Today is our last full day here in Miami.
All of my errands are completed.
All of my important errands.
You know, we bought a car.
I got my back book.
I turned in my AT&T phone.
Those are the three main things that I wanted to accomplish here in Miami.
So, today's the last day.
I'm actually heading out to meet up with Tasha.
If you don't know Tasha, who are you?
Tasha of A Vulnerable Mom.
Tasha of Beauty and the Beast.
Tasha of Tasha Renee.
You know, that Tasha.
So, if you don't know who I'm talking about, go look up any of those names on Instagram.
But anyways, I'm going to meet up with Tasha real quick.
I'm waiting for my sister.
I'm supposed to already have done gone.
She's probably going to reach there before me.
I'm sitting in the car.
Let me start the car because it's getting hot.
And while I wait, I'm just going to take my two little shots here that I have.
I'm taking the ginger shot and the wellness shot.
Alright.
That just opened up everything.
Every morning, I've been waking up like when my throat feels sore and congested.
I cannot take the AC.
I'm sure I ended that vlog yesterday abruptly.
With the whole fiasco with the shot fizzing up in the car and stuff.
But I did go back in Whole Foods to buy more.
So, that's what I'm taking right now.
I already said what's in the shot in the previous vlog.
So, if you don't know what I'm taking, go watch my previous vlog.
See, Tasha's texting me.
And this child still didn't reach out.
My sister's taking too long.
I'm walking to the garage.
Anyways, let's go meet up with Tasha.
Okay, I made it, guys.
Ah, ----.
I came out of the car and I dropped my phone.
Rolling up on Miss Tasha Renee.
Hello, darling.
How are you?
Hi.
I'm thinking long and hard if I want to wear her or if I just want to pull out this stroller.
Yeah, I'm going to pull out the stroller.
Say hi.
Hi.
She's like, I don't know these people.
Hi, Molly.
Hi.
You're better than me.
She recorded me.
I'm going to record you back.
You can't even see her though.
Let's see.
Let's zoom in.
Look, she's there.
So, we're at Fresh Kitchen.
About to grab some lunch.
Let's see what I got here.
This is a balsamic dressing.
And I got the bowl with the avocado, chickpeas, sweet potato noodles, mushrooms, and kale salad.
Let's see how it is.
Jahila said she was coming here to vlog, right?
She didn't vlog nothing.
So, this is the end of our day.
Y'all missed everything that we were doing.
Anyways, if y'all don't know who I am by now, my name is Tasha Renee.
And I'm here just interrupting her vlog because I know I'm going to see this in my videos.
So, hi myself.
So, yeah.
I hope you guys enjoyed her little Miami escapade and all the things that she did.
But now, she has to go back home to reality.
So, this is a great small little pit stop.
And I'm actually excited that I got to see her.
So, yeah.
This is me just bombarding and saying hi.
Everything she said.
Yes, what she said.
So, yeah.
Continue to subscribe.
Like, subscribe.
Do all the things.
Bye.
Watch me about to drive out the parking garage.
And I ain't even pay for the ticket yet.
So, we were both about to leave.
Yes, yes.
You want this?
You got a face?
The card is paid.
You can go exit.
Oh, I'm just going to have this.
Oh.
So, you're going to do this.
Where does it go?
Oh, it's scanning.
Did it scan?
It sure did.
Oh.
Look.
I was like, I don't even have cash.
So, I used my card.
And I was going to.
And I was like, oh.
Thank you for the $5.
Thank you for bringing it out.
Now, we're going to.
Oh, that's it?
I think.
It should say.
We already scanned it.
So, let's see if it says it's paid.
I'll take your receipt from the bottom.
I think it says invalid because we already scanned it.
Okay.
So, we have our receipts.
And we should be able to go try it out, right?
Well, thank you.
This is a huge parking garage.
Okay.
So, this is my last official stop of the day.
Then, I'm going back to the hotel to probably take a nap and edit some videos.
Delph Juice Bar and Cafe.
Let me see if I can see that.
Oh, I can't zoom in anymore.
I'm going to get out the car.
I'm probably going to buy some more shots.
Because this is where I actually wanted to come yesterday for the shots.
Because at least I know these are going to be fresh.
So, I might get some shots.
And I'm not really hungry.
But I'll see what they have in there.
Do you have the key?
This should be in your bag.
Did you put it in my bag?
Is it?
I don't know, Alana.
Did you put it in my bag?
Because it wasn't in my bag before.
Alright, let me check.
It fell.
Let me tell you.
Oh, it's so cute in here.
Hi, I'm good.
I'm going to have some shots.
Is this your first time here?
Yes.
Okay, so let me know.
Okay, so I got my shots.
This one is called Nazar.
And this one is called Sunshine.
So, this one has ginger, cayenne, lemon, turmeric, and grapefruit.
