foreign guys welcome to another Edition you can see there's Barry Spring right there rolling out the bottom of that Rock chamber through that karst topography today guys I got a special special guest it's an actual real brother Larry Smith Martin he's a pilot can Aggie so you've seen the Aggie sign there guys y'all know what that's all about that Brotherhood but we want to welcome you all to South Central Missouri we're going to go into Barry spring cave we're going to look on the ground we kind of caught a chilly day here in the early early summer guys late spring chilly day but um just look on the ground so we don't you know get nipped by anything uh definitely in the summertime you want to double look so Smitty here we're going to just make a little jump across for this is just from here to there you think you can handle that or you want to go around wait you can go around maybe you sure you can come right here even nice nice okay that's the hardest part and then uh we can't see that other cave but it's around the way there guys I'm gonna show you a little bit of this uh this is where the spring comes out but the actual cave starts over here so we'll see y'all shortly in the cave we'll go to the cave entrance but let me show you the spring one more time that's fresh H2O guys there's your watercress if you wanted to have some salad you could have a natural salad right there all right see y'all soon all right guys approaching the entrance of this cave there she is looks like Explorer Matt's been in here last I let him come in here he said he'd come in and where we're gonna go today yeah that's crazy so this is the hole brother we were digging out these rocks right here when we found this thing guys truly amazing uh how to get in there and dig with my feet all right here's the golden question who's going to do the snake check me or you you are you're like Ron Berry you ain't doing nothing check huh and now I got you brother so we're going to turn this light on guys that's that Torchy 2K it's going to show us what's on the edges and I'm gonna take you guys are doing the snake put the camera camera see [Music] scan with that camera looks like one on the left don't it guys what it ain't it's a piece of stick all right guys I want to go a little a little closer all right brother this is the first part is kind of tricky but after that first section out brother it's a beautiful spot that's what I told Ron Berry the first time we come in here I'll go wrong you gotta get in here man I said that I can't even begin to describe what's in here it was that pretty guys still is all right come on big dog you got your flashlight people pulling out your pocket here in a cave sir that's the tightest spot coming you got it you got this you got to keep coming keep coming keep coming and you're pretty much watch your head now Smitty okay come on down come on down this is the first room we're gonna go into this is where all the formations are on the Next Room guys but this is planning okay if you follow me here and then there is a stand-up Zone you can stand up for just a moment stretch out now this next room's gonna have our chairs you see our chair there's the 2500 3000 formations right on the ceiling here guys absolutely and then me and Rod we got a suspicion someone put this growth right here and closed off this next room it's a lava tube I've heard people working in there before when I've been in here by myself it's pretty cool all right so next room let's go sit down for a second yeah you too you too you too and you're gonna sit here Smitty there you see that little knob those two knobs that's where we're gonna put our chest and Ours in our in our head right there and lay down yeah and this is a workout so look at the rimstone down back there it's got the water in it right now these pictures are just you don't get them many places and then you get to crawl through it which is awesome so a lot of calcite and a lot quite a bit of magnesium showing no telling what else is in there but look at the Sawtooth right here all right guys here yeah there's a slide right here foreign should be awesome hey every time you come through here to do this you need to let somebody do it oh we do Angela knows today there's some calcite formation right here you see this water over here guys it disappears and goes into that waterfall that's the karst topography you don't see it anywhere else but let's see what's over here or Smitty's at watch your head when we go this other way too let's see what Smitty said thinks about this first glance this thing goes forever guys now watch your head and watch your head yeah yeah yeah I got this all recorded this will be uh put on the channel for sure anytime you come into Barry spring cave it's always special guys always right there yeah it's a cricket they're cave crickets and then you can see that this hollow see that natural formation there something's been pooping in there but that's a natural stone formation that's taking the shape that's a raw element there that's taking the shape of that cave no telling how many Millennia this has been here because this is the Ozarks guys this is one of the oldest living land masses around pouring out the water I'm going to show together it goes sometimes it's all full blast and steady streaming it's amazing see I see all these formations guys now we could go deeper but see the mud is the mud is the kicker here the water's not that deep but it's the mud oh look at the calcite formation there guys so you you gotta remember me and Ron when we come in here that's all there was man like we had some minutes just minimum lie I think I had my cell phone light y'all know how good those are they work but there's a big old top opening there guys no oh you you sure I'm gonna take my boots off before we go in there yeah I will you don't have to you hear me yeah they get the Salamander salamander yeah baby so you want to go further I don't mind at all yeah let me uh let me take my shoes off I always take my shoes off because oh way back there bro way back there hang on but it's gonna be cold want to step in there section make sure your shoes are tied okay they're tight I feel pretty good are they gonna try to come out yeah later pretty good huh yeah I don't think you'll slide out of them even if you do we'll watch your head here here's a cool formation it's called a lexite you see how it defies gravity and it's growing out that's what we call a hellectite according to Larry Brown and Larry did get to come in here you got to experience this cave that he did initially discover with the air Ron followed