We're breaking news coming in. Trump endorses Vivek Ramaswamy for Ohio governor race. Trump says, know Vivek very well. He is special. Trump says Vivek Ramaswamy loves our country. Trump also said, Vivek will be a great governor for Ohio. Trump said that Vivek will never let you down. US President Donald Trump posts, Vivek Ramaswamy is running for governor of the great state of Ohio, a place I love and won big three times. This is a place from where Trump has won in 2016, 2020 and 2024. And now he's endorsing Indian origin Vivek Ramaswamy for the governor race in Ohio. He's saying that he'll be a great governor for Ohio. We have Rohit Sharma joining us live. Rohit, we're now seeing that Trump is endorsing Vivek Ramaswamy for the governor race in Ohio. What does this endorsement mean for Vivek Ramaswamy and Ohio? First things first, this is not the first time he's endorsed him. I think we're back in February 28th, if I'm not mistaken. He went on social media to say that Vivek Ramaswamy will be a great governor of Ohio. He will never let you down and he has the complete and total endorsement. The reason Trump had to kind of re-endorse him again today essentially is because we've seen some polling in the last week or so that Vivek Ramaswamy is lagging behind the Democratic challenger over there. And Vivek Ramaswamy has been doing a lot of rounds on television to ensure that he does not lose support. Look, the election is in November of next year, so a lot can happen between now and next November. And I think this is a way of President Trump reinforcing his faith in the candidate. Vivek Ramaswamy also has taken a lot of heat from other extremists who called him out on his race, his faith, frankly even calling people to denaturalize and deport him. So I think this is President Trump reminding everybody that he is standing behind Vivek Ramaswamy at this crucial juncture and that he would be the one that he's going to back so that nobody else can jump into the primary. The primaries would be held next year in the summer. So this is President Trump doubling down on his endorsement and reiterating that Vivek is the guy that should be the Republican candidate and has full endorsement from President Trump.
