approach care-based management What makes a kind teacher A kind or friendly teacher is someone who listens to students someone with enough patience to understand how their students feel and think Some teacher is that they are very concerned about their work and the impact they have on their students They pay attention to students' emotions and how students perceive the classroom A kind teacher is someone who can think from another person's perspective from the student's point of view and does not do things they themselves would not like They can put themselves in others' shoes I think that's not only true for teachers and students but for everyone What makes a good student To me it's a student who doesn't talk and knows how to listen in class A well-mannered student respects teachers and generally does what needs to be done in a calm and gentle manner A student who listens attentively asks questions and is genuinely interested in the lesson A student who respects teachers respects classmates cares about classmates and is friendly with classmates including those who seem a bit lonely A student respects teachers does not cause disturbances maintains focus and follows classroom rules A person who truly listens even during group work and actually works rather than letting others carry the load A student participates in school life develops themselves learns to communicate with themselves and interacts with others in the school I mean that we should develop and actively participate in making the school life comprehensive To me a good student is someone who cares about their teaching efforts during class Experience of kindness at school Last year I helped a struggling freshman and spent time with them We have a regular meeting every week Every Thursday morning we example our marketing teacher helped us with a project for the English class last week She helped us film and edit even though it wasn't her specialty A kind act I experienced at OMNOC in math class When I didn't understand the lesson a classmate spent at least an hour the day before the exam calmly explaining the details to me After an hour I understood everything and was ready for tomorrow's exam I believe this is very important because without kindness we would not be able to have a family composed of diverse people I think that's very important because school is a place for learning and you also need to learn how to get along with others Therefore I think helping others is very important even for the school and society We spend a lot of time at school so without kindness everything would soon become tedious And since we are all in the same boat it's better to help and be kind to each other than to be annoyed and isolate ourselves in a corner I think kindness is one of the most important things because without it it's very hard to meet new people and make new friends and similar things Kindness at school is very important to me because it helps us create more connections genuine and humane ones This helps us live better feel better and connect more deeply with each other in spirit rather than just on the surface When we are kind to someone they feel a comfortable and pleasant environment It has a positive effect on their health and mental well-being especially for students helping them study better Also when students and staff are kind to teachers the teachers' workplace becomes a very pleasant environment When people make an effort to show kindness to one another it creates a very positive mental and work environment for everyone I think that when we share kindness and can understand others' joys sorrows comfort or troubles that place naturally becomes a pleasant space for everyone Therefore I believe that kindness is a very special factor especially in feeling good and feeling comfortable at school is essential And school for old means an inclusive environment because we are different we must have empathy openness sensitivity to these differences
