Thailand 🇹🇭 vs. Sweden 🇸🇪 - Highlights | Women's World Championships 2025

it's thailand's in red serving is sweden in their traditional yellow and blue receiving for this pool a match here in bangkok for you you have to use that psychologically for yourself because it's going to be so loud another opportunity here for sweden as it's slowed down by the block third time lucky maybe isabella clever from isabella hack what thailand are doing is they are using cameron number one libero as a defensive libero oh i say monster block isabella hack wowsers fell a hawk with the shut down and it's one-on-one look at the movement she takes lasich positive set the ball came in front of corn bunch who continued it on behind that's what thailand do they use the block in front of them recycle a pickup excellent pickup and they've got the point three by two it'd be absolutely crucial isn't it in their side out attempts yeah that's always the case best passer is usually the team that'll win it's another course this match that's for sure three ball thailand they could go four in front oh yes outside hitters the way they like to run so fast trying to get a little bit more time between them taking that ball and attacking it's a block for thailand in this direction rotation one for thailand they're also stacking mass they can get in the china where they want lasich good footwork but rather full swing from close no good swing chance that's good and sweden level the key for sweden here is to kind of shake off that first set they looked a little bit like the instincts i had the cover from hanoi by gustafson that is right in the window for there's a good pickup another opportunity sweden two front row attackers two back row looking at that even a reaction because mitchell was talking to his players so they didn't see that doesn't matter people trying to scoring again for fun at the moment confusion that's going to stay in play top swing but top defense can they convert another go now force behind goodness me scramble for sweden advantage thailand free ball for them two front row two back row raise the roof time here joy to play against a team that loves volleyball so much but they just do not make it easy on you trouble for sweden you cannot give thailand a free ball right now made an option to swing so i'll get a swing good up from brink that was a great second gustafson gustafson no contest oh excellent middle is just jumping that is a top pass save for the moment oh that's a good serve trouble for thailand or maybe not oh this is going to be free ball oh but they've got the timing wrong themselves thailand hack rescues that situation to the roof here we were commentating from after two really good interviews with the coaches got a good insight to what was going on that's more like it ending it so well even when they're in uncomfortable situations they're figuring it out that was a great tip they have got their defense sorted against a hack that is a great block that's something to build on those now for sweden puppets on a string at the moment expected of hack we've seen in the last match she was forced to swing cross so they're taking it away in their block time's doubling up as well on that corner with the defender behind good touch another chance for thailand moxie doesn't make it and pichai doesn't make it is this a moment now for sweden that ball could have easily tipped which way this is heading big swing from hack again but they just have been too few and far between is good not even flailing arms in the slightest what a pass and that's off fingers is it no they're going to challenge for it though they're going to challenge for it did it get oh there is a touch number 12 for thailand good ball in nice finish from hack they're still in this good serve not a bad pass great blocking sweden 22 24 to have her on the serve again well that's a very good serve forcing it slightly inside and it's thailand take the set in sweden in straight sets