And this one has lime, ginger, orange, and blue magic.
I'm assuming blue magic is the blue spirulina.
Because what else can it possibly be?
I don't know.
So, I'm going to take these two.
And then I got this.
This was the only cold-pressed juice they had.
And I just wanted to try it.
It's the cleanser.
And it has beetroot, carrots, lemon, ginger, cucumber, apple, and cayenne pepper.
Interesting stuff.
Which one should I drink first?
That blue one.
You think so?
I actually think I should take this one first.
Oh, yeah.
Actually, yeah.
I think this one is going to be a little more hot.
Because it has ginger and cayenne in it.
And that one only has cayenne?
This one only has ginger.
Oh, yeah.
That one will be hot.
Oh, I can smell the ginger.
Is it hot?
Now that...
I thought this was something.
This?
This is the real deal.
Yeah.
That's the real deal.
That was good, though.
I could feel it in my ears, going down my throat, in my chest.
That was good.
I like a good burn.
When it burns, you know it's right.
Not in everything, though.
Some things don't need to be burning.
So, this is the other one.
The Nazar.
That smoothie looks good.
Yeah, that lime.
Lime is the first ingredient in this, so.
Definitely taste that lime.
Anyways.
Anybody that lives in Plantation, Florida.
Sunrise, Florida.
You come to Delft Juice Bar for your shots.
That's the real deal right there.
I'm probably...
Not probably.
I'm definitely not going to drink all of this right now.
But I'm going to taste it.
You want to taste it?
It don't taste bad.
It tastes good.
I feel that cayenne, though.
But that's a good mix.
It is a good mix.
I'm not mad at that at all.
Time to head back to the hotel.
And get my last little minutes of rest before tomorrow.
Actually, we need to stop for gas.
Where's the closest gas station?
We can stop in Miami.
I'm trying to avoid doing that.
Yeah, but we didn't get it all the way on full.
So, it's okay.
Pumping my own gas is going to forever be ghetto to me.
It only took $26.
How do you put this back on?
Oh, there we go.
It only took $26.
$26.78 to fill it back up.
And it was at half tank.
So, that's not bad.
This car is actually really good on gas.
Because all the driving we've been doing...
We got it right below full.
It wasn't exactly full when we got it.
But all that driving we've been doing...
We only...
Okay, time to head back to the hotel.
I'm tired.
Wait.
Vegan vibes.
Is it around here?
Vegan vibes?
No, no, no.
Do I have to do everything?
That's the opposite of it.
Shit.
That's probably where we were.
Biscayne Boulevard?
Nope.
That's not going to be down here.
That's actually in Miami.
It has two locations.
Let's plan that again.
It's a vegan restaurant.
Vegan will have vegan options.
It's a vegan restaurant.
What'd I have?
Okay, no, hold on.
Anyways.
Okay, this is the same day.
Different hairstyles.
I took out my hair while we were driving.
Since there was so much traffic.
But...
We just got to this restaurant called Vegan...
Vibes.
Vegan Vibe.
That she wanted to come to.
So we're going in here to see what she wants to eat.
We're going in here to see what the vibes is.
I'm actually not hungry at all.
But I guess I'll order something and take it back to the hotel with me.
I'm actually really...
I need to pee and I feel parched.
You have the key?
No.
Alright.
Let's go to Vegan Vibes.
I hope I can park where I parked.
Because...
I ain't trying to come out with no ticket.
You know what you want?
I need to leave the restaurant.
Do you guys have a restaurant?
Do you know what the...
What's the vegan meat base?
Is it soy base?
So it's impossible meat.
But we add cauliflower and sprouts into it.
To try and make it a little bit healthier.
I asked the lady.
What is the base for y'all meat?
Y'all vegan meat?
Is it soy?
She said, oh, it's just impossible.
And we add cauliflower to make it healthier.
What?
Anybody that comes up with an idea like that.
Y'all just in the vegan business just to say that y'all don't sell meat.
Because that makes no sense.
You add cauliflower to make it healthier?
You can't make impossible burger meat anything healthier.
It is what it is.
It's not real food.
And then you add cauliflower.
The one vegetable that has zero nutritional value.
Like, what are you making healthier?
Like, it's not helping each other at all.
Like, I don't understand.
Whatever.
How far is Planta from downtown?
26 minutes or something.
Anyways.
It's only 11 miles away.
Because of the traffic.
****.
You sure you want to go to this Planta place?
Are you that hungry?
I am going to be hungry.
And I'm not going to eat all this rice.
So what you buy it for?
I'm hungry.
On the transit bus.
Oh my god.
Hated that ----.
I hated this one.
That's why I used to harass Dave to take me to Walmart.
I used to harass Dave a lot in college for real.
I rocked your shirt heavy and came up.
People thought I went barry university.
I mean, in office max.
I do remember this area though.
