Douyin Makeup Tutorial ✨.

I am so excited I'm going to start off with the house labs triclone skin tech foundation Truly one of my favorite foundations ever this and the it cosmetics cc nude glow are like the only foundations i've reached for now I really love trying different makeup styles because it's such an easy way to learn new makeup techniques that you would never Really use in your daily makeup routine Sometimes I feel like I get stuck doing the same thing and you end up picking up so many different techniques And it just helps you to ultimately perfect your makeup look and then i'm just gonna lightly set my makeup I'm using a light brown Brow pencil. I still want my brows to look really natural and one thing i'm going to do Which I already kind of do in my everyday routine, but especially for this look I want the beginning of my brows to be a little bit slanted towards my nose and that's because in douyin makeup the contour the nose contour starts Very high up like from the brow to give like nose bridge definition, which I usually Don't do with my contouring, but we're gonna try that today Not related to the makeup look but it took me forever to figure out that One of my eyebrows is lower than the other one. Like sometimes when I take pictures my face looks like this It took me forever to realize but now I pluck my brows a little different On this side, I feel like it kind of works Now this is the first thing that we're doing that I have never done on my channel before Using eyelid tape and this will make more sense as I go along I never use double eyelid tape because I already have a double eyelid This is actually such a slept on tool because you can change your eye shape dramatically with eyelid tape Use a small q-tip and apply a little bit of water In the outer corners what i'm trying to do here is to lift This part because my eyes are really round the douyin look is usually very cat eye Anyway, this is what the eyelid tape looks like. I just bought this from umomo I don't know if all tapes are like that, but this one specifically is water activated and i'm just applying this Right on the outer corner i'm going to apply just a little bit more water to make sure it's really laid On my skin i'm going to give it a bit of time to fully dry This is what it looks like while we wait for that to completely dry I'm, just going to contour my nose real quick I'm, just going to use the sephora contour powder in the shade second chance and i'm going to begin here In the nose tip like I said earlier i'm going to start the contour from the brow and then i'm just blending it in And then i'm just taking very little you really don't need much for your eye area I only use a little bit of concealer and you can already see the difference for my eyeshadow I'm using the clio lazy soft paw makeup palette They sent me this but I would have bought it regardless because look how cute this is It's a cat themed eyeshadow palette and it comes with these stickers that you can stick on your palette So cute i'm gonna use this shade right here i'm being extra careful not to lift the tape But it's pretty secure now, I think Next i'm picking up the darkest shade which is a dark brown and i'm just lining my inner corners And i'm actually bringing that in a little bit to the lower lash line as well And with the eyeliner i'm leaving the center of it blank again Because I have pretty round eyes so that I can elongate my eyes a little bit more and here i'm just doing a winged liner Already, you can see kind of how different this eye shape is compared to this one now I'm gonna do the same thing but with the lower lash line again focusing on the inner corner and i'm gonna just line Really close to my lash line and then around here is where I would actually just draw a straight line I feel like this really opens up your eyes a lot and now with the lighter brown shade i'm gonna make this face And draw an eye bag blending it out with a q-tip. This is actually a makeup step that's quite Popular in japanese makeup chinese makeup korean makeup and there are different names for it But it's basically supposed to be an eye bag and i've thought about it a lot and I think the reason why it's so popular is because it kind of Mimics the look that you have when you're smiling like this So it just looks like you're always smiling using the same shade. I'm just going to Define my eyelid crease a little bit now i'm going to take the trasluche Intenso liner. This is like a shimmery white color and i'm just gonna apply it right here I think it really helps make the eye bag Pop even more now i'm just gonna curl my lashes and i'm just gonna quickly tightline my upper lash line For lashes i'm going to be using these you can get these I think on aliexpress I got them at at an asian beauty store, but I will link similar ones in the description So first i'm going to use these they're called little devil lashes. I'm actually going to just Coat my lashes with mascara first before applying any lashes might be a little too small But these are tiny cluster lashes. That's very popular in douyin makeup. They're basically manga lashes Remember when I did a tutorial where I was showing you guys how to cut up regular lashes to put on individual cluster This is basically what it is, but pre-cut and then i'm just gonna place it right in the outer corner like That and I think i'm going to do four clusters per eye And one girl that I use a lot for my manga lash inspo is this girl that I found on xiaohongshu She's so pretty and her lashes always look so good. It's not perfect, but it looks so like cutesy Okay, I just applied it on both sides I'm gonna put a little bit of glitter on and I really love this glitter on here. This one Specifically is so pretty if you don't have this there's one by fenty beauty. That's also really gorgeous and i'm just gonna Apply a little bit and then bringing it all the way down Now i'm just gonna apply Some mascara to my lower lashes and the way that i'm brushing my lower lashes is Kind of horizontal like outward so that it goes with the direction of my eye makeup I want to do my lips and i'm going to use the sachio beauty lip liner stain available at sachio.com and I love using this for doing that ombre douyin lips basically to start you want to just apply Right here On my bottom lip Two more on the corners like that. This is definitely a popular lip shape for douyin makeup You basically want to almost erase the cupid's bow and then the bottom lip should go like a little bit Like it's spilling over to the sides and then a little bit of a mouth corner lift It just makes you look like you're always pouting now for blush. I normally would use my my euphoria blush Which is my favorite blush ever but today i'm actually going to use the elf no budge cream eye shadow And it looks like this A super pretty light peachy color. I feel like lighter blushes is just more popular in douyin makeup in general So i'm going to apply it right here And then a little bit on my nose all the way up Near my eyes. Oh, this is so pretty now i'm just gonna carefully Remove the lip liner to be honest if I wasn't filming I would probably do this as my first step But I just didn't want to have Lip liner on the entire video and scare you guys I'm, just going to use my sponge to kind of neutralize my lips a little bit You can still see the lip liner underneath and then i'm going to use the peripera lip tint And apply it Or just on the inner Part of my lip isn't that so pretty i'm gonna go back to the eyeshadow palette and i'm gonna take that glitter shade Dab a little bit in the center Of my lip right here on top Of the cupid's bow as well like that is so pretty for like a last second touch-up I'm, just gonna use a brightening powder right underneath my eyes a little bit right between the brows Down the nose bridge and this is the finished look I love how it turned out.
