay.
What if we come to you?
Great.
I'll see you in 10.
ZamFam, it looks like I have to teach
this mystery YouTuber a front flip,
and it's not at a gym.
We are now at their warehouse,
and it's time to meet our mystery YouTuber.
Woo!
Ben ain't a YouTuber, but he is a skateboarder.
Like I've done gymnastics.
That is very correct.
Okay, but you're used to falling and crashing,
so I think that's a little bit similar.
I just hope today we're not gonna do
any falling and crashing.
Well, you are gonna learn a front flip.
Okay, okay.
We got this?
I think.
Well, I am your coach,
so I am confident you can land your front flip,
and you kinda have to, so I can pass.
No pressure, but there's pressure.
I'm very nervous.
You don't need to be nervous.
You just need to get a front flip.
So we'll just start by just jumping up and down.
Okay, oh nice.
Yeah, these things are bouncy.
Yeah, perfect to do a front flip.
Are you sure this is enough balance to do a front flip?
Not exactly, which is why you're gonna have a running start,
but we'll get to that.
Okay, so first I want you to just jump and land.
Let's try the same thing.
Just jump, like tuck, like you're reaching up.
Yes!
Whoa, I feel like I could've done the flip right there.
Let's just do a somersault.
I just want you to get used to flipping.
You can do that.
Can you demonstrate?
Yes.
So you're just gonna go here, roll.
That's easy!
That's scary!
That's so easy.
Just do it slow.
Rebecca, I'm terrified.
No, you got this.
I did it.
I'm a little nervous.
If you're scared to do a forward roll,
how are you gonna do a front flip?
I don't know why, I feel more comfortable
doing a front flip than a somersault.
Okay, that makes no sense at all,
but it's okay because I need you to do the front flip.
So you think that it's gonna be easier
to just run and flip than to do a somersault?
Yes.
Then you know what, Ben?
Let's just try it.
Okay, ZamFam, smashing those up so Ben can make this.
ZamFam, I am really nervous right now.
If Ben won't go for the front flip,
then I don't pass this and I can never coach Zaydee again.
What?
I don't know, I'm so scared.
You're scared, but it's not scary at all.
Okay, wait, that phone, can we use that?
Oh, I'll flip on the phone first and then I'll try it.
It's not the cleanest, but it's gonna work.
That's a lot better.
This is extremely high up, so if I land this, it counts.
Yes, it definitely counts.
I'm not backing out this time.
Three, two, one.
That's right.
What are you doing and what are you wearing?
I am here to challenge and if I win,
you can never coach again.
Are you sure?
I'm the one that's supposed to be competing.
Actually, I have to choose someone that I coach
and I think you can do it.
I just dunk that dunk.
I'm sure I can do any gymnastics move
that you put in front of me.
Then the first person to land their feet
on a front flip onto here will win.
Rock, paper, scissors to see who goes first.
Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.
I'm going first.
Okay.
It doesn't matter because I've been training all day.
And by the way, what are you wearing?
I'm wearing the winner's outfit.
Right, Ben?
Here we go.
You got this.
Going down, Matt.
Bring it on.
First to land wins.
Three, two, one.
Oh.
That's okay.
That was close.
Mr. Twisty did it wrong.
It's just a front flip, right?
Twist it a little.
Remember, you need to look for the wall, not the side.
Okay, I'll try again.
I'll try again.
Hey, can you guys get out of the way?
I got a flip.
Zam Fam, I am really nervous right now.
I saw Matt training the front flip,
so there might be a chance he could land this first.
Oh, almost had that.
That was close.
I mean, you didn't quite flip all the way around.
It's my turn again.
You've got this, Ben.
Three, two, one.
I should have trained more.
Well, Zam Fam, I will still get to coach my daughter,
so make sure you're subscribed and subscribe to Ben.
Thanks a lot, Ben Adler.
