Saigon. After spending over a year living and traveling across Vietnam, I got to know Saigon
in a way only locals do. From local food spots and charming old apartment buildings packed with
small shops and cafes, to the quiet charm of the book street, incense-filled temples and art
exhibitions. Let me show you how to travel Saigon. Our first morning begins with a local favorite.
From there, we walked over to a hidden apartment building,
an old residential block packed with cafes, small shops and old staircases.
What the universe has in store for me
People passing by in the street will be smiling at me
Because they already know what it's like being in love
The sky starts to roll up its clouds
So the sun can just stop hiding out
The windows will open and set
Like birds that are spreading
That are spreading
Next, we made our way to the book street, one of the most charming and aesthetic corners of District 1.
Clean, quiet, shaded, a rare pause in the noise.

For dinner, we went to a special Pho restaurant.
They do a slightly different take on this national dish, using Wagyu beef.
And to end the day, we went to the Bloom Jazz Club.
We're back on the street, and we're going to have a little chat.
We're going to have a little chat.
And we're going to have a little chat.
We started the morning at Little Hanoi Egg Coffee, a small, cosy spot that does one of the best egg coffees in Vietnam.
Rich, smooth, and a must-try.
Next, we visited Thien Hau Pagoda, one of the most atmospheric temples in Saigon.
In the evening, we went for a slow river stroll.
On the same street as the coffee apartment building.
A classic Saigon stop with cafes stacked on top of each other.
A little messy, a little aesthetic, and very Saigon.
We started the day at Nam Cafe.
For lunch, we went to a local restaurant where we ordered their unique mixed beef bowl.
In the afternoon, we went to the Han River.
At noon, we visited the new Meta Show Art Lighting Exhibition.
It's modern, creative, and a nice break from the usual city routine.
Colorful lights, immersive rooms, and a slightly futuristic vibe.
For dinner, we went to the Workshop Coffee.
It has a warm, modern, slightly industrial aesthetic, great for winding down.
We are starting our last morning in Saigon with another national dish, a Banh Mi from Charm Bakery.
Next, we stopped at Cong Cafe for a slow coffee break.
Vintage decor, cozy corners, and that nostalgic, slightly retro Vietnamese aesthetic that Cong is known for.
And from there, we headed to the airport for a short 45-minute flight to Dalat.
And hear how much four days in Saigon can cost you.
