Wisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle Cards Unboxing

The Love Oracle

Hi there, this is gonna be
my second unboxing video of the night.
If you didn't see the other one, I purchased three Oracle decks from Hay House because they were having an Oracle card sale.
And they were $7 a piece and I thought I couldn't pass that up. So
I'm making videos and posting them to YouTube of unboxing them. I really
I'm not going to give you like a whole lot of I guess what I think of them like maybe ooh, they're pretty.
I'm just gonna open them and let you see what they look like.
So this one is Wisdom of the Hidden Realms by Colette Barron-Reed.
It looks like maybe on the cover we have a sorceress or a woman
focusing on something that seems to be giving energy or she is maybe feeding energy into it. I can't tell.
A lotus candle, I'm assuming this is on one of the cards.
I bought this. I'm not gonna lie. I kind of bought this, you know,
judged the book by its cover and thought that it looked pretty so I
really have no
expectations for this deck. I don't know what to expect.
The back of this box does say
Imagine before the written word the ancients established a divine partnership between humans and mystical hidden realms
that bridged the worlds of nature and spirit.
Both agreed to form an eternal sacred alliance to establish harmony and balance.
The alliance ensured that when we asked for guidance in manifesting our reality, they would help us find our way
to the highest good for all.
But in time, humanity turned itself away from the natural world as a source for the divine and forgot about the realms in the unseen
realities. As our global concerns have increasingly become more pressing, they have returned to help us find our way home to our true purpose.
The cards in the deck represent some of those realms and their kings, queens and kings,
princess and other magical helpers. Let the Swan Queen point the way to transformation,
the Arrow Master help you reach your goals, and the Sacred Union speak to the depth of your longing for love.
The enclosed guidebook helps you interpret their messages. Ask and you shall receive for the highest good is their motto. If you call upon them,
they will answer.
So, I don't know. We'll see like names of the cards. I have no idea.
Like I said with the Goddess Oracle, typical Hay House boxing.
Thick sturdy packaging.
Um, very typical Hay House guidebook.
Um, this is interesting. So,
if I'm talking low, it's because I have a sleeping baby next to me.
Okay, I paused my recording because I thought somebody was like standing outside my bedroom door with steam, like a husband. I don't know.
Um, so what I was gonna say is this book looks kind of interesting because here we have
this card is called the Well Watcher and then
there's Ally and
Challenger. So,
like here, it says the Well Watcher comes to let you know that you've run out of steam.
So, I'm thinking like maybe how this card could be challenging to you, but then maybe how it could
work as an ally in your life. I don't know.
Okay, so let's look at the cards and then maybe go back to the book.
Oh, I like the card back.
And it appears, um,
it appears to be reversible almost, but not quite.
There's a butterfly there and on this side the butterfly is almost off the card.
Edges are not gilded or anything.
It's not that reversibility with an Oracle deck really matters, I don't think, at least it never has to me.
So, oh, that's kind of pretty, like fairy. The High Lady of Love and Compassion.
The High Lord of Gratitude and Service and we have a monk with Lotus.
Spirit Whisperer.
Web Weaver.
Oh, and they are numbered cards as well.
It looks like they all have the Triquetra on it. Spiral Dancer.
The Diamond Dreamer.
The Well Watcher.
The Dreamwalker.
These are really beautiful cards. I like these a lot.
I'm a big fan of like fantasy, but like, I don't know how to explain it. I like fantasy art.
The Arrow Master.
The Hawk Prince. I like him. Kind of good-looking.
The Eagle King.
The Swan Queen.
The Hungry Ghosts.
Ooh, and then underneath, I'm sure you noticed this, but this is interesting. The Hungry Ghosts.
Obsessions, Scarcity, Consciousness, Attachment. That makes a lot of sense to me.
Hungry Ghosts that attach themselves to us or things that we can't let go of.
Sucking our energy. The Queen of the Light.
The Shadow Queen.
Put these back so you can kind of see the words. Sorry.
Sisters of the Seasons. I like that.
The musician in me especially loves this character playing her flute.
Gaia's Garden.
