Robotic Parts, Washing Automation
Station 1. Parts are conveyed via the transfer line to the loading end ST1 station.
Awaiting scanning by the automatic scanner to identify part type and invoke the cleaning program.
Turbulent flow cleaning. The robot transfers parts to ST2 station. The chamber door closes.
Spraying commences while draining to remove large particles, oil contaminants, etc.
After preset spraying duration, drain valve closes for liquid filling.
Turbulent flow cleaning initiates upon completion of filling.
Post-cleaning drainage occurs with continuous part rotation for water drainage.
Chamber door opens after completion, locking mechanism disengages,
and robot transfers parts to next station.
Robotic High Pressure Cleaning. The robot routes parts to ST3 station.
While sealing water jacket cavities. Chamber door opens post-cleaning,
awaiting robotic retrieval.
Stationary Cleaning. The robot performs part inversion for water drainage at ST3 station
before transferring to ST4. Chamber door closes. Nozzles execute full coverage high flow stationary
cleaning on part surfaces and all bore systems. Chamber door opens post-cleaning, awaiting
robotic retrieval. The robot performs part inversion for residual water drainage at ST4
station, then transfers parts to ST5 for targeted air blowing. Post-drying, the robot places parts
at the unloading station. Vacuum Drying. Parts are automatically conveyed to ST6 station.
Upon reaching position, chamber door closes and vacuum pump activates for drying.
Chamber door opens post-process, parts transfer automatically to next station.
Cooling and Unloading. Parts are conveyed to ST7 station.
Industrial coolers perform forced air cooling. Post-cooling,
clean parts transfer automatically to subsequent process.