I remember one time we came walking up these streets.
I wish Life 360 had existed back then.
Because Nellie used to go bus off, leave us all the time.
Even though she's going to Walmart by herself.
What time is she?
She used to just drive.
She used to just go.
And you and Kyra used to be by ourselves.
We used to just be on campus waiting for her to come back.
I saw your trail back pictures.
Barry University.
Y'all, this is Barry University.
But why did it take me back here though?
Wow.
This is, look, Adrian Hall.
Let me turn this way.
GPS just took me to one random spot.
Here's the front of the college.
Edwin.
Look at this.
O'Loughlin.
How long have you not been here for?
How long you been?
Since I graduated.
Since Ellery graduation.
And that was in 2016?
Yup.
And we're in 2025?
Almost 10 years.
Wow, you haven't stepped foot in this area.
Welcome to Miami Shore.
Tennis court.
All that is a part of Barry.
This is Student Union.
They probably close.
Let me turn it here so I can figure out what I'm doing.
The cafeteria is in here.
That's the cafeteria right upstairs.
Oh, hi.
The bookstore is downstairs.
We used to sit outside right on that patio.
Gang gang.
Ready for lunch?
You want lunch?
Why Apple Inc. keep calling me?
Let me see if I can drive around by my old dorm.
Oh, so you had dorms outside the campus a little far?
So I used to, one year, I lived in those dorms.
Ooh, those dorms call again.
Float Hall, right there.
Alright, I'm on the second floor.
There's some dorms right there.
This is bringing back so much memories.
Oh my goodness.
And then when I was an RA, I was an RA in Dominican Hall.
So, that hall is over.
Where is Dominican Hall?
We used to walk down this street all the way down there just to go to Winn-Dixie.
When we needed water and stuff.
Yo, we used to be trotting walking these damn Miami Shore streets.
I used to be so happy when Dave gave me a ride message.
You hear that, Dave?
She appreciate you.
Dave don't watch my videos.
This is Dominican Hall right here.
I was an RA in this hall.
Right in there.
Good times, good times.
Yeah, that's it.
Say goodbye.
Say see you in the next 10 years.
That's Benicasa.
What's his name?
He used to live in Benicasa.
Yeah, Benicasa who?
What is his name again?
Why didn't they name their halls?
All schools named their halls.
Oh, I won't know that.
Anyways, that's all.
A little trip down memory lane.
I didn't really want to park up and get out and do anything because when would I be parking up to go say hi to him?
You don't know anybody?
It's so late.
The only person I know is Matt.
And like I said, I don't know if Matt still works at Barry.
He was the head of the RAs.
The residential department for the dorms and stuff.
So the classes was over here.
Classes were at different places.
You have different halls for different schools.
So the School of Business was over there.
It just depends.
Lehman Hall, you have classes in there.
I think that was the social studies or something.
I don't know.
I don't remember.
Okay, it's been 10 years.
I don't remember.
C, School of Business, Andreas.
I had a lot of classes in there.
Power Hall, people had classes in there.
And those are dorms right there.
So it just depends.
How was the dorms?
Dominican was one of the newer dorms that they had built.
So it was a lot more comfortable?
You had your own room?
I loved my dorm for senior year, okay?
I loved it.
You had your own room?
Yes, because I was an RA.
And Dominican Hall RA rooms were big and had their own bathrooms.
Wow.
I loved my dorm room senior year.
Flood Hall, I didn't really care for their rooms.
But it was way better than my freshman dorm room, Weber.
When I was in Weber, oh my gosh.
I did my first semester in Weber.
And then I transferred to Dalton where Kyra and Ellery lived.
Because Weber was horrible.
Did you ever share the room with your friends?
Me and Kyra were roommates.
Look, Dalton Hall right there.
So that was our dorm room freshman year.
Where is Weber?
I don't even see Weber.
Oh look, Sage Hall.
Yo, so much memories.
So much memories.
Good times.
I thought you hated this place.
It still was a part of my life.
I had a good time in college.
I wouldn't deny that.
College is part of my story.
It's part of my life.
It helped shape who I am today.
I don't regret going.
I regret going to grad school.
Because that's where all the loans came.
But undergrad, those were good times.
Those were really good times.
Yeah, really good times.
I'm going to show y'all some good times.
Let me see if I can find some photos.
You're not showing anybody nothing.
Anyways, I'm going to put something in the GPS.
Because I don't know where I'm going right now.
And I'm just driving.
We're going to show y'all some good times.
Okay, this is her partying in college.
You see it?
In 1,000 feet, turn left onto Northeast 119th Street.
College times.
This route avoids a slowdown on I-95 South.
You're on the fastest route.
You should reach your destination by 5.31 p.m.
Give thanks Mary.
Thanks for the information.
