Good morning guys, I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a soft start to the new year.
This video is gonna be uploaded on the 1st of January and today it's actually the 27th
of December.
Anton and I, we have escaped up to the Swedish summer house.
We arrived, actually in the middle of the night, we arrived at 2 o'clock, because we
left directly from a Christmas lunch or family gathering yesterday evening and then drove
directly up here.
We couldn't really wait any longer, so now we're finally up here and it feels so nice.
I actually woke up with a migraine this morning, which is maybe why I look a bit, I don't even
know, a bit tired and I also feel like I look quite pale in the camera.
As much as I love December and love all the cosy things around December, I also really
appreciate once everything is done.
It sounds so sad, but it's honestly really true.
I can just feel that I am so tired and like my batteries are just worn out and that's
why we're up here, to just recharge and yeah, just move slowly, to be honest.
And speaking of slow, we've just had a really slow morning, the time is already a quarter
to eleven, so let's go out and make some breakfast.
Yesterday I actually made a quick bun-dough, do you call it bun-dough, bolledegg, we say
in Danish.
We are currently in the car on our way to a second-hand lobbyist place, I think it should
be quite a big one and I have the worst period cramps ever, so we just had to pull into a
shop and buy some painkillers because I'm dying.
We're actually driving in Anton's dad's car, our car has a massive nail in one of the tyres
and it's actually the third time now that it has happened.
Really nice that we could borrow this one, also because it has a lot more space than
our little car.
So foolish, I want to sit back there.
Freezing guys, it's 17 degrees inside right now.
Anton has luckily just lit up the fireplace, but I'm going to have some leftover fruit
salad, we call it, from yesterday.
It's my grandmother's fruit salad, so it's fruit salad but then with like whipped cream.
And it's so, so good.
I actually think that this is my favourite dessert because it's like so fresh and I don't
know.
The best things in the fruit salad are the bananas and the chocolate chips.
I'm gonna snack on this while we're watching, I think we're gonna watch Stranger Things.
My tummy hurts like crazy still.
I don't know what's going on, I don't normally get this bad period cramps.
I completely forgot to say that we didn't get anything at the second hand shop, it wasn't
that big as I expected and yeah, there wasn't anything that we needed.
It's some hours later, and we have had dinner.
We made a really nice roast, so both of us are quite full yet again.
But now we're gonna play a game called Ticket to Ride.
It's a game that we have borrowed from Anton's mother.
And this one is like a New York edition, we've never played this one before.
I've only tried to play Ticket to Ride one time before, and that was last Christmas.
And I can't really remember the rules, it's something about that you have to gather some
strings or something, right?
