Boeing 777-9 Flying Display at the Dubai Airshow
Watching the 777-9 is absolutely majestic and it never gets old.
There is a lot of heart and soul that goes into the airplane. Each one of us comes from a
different background and we each bring a unique perspective to the team.
You know growing up my family lives right by JFK Airport in New York City
and I would watch airplanes take off and land all day every day. This inspired me to pursue
a degree in aviation. So I was naturally like inclined towards like STEM. Like I didn't think
as a kid I'd be working like testing airplanes. I was inspired to join aerospace by going to
air shows with my family growing up. The 777-9 is my favorite airplane. It brings the world
together. I feel a personal special connection to the 777-9 because the original 777-9 received
its type certification on the day that I was born. It's my first air show so I'm really looking
forward to presenting the plane towards the public and I know like lots of people are are excited
about this airplane as well and I'll do the best for them. Watching airplanes in public is what has
guided me into the aviation industry. So I want to use this opportunity to have curious minds alike
use it as motivation to get into the aviation industry as well. I love working with the smartest
people. It's like a whole orchestra. It feels really good when all of the pieces come together
for a successful mission.