So after taking that trip down memory lane
and answering all of my sister's questions
about my college days,
we decided to hit up this vegan restaurant
called Planta Queen.
It was such a nice restaurant.
The aesthetics, the vibes, everything
was really nice.
And the food was also pretty good.
This is nice.
I don't know what I want.
Their menu is different though.
What do you mean?
Than the menu in Georgia.
This is what we had.
We had the crispy noodles.
They had caviar on top.
I didn't know what caviar was.
But it's something eggs.
And fish eggs?
Something eggs.
Cool.
She said some of these words are not in English.
Fancy.
Which one you don't know?
Shiitake mushroom.
Shiitake mushroom?
Oh, that's shiitake?
Sauerkraut, cheese, Russian dressing.
No.
Okay, so it is totally plant-based.
Maybe you knew that.
Maybe that was the appeal.
Yeah, we're vegan.
You're vegan? Okay, awesome.
So yeah, the whole menu is through and through.
Even if it says steak or something,
it's a plant-based version of it.
We are still happy after the next few minutes.
I went to a planta in Georgia before,
so this menu is different.
In where? In Georgia?
Yeah, there's plantas and planta cremes.
And then some other.
So more Italian food.
Ours is more Canadian.
Oh, I know too.
That makes more sense.
Planta and planta creme.
Yeah, they're the same restaurant group,
but the plantas have more Italian food.
So the cuisine is a little different.
Georgia is a little more Southern.
Oh, is it? Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
Do you want me to give you a moment to decide?
Let me know.
Yeah, it's going to be like a thick noodle
with a coconut miso cream sauce,
truffle oil, sauteed mushrooms.
Okay, I think I'm going to do the udon noodle.
Udon noodle, okay.
And I'll try the bowl slider.
The one from the main menu?
Yeah, because I don't want the extra stuff.
Okay.
So a bowl slider.
And for you?
I'll do the same.
Same meal?
Why don't you try something different than me?
Like what?
What do you want?
I don't know what I want.
You can take my time.
We can hold it for a moment.
I'll just give you time to decide.
Okay.
I'll look it over.
Want me to hold your food for a second?
No, you can go ahead.
Can I do this?
Yeah.
Okay.
I just don't understand
how she eaten dessert before her actual meal.
You think you don't have room for food?
I want to taste that ice cream.
But I wanted to try it.
I saw it on the menu.
So why didn't you just order it for after?
Thank you.
So this is my noodles.
Creamy coconut with mushrooms.
And then that's the bowl slider.
With crispy mushrooms.
And whatever else that is.
I'll put it on speaker.
Why didn't you bring me back some food?
I didn't eat anything.
Look at the guy having fun.
He's jealous.
Are you starving me or not?
We ain't starving you.
I leave food there for you.
You want food?
How about I cook?
So you're just upset because I'm eating out?
I hope you all finish it.
I don't want it to go bad.
He tolerates.
That's good.
I'm going to put it in the freezer.
Look at that.
It's thick.
I want to put this on a separate freezer.
You should have ordered it.
No, because I wouldn't have gotten the happy hour pass.
This was $6.
About how big it would have been, like double.
Enjoy guys.
Thank you.
I'm going to see how this tastes.
How do you like it so far?
I'm not joking.
This is definitely from Fuzhoun, right?
It's not bad.
That's all you ordered?
No.
I ordered like a pasta.
The noodles are a little too thick for my liking.
But this is Asian cuisine, so whatever.
So you can put the cookie in here.
Ice cream here.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
I'm good until we get back to St. Croix.
Some tea in the morning.
I came behind here to try this thing.
Do you like it?
The bun is different.
It's an acquired taste.
It's different, but it's good.
Why would you start singing that when you're about to eat?
Thank you.
You can take the camera off of me now.
I was just trying to show them what you have.
Your face is not even on it.
I was just showing the food.
Look who it is.
My good old friend Dave from college.
What happened to your greeting in Creole?
You changed your mind?
Okay.
I just came back on here to end the vlog.
Am I going to record while traveling tomorrow?
No, I'm not.
This is the end of my little...
That's what you said the first day.
What?
That's what you said when you brought the car.
You said you were done.
I'm ready to return her to my mom.
Anyways, I'm not going to record flying back tomorrow.
This is our last night in Miami.
We just got back to the hotel room.
We had a whole little run around trying to get back here
because the way the GPS was taking us,
that road was closed off.
Clearly, the GPS did not get that memo.
It took us a minute to figure out to just keep following the detour
until the GPS re-routed us the correct way.
Because it kept re-routing us to still go the same road.
But anyways...
Anyways, all is well. We reached. That's all.
I'm about to pack up my little carry-on.
This is not how I thought my day was going to go.
I thought we would get back to the hotel early
and I would edit some videos.
But it didn't happen.
Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed my little Miami adventure.
And y'all will see me in my next video.
