Hello guys, welcome to my new vlog. So today I'm gonna show you in my laboratory.
So there's some devices, I'm gonna introduce them. Maybe you already know what's the function of this
device, maybe you don't know. So let's begin the left one. So this is Wisecube, you know incubator.
It has a, you know, heat function and shake function. By the way it's, you know, Wisecube
is a company or something. Now, right now it's, there's a bacteria it's growing inside. So that's
the reason I don't want to open the cover, lift or anyway. So this is sterile chamber and
we are making tissue culture inside. Also in some bacterial, you know, stuff. It has UV function
and normal light and standby and mute for, you know, ease the alarm or something, close the alarm
and keep going in this way. You know, it has a, oh sorry, this is also, you know,
water heater. There's some stuff inside of it. I could show you and we are using them
for biochemistry experiences. Also the other experiences to shocking bacteria
or insert the plasmid or something. And by the way, with your language, it's, you know,
heating waters with time, the other things. So this device is going like this.
You know, this device has producing electric for these things. Do you know what is these things?
This is electrophoresis and, but this is not, you know, like the normal one. This is, you know,
stand one or something. You can adjust, you know, the power off from this. So what is this?
This is a spectrophotometer. You can measure absorbance with that. So this is PCR.
And as you know that you can copy of your DNA, the other things,
this is centrifuge and centrifuge has some, you know, also cold function,
micro centrifuge. This is a big centrifuge, also cold and the other function. This is
incubator and there's no shape function in there. This is just incubator and keep a
decrease style or something. We are growing it with bacteria and the other things.
This is water distiller device and you can provide, you know, it can provide you distiller water.
So you can make it auto plow and there's a sterile water for you, for your experiences.
This is transilluminator and you can, you know, normally, if you are not a science man or
something, I could explain you so easily. In DNA, when you copy it with PCR and you make it
agarogel and there's some staining things, like ethidium bromide, the other things.
And after, you know, running it electrophoresis, you can come in here and there's a UV light
and you can, you know, see the DNA over there. And so this device is like this.
So it's UV lamp making sterilization laboratory.
And this is also the same device. It's producing electric power for electrophoresis.
This is ion leakage device and it measures conductive emitter. By the way, this device
name is conductive emitter. It measures ion leakage, a magnetic sterile pH meter and
vortex analytic measurements. You can, it's microwave, it's normal refrigerator.
That's it, guys. So if you are wondering something, please comment below. This is
my laboratory, by the way. I'm working over molecular biology, biochemistry things,
also with bacteria. So subscribe to my channel and like my video, if you like my video. So if
you want to share my video, I will be great. I will be glad. So see you soon. Okay, stay tuned.
Goodbye.
