Hello friends, welcome to Pure Delicious. I hope you're doing great today. I wish you a wonderful
day or night ahead. Cut about 700 grams or one and a half pounds potatoes into thick french fries.
In this video, I'm making a simple yet delicious recipe with chicken breast
adults and kids will both love. I'm going to pair these potatoes with the chicken.
Transfer the potatoes to your baking sheet. Add three quarters cup, 180 milliliters chicken broth,
olive oil, a quarter cup, two cloves minced garlic, oregano, a half teaspoon,
lemon pepper seasoning, one and a half teaspoon.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven to 190 degrees celsius or 375 degrees fahrenheit for one
hour and 20 minutes. Try to spread them in a single layer. Cooking period might differ in
your oven so you may need to roast for a few more or less minutes. While the potatoes are roasting,
we prepare the chicken. We need about 700 grams or one and a half pounds chicken breast.
Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
For more tender chicken, cover it with plastic wrap and gently tenderize each side with a meat mallet.
Chicken breast is my go-to protein source as it is very versatile,
lean, and easy to cook in a variety of delicious recipes.
Pat the surface completely dry. This is key for a golden sear.
I was wondering which part of this amazing world are you watching me from?
Please write in the comments. I'm so excited to know that.
Let's prepare the chicken seasoning. A half teaspoon oregano and a half teaspoon basil
and a half teaspoon onion powder, a quarter teaspoon mustard powder, and a quarter teaspoon
paprika and a quarter teaspoon black pepper. Sprinkle salt and the spice mixture over the
chicken. By the way, we're in the middle of a heat wave over here so we've been staying indoors most
days, keeping cool and cooking up easy meals. How's the weather where you are? It's always fun
to know more about you and where you're watching from. Heat one or two tablespoons olive oil over
medium-high heat. Sear the chicken on all sides for about five minutes total or until cooked through.
The golden sear on the chicken makes this dish shine.
To get the best sear, make sure you pat your chicken completely dry and preheat your skillet
well. Use a minimal amount of oil and sear in batches to leave room around each piece of chicken.
Mince four or five garlic cloves. Did you know garlic gets more intense the more you chop it?
The more you crush, chop, or mince garlic, the stronger the flavor gets. That's because chopping
activates a compound called allicin. It's what gives garlic that bold, pungent smell and taste.
So if you want a milder flavor, leave it in bigger pieces, but if you want that kick,
mince away. Flip the chicken pieces to get seared on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Chicken broth, one and a half cups. Pour some of the broth in the pan.
Set the heat to medium. Use a silicone spatula to clean the bottom and sides of the skillet.
This will incorporate the brown fond into the sauce, making it more flavorful.
Add the minced garlic. Pour the rest of the broth into the pan.
Now, simmer and reduce for eight to ten minutes.
Meanwhile, mince a small bunch of fresh parsley.
We need about two tablespoons for the sauce and some extra for garnishing.
Most people just throw parsley on top for looks, but it's actually loaded with nutrients
like vitamin C, iron, and antioxidants. And get this, chewing a bit of raw parsley
can even help freshen your breath after a garlicky meal. So it's more than just decoration,
it's functional. Reduce the heat to medium low. Butter, four tablespoons. Worcestershire sauce,
one teaspoon. Melt the butter and simmer for another two minutes. Return the chicken to the
pan. Add the parsley and toss to combine. Allow the chicken to heat through for two to three minutes.
These super flavorful chicken bites are the simplest way to turn ordinary chicken breast
into an elevated dinner or appetizer. Dear friends, please hit the like button,

That helps a lot and I really appreciate it. Serve with lemon or lime juice and parsley.
Make sure to drizzle some of the delicious sauce over the chicken bites.