up and told me there's a cave over here and I did the digging so it's a three-way find which it'll always be in the history books guys super awesome cave here in the Missouri Ozarks something could go back there sweetie here's the Deep section coming uh just kind of know it's going to get deep for a second dog it's gonna probably go over your knee all right with this mainly mud look at the old cement looking at me stuff down there guys before I Cloud it up that's crazy looking it's like a pillar right there okay again deep right through here God deep right through here I see uh someone's uh a soul to a shoe okay what we want to do stay to the left this time say the lift and it's going to go to the incline you see this incline coming up let me get this sold out the way let me try to carry that back out like I do oh we got it back all right Smitty here I'm going on an incline to get out of this water for a second okay so I'm gonna go up but you got to get all the way around the edge here this is a small up and then we'll get to over here and kind of stretch out a big big head stretch right here so come on up yeah yeah you come on up one more you got a whole head stretch here and then you can start looking at formations again per square inch is pretty impressive there's that Mighty Rim Stone Dam here's another one that we've yet to cross over here's where we think there's another room back there dog and for what I can see it turns in there it might be an entrance only but we don't want to tear this rimstone up here this is gorgeous guys see the mushrooms okay we're gonna go to the angel room next but bro section through here let me go ahead and warn you it's it's on your back you know what I'm saying you got to get on your back quite a bit not on your back back but you got to bend your back for a couple of stretches okay we will have have room to uh to do a little bit more but all right should we go to the angel room yeah okay now when we get down here it's going to be a step off again it's going to go deep and then we want to hang some more there's another pair of those things yeah it does cleaned up all right let's uh but watch see this step right here this is where we're going to go this way right through here and yeah right here on the bottom right right yeah so hang on I got dab to my knees right there guys all right we're going barefooted hippie style merry Springer you guys I've been to the very back well not the very very bad but to the back I'm trying to keep your hand off the calcite though we don't like to touch the couches okay you see how there's an edge even right there Smitty so you just find your Edge and know it's going to go down a foot like it's going to be muddy but dude just commit to being crouched down for as long as you can over here for a minute because dude and you're gonna break one or two but try not to you know and even you got a side step through here bro sometimes you just have to sidestep you hear me it's going to be tough but I know you can do it there's the stand-up rooms right right around the corner here but you just got to stay committed for a little bit on your back low low back and just kind of slide step like we would in basketball back in the day the stand-up room's coming hang on a little further a little further right around this corner you can get a good stand-up coming a little furnace Maybe just a little further now then you can stand up just a hair wait there's one right above and come to me and stand up there you go full Stand Up full Stand Up full stretch it back stretch the back stretch the back down from the ground excuse me look Angel room's coming bro look at candy special come come where I'm at and then I'll show you what's going on up top there is this so what's happening on both sides so we know there's more Chambers throughout this whole location okay your head is the next portion is going to be our Angel room guys hang on one second if you find them on the ground you can have them all right let's go to this next room and just kind of hang out and this is the room we want to take you to one day bro promise can you believe robbery can do this cave with no problems it's 70 years old it's amazing dog so Smitty's about to enter this Angel room I'm gonna show you what's above him right now that's the angel guys all right that's the end or right there you see how spread out there that we recognize this thing I think it's incredible yeah looks like angel wings yeah he's made it this far okay it goes so much further back does it really dreams look yeah look at that cow side but it's so it goes around that corner yeah you want to check you can come check it for sure but it's going to get tight and slick yeah but see that hole right through there you see where it goes all the way back in that corner even it goes so far back and there's that calcite right there nursing yeah you always find the new stuff in here I guess right there is a little close to that one over here oh yeah I wonder what they're looking for in there oh that's another room Stone yeah I don't think it goes anywhere though yeah another one all right big dog this is it man the very spring case here take this surprise staying down it's not that bad anymore on the the dirt there's only a few bad spots Ron said I'm coming here with a shovel the shovel one more okay you can lift up a little bit right here dude a little bit not all the way but a little bit touch your head what oh yeah and come in here with the shovel and make a passageway so we can just walk without having this the other track through here yeah that'd be nice [Music] I know like a a little further a little further right in here watch your head there you go now full yeah we're getting there got one more room to get to that real tall stand up area remember all right we're almost see the light yeah thanks your left foot out of here it's on the upper left right here at the entrance of berry Springer it's cool guys definitely did it the Aggie got him a formation found on the ground guys see what's dirty he is he looks like him be coming out the cave boy brother Smitty gonna be uh we're almost out of here look I'm gonna put my shoes on over here you just come at your own pace come at your own pace dog I'm at your own pace man the birds are saying hello how beautiful guys it's always nice when you're coming out the cave and you made it out alive another amazing Expedition guys truly remarkable if you're not out exploring you just holding a lot of endorphins that could be released I recommend you keep exploring and never quit digging and no matter what you're
