Welcome to our channel. Today I want to share with you a simple but extremely effective method
that can help orchids with rotting roots, weakened health, and even those that have
lost all their leaves recover again. Because the potting medium has completely decomposed,
the first step we need to do is gently remove all the old medium
so the orchid has a cleaner and more airy space before it begins to recover.
Next, we will cut off all the damaged roots to help the plant prevent rot from spreading
and focus its energy on growing healthier new roots. Please comment and let me know which

After cutting off the damaged roots, rinse the entire root system under running water,
gently removing dirt and any remaining pieces of medium
so the plant is completely clean before proceeding with the next care steps.
Next, prepare 500 milliliters of clean water ready to mix the disinfecting solution
which helps eliminate bacteria and mold, protecting the young roots to grow healthily.
Then take one teaspoon of baking soda and dissolve it into the 500 milliliters of prepared water.
Next, soak the plant in the solution for about 10 minutes, allowing the roots to be fully
disinfected, eliminating bacteria and mold, and ensuring the plant is safe before replanting.
Next, take a small aloe vera leaf and cut it into thin slices, preparing to make natural
fertilizer that helps the orchid recover quickly and stimulates healthy new root growth.
Then add two garlic cloves and chop them finely, combining with the aloe vera to create a nutrient
rich natural fertilizer that helps the orchid recover quickly and boost its resilience.
Next, put the aloe vera and garlic mixture into a clean bottle.
Next, add the mixture to 500 milliliters of water and use a blender to puree it,
creating a smooth nutrient-rich natural fertilizer solution that is easily absorbed by the orchid.
After blending, strain out the solids to keep only the smooth solution,
helping the orchid easily absorb nutrients and grow healthier.
Next, dilute the solution with one liter of water, creating a gentle yet sufficiently
nutritious mixture that helps the orchid recover without causing root shock.
After soaking the plant in the disinfecting solution for about 10 minutes, continue by
placing into into the fertilizer mixture you just prepared and soak it for another 10 minutes,
allowing the roots to absorb the nutrients for faster recovery.
You can also pour this solution into a spray bottle and use it to mist other healthy orchids
in your garden, helping them boost their resistance and grow more vigorously each day.
Besides that, spraying the aloe vera and garlic fertilizer mixture
also helps create a natural protective layer on the leaves, reducing fungal attacks
and keeping your orchids fresh and healthy throughout their growth process.
After soaking, gently take the plant out and dry the excess water on the roots and stem.
Next, sprinkle a layer of cinnamon powder on the cuts on the roots and stem,
helping to fight bacteria, prevent mold, and support a faster recovery process.
Next, plant the orchid into a new pot with fresh clean and airy medium,
creating an ideal environment for the young roots to grow strong and for the orchid to recover
quickly. After planting, if the main medium is pine bark, you can spread a thin layer of moss
on the surface, helping to retain moisture and create an airy environment while still keeping
enough humidity for the young roots to grow well. After planting, you should water the orchid with
the natural fertilizer mixture every two weeks while alternating with plain water whenever the
medium feels dry, ensuring the plant stays adequately moist and absorbs nutrients effectively.
Place the orchid pot in a spot with gentle sunlight, avoiding direct harsh light,
helping the plant photosynthesize effectively, keeping the leaves lush green and the roots
growing strong. And here is the result after five weeks of recovery. You can see many new
roots have formed strong and green, showing that the orchid is reviving day by day. And even more
special, right from the middle of the stem, a small orchid has started to grow, signaling new life
and a bright future for your orchid pot. Continue caring for the plant with a natural fertilizer
made from aloe vera and garlic, or alternate with other natural fertilizers every two weeks
to maintain vitality and stimulate strong root and leaf growth. And here is the result after
eight weeks of recovery. You can see the small orchid growing from the middle of the stem
has produced leaves and looks very healthy, demonstrating the proper recovery and care
process. Continue caring for your orchid with the natural fertilizer made from aloe vera and garlic
every two weeks, or alternate with other natural fertilizers to maintain vitality and encourage
the roots, leaves, and flowers to develop evenly. And here is the result after 10 weeks of recovery.
You can see the small orchid has grown three lush green leaves and looks very healthy,
proving the patient and proper care process. Not only that, the plant's root system has also
grown very strong, firm, and well spread in the medium, ready to nourish the young plant to
continue growing vigorously. Just by restoring one orchid at a time, giving it care, patience,
and love, step by step, you will gradually see yourself creating a vibrant orchid garden full
of beautiful, lively blooms. I hope you enjoy this video. If you find it helpful, don't forget