I was gonna say that's a hell of a hairdo. She has these appear to be cornucopias as her hair.
The Desert Prince.
With what appears to be a pyramid behind him.
The Lady of the Gift.
The Wise Woman of Wonderland.
So obvious Alice in Wonderland reference. White Rabbit.
Sitting on a
toadstool or mushroom, whatever you want to call it.
Don't think she's smoking a hookah though.
King of Hearts maybe?
The Resting Tree. That one's really pretty.
I like that.
The Dragon's Duel.
Like I already have a feeling like I'm gonna connect with these.
So the Goddess Guidance Oracle, like I feel like that may be one where you'd like draw a card
maybe like for the day.
Something to like, like a goddess to maybe guide you through your day.
I feel like this is an oracle where you could probably like do actual spreads and like
glean a lot of really insightful stuff for it. Like I feel like, I feel like the images but also just the card descriptions
are really insightful or have the potential to be really insightful
for reading purposes.
The Mapmaker of Destiny.
The Eyes of Beauty.
And she does have wings it appears.
The Rainbow Prince.
That one's really beautiful.
The Sacred Union.
Little fairy down there. I like that one.
The Ice Queen.
I guess I didn't know the other deck had 44. I think I've seen this one, those two.
Yeah, 44 cards.
The Phoenix.
The Chess Queen. I just like that because I like chess and I'm loving like
the color scheme. Like of all these cards the color schemes are great.
The Prison Waif.
Well, that just seems like a really sad and depressing card.
The Sundancers.
I've been reading a book actually with a lot of
stories about Sundancing
which is like a Lakota tradition.
I find it interesting that there's a card named Sundancers, I guess, but I guess maybe
that's just where my mind goes because of stuff that I like to read.
So my mind goes to Native American Sundancing, but I'm guessing, I mean, there's a fairy in this card.
So I'm guessing that that's not maybe what the author intended.
The Camel Boy.
Well, that's kind of cute. Small Steps. Childlike. Asking for help.
Do camels take small steps? I don't know why a camel. I'll have to look it up.
The Winged Wise Ones.
She is super beautiful. Like, super beautiful.
I love the wings and the bird and the pedestal. Just everything.
Ivory and purple.
Lady of Lightning.
I don't know. I have a light above me
illuminating everything right here. So I don't know that you can really tell but like the colors on this card are
gorgeous.
The River Queen.
The Metal King.
I'm not gonna lie. His mask kind of freaks me out a little bit.
Discipline, Armor, and Boundaries. So maybe his mask is setting a boundary between himself and me. I don't know.
The Keeper of the Scales. Fairness and Balance.
The Altar Priestess. Yes, the Altar Priestess is the one that I was showing you on the box. So there's definitely more
to the illustration than what we saw on the box.
That's a really pretty card. I can see why they chose that.
The Fire Prince.
Optimism and Aggression.
The Cosmos.
So the moon is looking down.
Over what appears to be a sleepy little town.
The Horse King.
Very Stern Man. Yes. Oh, Assistance and Control. Stern Man.
The Word Lord. I like him. I like words. Communication, Praise, Dishonesty. That's not good.
The Lady of the Mirror.
Reflection and Non-Judgment.
That's a really pretty card and a really beautiful
Red-Headed Fairy.
So, oh, about the Illustrator. I have no idea. Gina or Jenna? I'm guessing Gina.
Della Grataglia? Grataglia?
So
Yeah, I had no expectations for that deck. I had no idea what to expect. I was like, oh, the cover looks really pretty.
And I'd seen it around a few times.
Like when I look for cards on Amazon and you know, there's always recommended stuff.
So that's something that has popped up several times in my recommended stuff.
Recommended like items on Amazon just because of stuff I've bought before.
But yeah, I had no idea
what to expect. Art-wise, I didn't Google it or anything. Usually I do that before I buy decks.
So I think I'm going to be very happy with this deck. I really like the artwork.
It kind of speaks to me like it draws me to it. So I'm excited to
start using this deck and get to know it more.
So yeah, that's the Wisdom of the Hidden Realms by Colette Barron-Reed.
Thank you for watching and I will see you on my next video. Bye!
