We are in a brand new community out here in Litchfield Park, Arizona. It's called The Enclave. Our builder is Fulton Homes and right behind me we have a gorgeous, large, beautiful home. Absolutely stunning. But don't take my word for it. Let me show it to you. And remember, leave me a comment below and now let's go. See now, so we're standing in front of the Black Stallion. How about 3623 square feet? Six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a loft, three-car garage. There is a full bedroom bathroom downstairs. This home is absolutely amazing. Lots and lots of room. Base price starting right at $601,900. That's going to show it to you. You may absolutely fall in love with it like I did. Alrighty, now it says come on in. So let's go ahead and go on in. But before we do, just a quick glance over here. You can sit out on your front courtyard area and drink a cup of coffee, read your newspaper, read a book. But I would rather be spending my time in the backyard. So it says come on in. So let's go ahead and go on in. Alrighty, now this home is really big, really nice, a lot of bedrooms. So if you need a home, like I mentioned, up to six bedrooms, this is the home that you may want to consider. So as we walk on down the hallway, we're going to keep on walking. We're going to swing around to the left. This is going to be your guest bedroom, bathroom, downstairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs. So bedroom number one, you have two nice windows out to the front. Slider door closets right here. Very nice, large bedroom. And then backing out of that, and this is the bathroom for this bedroom. They're showing it with a walk-in shower, a nice window above to allow more natural light to come in. And I get you up close look of that vanity. Obviously, if you're going to build from the ground up, you can pick whatever color of your cabinets and your countertops and your flooring. And then as I back up right over here, next to the bathroom is going to be your linen. I'll open that so you, oh, my mistake. How about Harry Potter's closet? Should we go on in and take a look at it? Let me turn a light on. Woo, and there we go. So go down here. Well, it's not super long, but you know what? It's better than absolutely nothing. There's the rod for the coats. And let's go back into this bathroom. And there is no linen closet directly right next to it. This is another space you can put something if you wanted to. Coming back out to the main part of the hallway, down there is your front door. And then walking a little further up and around is going to be your garage door entrance. You have a nice drop-off right here. You can put a piece of furniture, you can put cabinets, whatever it is you want to do. And then right around this corner is going to be your half bath. Hello, spacious. So the only downside I see at this moment, there is not a linen closet that I see in this area for this bedroom. That's the only thing I see wrong. So we're going to continue to walk down here. And then here is what they're calling the flex room. This is what they're calling also an open flex room, an open office. You have two nice windows out to the side. It opens up into the family room area. I like it when it opens up like that. It makes it look even more spacious and more open. Let me back up. And there's the stairway going up. We'll be going up there in a few minutes. And then right over here, if I remember correctly, this is going to be where your linen is going to be. Let me see if I, yes, here we go. So this is the linen for that front bedroom. And this is a very nice size linen closet. You can use it for storage as well. I can't imagine you're going to use that for all linen for that one bedroom. Another look at the open flex room. And now this brings us on to the main part of the house, the family room, the kitchen, the dining. It's really nice. Go ahead and enjoy. Alrighty now, so let's go ahead and bring you back into the kitchen area. They are showing it as a gourmet chef kitchen area. There are a lot of cabinets, lots of counter space. They also have a beverage refrigerator down there as well. A nice size island, comfortably seats three. You possibly could put a fourth in there if you change the style of the chair up to the island. They're showing it with a gas stove top with a nice stainless steel hood, stainless steel refrigerator, and then a wall microwave and a wall oven. Let me back up here so I can show you the island on this side. I absolutely love the color of the cabinets here. What do you think? They have the accent with the pendant lighting gold. Some builders are bringing the gold back in. And this is the look standing in front of the island right here. This is a look into the dining area and into the family room area. I will zoom in for you. Plenty of room. And then backing back out. There you go. And as we glance, we can see all these windows. A lot of natural light coming in here. Isn't that beautiful? I'll give you another up close look of the kitchen here. And like I said, wall oven, wall microwave. And then right next to this is you're going to be your pantry, which is a very nice size pantry. All the way up. They did go all the way up. Isn't that sweet? And then backing up, I'll give you another angle of the kitchen right here. They're showing it with undermount lighting. And of course, if