Best “Creative” Date Ideas For Couples: 10 Dates You HAVE To Try!

Hey guys, welcome back to the channel. It's a Lifestyle Mom and we are here with another video. Hi babe! Happy one year! He's so sick of me. We are gonna go through 10 cute date night ideas that, you know, obviously you and your man or your woman can go do and some of them you can sit at home and do and some of them are like things that you can go visit. Some of them are like going out and eating and stuff like that. Without further ado, let's just get right into this video. I actually seen this first idea on TikTok and it's called alphabet dating. So alphabet dating is where you literally go down the alphabet A, B, C, all the way to Z and like you pick, you know, something to go on a date regarding that letter. So A, obviously like you go to an arcade. B, you could go to a bookstore if you guys are, you know, readers or if you guys like to read books. I personally would love that. I'm pretty sure he would like that too. Low key, he would like that. And then it just kind of goes down the line like that. I honestly want to do this with my boyfriend. I think this would be super cool. That's number one on my list because I find that the most interesting and I really want to try that personally myself. Number two is something that me and my boyfriend are gonna do tonight and you guys will see that tomorrow, I think, on YouTube. It's like a color coding date night and you don't really have to watch a movie. You can do anything but me and my boyfriend are gonna pick out a movie that we haven't watched and then we're gonna pick a color, both of us are gonna pick a color, and we're gonna go to different stores and we're gonna choose like snacks or honestly we're gonna be creative. Snacks, anything. And it has to be in the color that we have chosen for ourselves. The other person's gonna shop obviously for us for that color. I think it'd be super cool. I don't know what color I'm gonna do. I was thinking about red because I love hot tamales and I think that he would definitely give me those but I don't know any red drinks that I like. So then it's like green because I like my own do. Red, I like coke, I like coca-cola. So yeah, I don't know. So we're gonna go, we're gonna kind of figure things out later. You guys will see that video tomorrow. Number three, if you guys are around Michigan or like around Illinois area, you guys definitely need to visit the museum of ice cream. It's in Illinois in Chicago. It's really cool. It's like a big pink store and you go in there and you go through like a little maze. There's a bunch of different taste testing ice cream. You'll have to look it up honestly because you just have to see like all the different. It shows you like how the ice cream is created. It shows you the history on ice cream and then you get to taste test. There's like different rooms that you can go in that you can taste test. Me, I want to go there. I want to take my boyfriend there or even my kids there. I think it'd be a cool like kind of date night to go with like a family date night, a family date night. Number four is also in Chicago and this is just for like you and your spouse. Definitely have to check out this store if you guys are cool and spontaneous. I'm gonna take my boyfriend to this store when we go to Chicago. I want to kind of visit all of these but it is the willies and waffle, willies and waffles. It's in Chicago and it's literally waffles made like you know you just look it up. I can't really say too much on YouTube but it's super cool. You'll have to look it up on you can look it up on TikTok. They got like their own little TikTok. They got their whole page on there, the whole store. They got a bunch of TikToks that you guys can watch. I think it'd be super cool to just go in there and if you like waffles that's definitely for you. Number five, super cool place to go if you are in Chicago already and you guys are already visiting these places. Check out the wonder museum. It is a bunch of different cool like rooms that you can go into and there's like you know it's very trippy and just super cool. There's objects everywhere. There's a bunch of different things that you guys can do so check that out. It's called WNDR museum and that's in Chicago. These aren't just like random ideas like some of them are going to cost money but some of them are not like the color-coded date night. You can literally go to Dollar Tree and do anything in there. You can put a time limit on what you're going to do. You could do like certain rules if you want. Alphabet dating same thing like you guys can lay it you guys can do alphabet dating for like a whole year. That'd be like a cool challenge to do. Also number six, you guys can paint a canvas together. So sit down one night go out to the store get like a either a small canvas or a big canvas and you guys can paint one together. You guys can do two separate canvases and have them kind of come in so that they make one. That would be super cool. I've seen a lot of TikToks about that when I was doing research on like this video but painting a canvas if you guys are super creative and if you're artsy if you like to paint. Number seven, I am we're gonna do all these on this list because this is all super interesting to me. You guys can build your own little blanket so you can get like a little those little throw blankets. You can go buy fabric at Walmart any kind of fabric you want. Have him choose his favorite one and you choose your favorite one. You go home together you cut them together and you tie them together and you guys can make a huge blanket and then you guys can it's you know your blanket. I think that would just be super cool and it's gonna take time for you guys to make it. You guys can make a dinner and do it together and you got or you guys can watch a movie sit down have popcorn and just kind of like cut your blankets and tie them together. I'm doing that for a date night. Number eight, paint two canvases. Okay so you're gonna get two canvases but here is the catch. You're gonna set a timer so like let's say every five minutes you're gonna switch your guys's canvas. So I'm gonna put something on my canvas and then I'm gonna switch after five minutes and he's gonna add something to that canvas. So every five minutes you guys are switching canvases and you're adding something to each other's canvases. After 30 minutes you know if you or after your canvas is full make sure you guys like check it out post them on youtube post them on social media. You guys get really creative with these ideas especially with the painting with canvases and it's kind of cool seeing like the two tastes like your guys's tastes coming together into one and then kind of see what talent you guys both have and you guys put them together. Honestly super cool super cool. I've seen a lot of TikTok videos on people doing that and their canvases their paintings turned out really cool. You can even frame them too. Number nine you can do a blind date night. Okay so what I mean by this is you guys can like choose a destination and then be at separate places get ready at separate places and like show up as if you guys don't really even know each other you know and kind of like play like the first date kind of thing where you know you're kind of meeting each other for the first time. I think that's just kind of super spontaneous especially if you guys have been in a relationship for a long time. This is a good day night idea if you guys are trying to just get that spark back too. Like all of these are really good ideas if you guys are just trying to get that spark back in your relationship. You know it happens a lot but these are also just ideas that you can just randomly do if you guys are just sick of going out to eat. Just random date nights. Sick of the spontaneous. These 10 date nights are gonna be for you. Number 10 have an at-home spa night. Buy all this stuff for a spa night like honestly you don't even need anything if you have a huge tub just go get some like epsom salt where you guys can soak your body or you can even use your tub. You guys can both take a bath together but you guys both take care of each other so you know put cucumber on his eyes. Massage his face. Put some like moisturizer on there. Like take care of his skin maybe like you how you want to. Maybe he never does it and you've been wanting to do it for such a long time. This is a perfect opportunity for you to do that. Pop all those little blackheads on his face and like clean it all up for him. Just cool spa night. Massage his hands. Massage his feet and then he does it to you vice versa but make sure you do it to him first because then you get the treatment last and then you just kind of relax there you know. Yeah check out my channel for more tips on that but these 10 date nights are super cool and like they're super romantic. They're different and I feel like it just kind of like would be something to kind of like spark up you know your relationship a little bit. It's out of the ordinary and I want to try all 10 of these. I'm gonna do all 10 of these with my boyfriend. I told my boyfriend we need to start dating again like actually dating because we used to go out to eat all the time and stuff and like we used to just go out and we used to go like miniature golf and we used to just go do things and now that's getting cold and all that stuff like we're just kind of chilling out in the house. I'm like no we need to go out and start dating again or even like do stuff at home. So we are gonna do the color coding dating night. This is the perfect time because it's our one year anniversary and we can just hang out because we don't have any children. This is like the perfect weekend for real.
