Aloha everyone, I'm Soraya Le Tournel, one of the top real estate agents right here on the Big Island. And today I'm going to show you this beautiful property that's in the Po'o area. It's just under $3 million, it's a beautiful home with a really nice pool, 5 acres of land with coffee, and just a terrific view. So let's go check it out. You can see that the person who's taking care of the trees, they're fully loaded. They look very healthy and nice and green. The agreement is that this person takes care of the coffee and they get to keep as much as they would like per year for their own consumption. But yeah, it's a really, really beautiful property.