you're going to build from the ground up, all these are going to be added upgrades. However, if you want to go with a quick move in, which you can, they may or may not have it. But looking a little bit closer at the dining area, look at all the room you have between the counter and then right over here for your family room area. You're not going to feel cramped and crowded at all. There's plenty of space between the table and then the family room and then the table and then your kitchen island area. And then another look at all the windows. And of course, Fulton is so known for these nice, large four-panel glass slider doors. Absolutely nice. If you're building from the ground up, in case you're new to my channel, that's roughly around under $4,000. Other builders are going to charge you anywhere between $10,000 and $15,000. And then you also have two other side windows over there. And of course, they're showing it with plantation shutters. That does not come with the home, just to let you know. But give you another look at this beautiful family room area. The fireplace down there, that's an addition. That'll be an upgrade as well. The built-out will be an addition. What you will get is a flat wall. Let me bring you up close to it. Let me show you. So they have it built up right there. That's going to be an added upgrade. If you go with a quick move-in, they may or may not already have that. And the reason they show it with so many upgrades is to give you, the buyer, an idea what it can look like if you want to build it from the ground up. What you can do if you choose that you want to do that. What do you think of this one so far? And again, this is six bedrooms, four and a half bath. This is going to be over 3,600 square feet. So as we walk over here, another look at the open flex room. And again, you can use this however you want. You can use this as a flex room, a seating area, an office, a kid's playroom, whatever you want to do. But keep in mind you have a nice large loft upstairs where you can send the kids to get them out of your hair. This is the stairway up. I'll meet you upstairs. All righty. So this is almost all the way up. Just want to show you what it looks like. So I'm going to go up one more step and up we go and turn to the right. And this is going to give you a nice large loft right here. A lot of windows again brings natural light coming into the room. I'll go to the back of this corner, give you another angle. There you go. Plenty of room no matter how you want to configure it and what you want to use this loft for. It's large. Let me tell you it's very, very large. A great place to send the so that you can have peace and quiet downstairs. But this is very nice. So let's go look at the other bedrooms. Now for these two guest bedrooms, there's going to be two guest bedrooms over here having a shared bathroom. So this is guest bedroom number one upstairs, window and slider door closets. So I back up and next to that guest bedroom number two upstairs, window to the side and then also a slider door closets. And then as I back up again, here is the shared bathroom for this set of bedrooms. They're showing it with a tub and shower combination and there's a nice vanity. I'll go all the way up for you. There you go. Then as we exit, here is the linen closet for these two bedrooms. Let me show you from the bottom and go all the way up to the top. There you go. And then come back out. So this is the loft area. This is the stairway. This is the loft. Then if we go down this way again, bedroom one, bedroom two, shared bathroom. So now we're coming back out again. Here's the loft. We're going to go down this end of the house, turn here, show you your favorite room. Yes. We can't forget to show you your favorite room, the laundry room. Upper and lowers on the cabinets. If you're going to build from the ground up, yes, again, that will be an added upgrade. However, the quick move in may or may not have it. If you want it after closing, all you have to do is let me know. I got referrals and recommendations for people who can install that if you want that. Directly across from laundry is some more storage right here. And this is going to be mainly used for the loft area to put the games and whatever else you want to put up in here. So as we exit out of here, we're going to continue down the hallway. Now we come to a tee in the hallway. We're going to go left and show you the other two remaining guest bedrooms. Guest bedroom number three upstairs, window to the side, and this bedroom has a walking closet. Now I'm going to turn around and show you another angle of the room. So very nice. And then as we exit this, directly across the hall is guest bedroom number four upstairs. I apologize for the loud music. Slider door closets. So the guest bedrooms upstairs, they all have slider door closets except the one we just left, which was right there. And then in between these two bedrooms, it's going to be the shared bathroom, two sinks, which is a great plus in my opinion. I'll go all the way up. And then right around here is going to be your shower and tub combination with your toilet right next to it. So you have four guest bedrooms upstairs and they each, not that each, two of them share a bathroom. So it's going to be two bedrooms and a bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Here's the linen