Today I'm going to give you the secret to tender and juicy fall off the bone turkey wings using
just a few simple ingredients. Okay so we got no fancy tricks here no stress just flavor packed
wings that practically melt right in your mouth every single time. You will need a white onion,
green and red bell pepper, and some garlic. Chop your vegetables then clean your turkey wings.
You want to remove any feathers loose pieces of skin or just any yucky parts that you do not wish
to eat. You may rinse them under cold water or you can just clean them however you normally would.
Then pat them dry really well with a cloth or paper towels and do this for seven seconds. Add
enough oil to coat the wings and spread it out evenly onto the meat. Now season with Tony
seasoning and add enough to cover the meat. Okay next you're going to add garlic powder,
onion powder, black pepper, paprika which will give the wings some nice color, and parsley.
Now gently press those seasonings into the meat. Use cooking gloves if you have them if not don't
worry about it. I always like to use cooking gloves because when I do it with my bare hands
it just snatches the seasonings right off. Flip the wings over add some olive oil and you're going
to season again with those same seasonings and you're going to massage the seasonings into the
meat really well front and back. And feel free to add a little more olive oil if you need to if you
need to help those seasonings spread more evenly. Sometimes they start to get a little clumpy and
it's irritating. I'm not gonna lie I don't know about you but it's irritating. Okay so you can
just add a little more olive oil and your meat should look something like this after you have
seasoned it. If not add a little more seasoning. Now lay the chopped vegetables in a casserole dish.
Add your chicken broth and sprinkle some parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt
onto the vegetables. Lay the wings on top and cut three tablespoons of unsalted butter into four
pieces and lay it on top of each wing. Now here's the secret to tender wings. You need to simply
cover them with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 300 degree fahrenheit oven for low and
slow baking. After the wings are tender you can remove the foil increase the temp to 400 degrees
for crispy skin. And 10 minutes before taking the wings out of the oven make a cornstarch slurry
using cornstarch and warm water. I like to do this instead of flour but if you prefer to do
flour you can do flour. And add it to the broth to make your gravy. If your liquid has evaporated
then you should add more broth to the baking dish before adding the slurry. And as you mix it you're
going to notice your gravy getting thick right away. I cooked my meat for approximately three
hours and as you can see it was very tender. If your meat is not tender like this you need to
cover you need to put it back into the oven to give it more time to slowly cook. Okay and you're
gonna love it once it comes out. It's gonna be so so good. Thank you so much for your support.
