Get Unready with Me + Skincare Routine ｜ Stephanie Ledda

Hey guys, so today I'm going to be doing my get unready with me routine. I am going to be showing you guys what cleanser and skincare that I use to get off all of this makeup because, let's face it, if you are not removing your makeup properly, your skin probably isn't on point and then your makeup probably isn't on point either. So I've teamed up with Philosophy to show you guys how I remove all of my makeup, kind of like a makeup meltdown, and then I'm going to show you guys like a mini little skincare routine of products that I've been loving. So if you guys want to see how I remove all of this glorious pretty makeup, then just keep watching. So those of you guys who don't know, I'm a huge QVC person, I love watching QVC, and that is when I first discovered the Philosophy brand and when I first ordered and tried out the Purity Made Simple Cleanser. This cleanser is amazing, it is one of my all-time favorites, it removes makeup so well and just kind of gets everything out, makes your skin feel very fresh and clean without feeling tight or anything like that. It never feels like it's stripping my skin or drying it out, it makes it feel nice and hydrated when I'm done. Deep cleans into your pores, it has natural oils, like it just is like the bomb cleanser, like it's the number one selling cleanser for a reason. It removes everything, I'm wearing like setting spray, all long-wear stuff just to show you guys that it removes makeup that well. Okay, so this is the Purity Made Simple Cleanser, the one-step facial cleanser. I am just applying it to my hands, adding a little bit of water to work it into a lather, and then I'm going to be massaging it all over my face, all over wherever I have makeup to help it kind of dissolve and melt down, so over my eyes, my cheeks, everywhere, and I do this for like 30 seconds to a minute. Also, as you can see, I'm using it to remove my eye makeup as well, it's safe to use in that area, it doesn't burn or sting. So then what I like to do is take a washcloth, hand towel, wet it with medium to warm water, don't get it too hot like I did, which is why my face is looking a little red right now, but I pretty much use it as like a makeup wipe to remove everything from my face and get off all the eye makeup, face makeup, everything. So now you can see all the makeup all over this washcloth, but it does an amazing job. Then I just pat my face dry with a nice clean towel. So now I'm going to start my anti-aging routine. First I use this toner, it's a great anti-aging toner, and I just soak a cotton pad with this and then wipe it all over my face. Next I use this chemical exfoliant, it has AHAs and so basically what it does is it gets rid of dead skin cells and builds new skin, new collagen, and makes your skin tone more even. Then I follow it up with this retinol serum. This serum is amazing for anti-aging wrinkles, dark spots, builds collagen, it's just awesome. And I just take a few drops of this and I apply it all over my face and eye area, it's not irritating at all, it's one of my favorite skincare products. Next I add this maracuja oil from Tarte, which I don't always do, but when my skin needs a little bit more hydration, if it's a little bit dry, I add this on top for a little bit of extra moisture and also has anti-aging properties in there as well. Then I follow it up with this eye cream, which I like to pat around my eyes, put on my lids as well, because I get really dry under eye area and on the lids, so this really helps with that and of course is anti-aging as well. Then I lastly apply my favorite eyelash serum, which has made my eyelashes grow like crazy, and I just apply this like you would apply liquid liner. So this is the end result, nice, beautiful, clean skin, the feeling is like no other. Like I don't know which I prefer, wearing like a nice, flawless face of makeup or having a bare face, ugh. But with this routine, you can do both.