for these two bedrooms. And then now we're going to go across the tee, come down to the end of this hallway. This is going to be your primary room up here. A very nice size room actually. Give you another look at that. And then as we go into the primary bathroom, right here is going to be your water closet. Directly across from your water closet is going to be your linen. Let me open that for you. I'll go from the bottom all the way up to the top. Lots of shelves. And then the look at your vanity right here. I'll go all the way up for you. Very, very, very nice. And then right to the left of that is going to be your nice walk-in shower, your party shower. They have it with three nice windows over there and also a bench. And then I'll give you another look up there. Then of course, you know what I got to do. Hello. I hope you're having a wonderful, marvelous day. But isn't this house nice? So backing out, we're going to give you another look of the primary bedroom and then exiting out and then down the hall. Yes, I'm going to give you another recap. So here we have the loft right here where the guest bedrooms one and two with a shared bathroom. Here's the loft again. I'm going to swing you around. Try not to make you too dizzy. Down this hall, if you turn to the left, there are two bedrooms, guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. If you go down the hall and turn to the right, that's going to be your primary bedroom bathroom. And again, here's the stairway down and I'll meet you downstairs. All righty. So this is back downstairs. This is the open office, open flex room, the seating area, whatever you want to use this for, which is a nice area. Back into the main part of the house, the family room, the kitchen, the dining room area. I will take you outside if they allow me to do that. And hopefully they do. Usually they do let me go out. So let's check. And they do. Fantastic. Lot sizes out here do have a little variance. They go up to around 7,200 square feet from 6,300 all the way up to 7,250. But let me give you a look at this one so I don't fall down. There's the look at the back of the house. You have a very nice long extended patio. They're showing it with pavers, artificial turf, a fire pit, a seating area out here. If you want to put a pool in your backyard, you most certainly can do that. Absolutely can. Plenty of room. However, you don't need to do that because your HOA is going to be amazing out here. And I will tell you all about what you're getting with your HOA in just a few minutes. But I just want to get you a good look of the backyard, a good look of the back of the house. So let's go ahead and bring you back inside. I'll give you a recap of this beautiful home. Picnic tables right there. Here is your playground. Let me give you a look at the bocce ball. I'll tell you what you come with it. Obviously, the aquatic center, the playgrounds, the tot lots, sand volleyball, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, basketball court. This dirt area right here, it's going to eventually be one ginormously large grassy park. And there's going to be others in this community. But this is going to be huge for your two-legged, four-legged friends. It's absolutely nice. Fulton Homes makes one of the best HOA amenities around the valley. So for $164 a month, actually $168 a month, I'll tell you again, the aquatic center, ramadas, event lawns, playgrounds, tot lots, sand volleyball, bocce ball, pickleball, basketball. $168 a month. You cannot beat it. Fulton does one of the best. All righty now, so here's the FYI for you, the homebuyer. Anytime, every time you're buying a new build, always remember to bring your realtor. In fact, always remember to bring us. Why? Because the person inside, as nice and sweet as they are, and they are going to be nice and sweet for you and to you, who do you think they work for? They definitely don't work for you. They work for the seller and the builder. And when you're buying your largest and biggest asset you ever buy in your lifetime, don't you want to make sure it turns out exactly the way you want it to turn out? Of course you do. Fulton Homes always calls them aquatic centers, and they are a very large pool area for the family and the kiddos. They also have playgrounds throughout the whole community. And not just one or two, they have them sprinkled throughout the whole community. Another nice thing that Fulton does within their community is large grassy parks. That way you can go out and walk the two-legged and even the four-legged kids and enjoy yourself out here completely. If you want to build from the ground up, you most certainly can. You just need a timeframe right around six to eight months. However, if you don't want to wait that long, which I kind of don't blame you, you can go with a quick move-in. And like I said, give me a call and I'll let you know what's available and which floor plan that you are preferring. They also have great incentives out here. And again, they're always changing. So depending on when you're watching this video, they may have already changed. So give me a call, call, text, or email me. I will give you the updated incentives for this area. And as far as lot sizes, as I mentioned in the video earlier, they range from 6,300 all the way up to 7,250. You have a lot, large enough for a pool in your backyard.
