I waited a long time to undertake this wonderful vintage project, until finally the moment arrived to work on it and put our art into practice. It truly turned out just as I dreamed and imagined; I can't wait for morning so I can place it somewhere in our beautiful Villa Lindura.
It's been about three months since I had thought of an option like this
They already have the drainage holes
Look at this beauty
Look at the number of rosettes
she has developed in
this time It's settling in It looks very nice Let's continue
I think with this one here
It kind of motivates you to keep working in those spaces
It kind of motivates you to keep expressing your art
Gardeners let's start this 2026 with an unforgettable experience
I've been waiting a long time to work on a project like this
Many people around already know what I'm talking about
About three months ago I had thought of an option like this to have succulents
Remember that vintage items those outdated objects perfectly complement the succulent theme
Look at what we achieved
I have already shown you that in an experience
Obviously that photo I shared with you was the before
But look at what these milkmen have become now
It's really cute
I love this one more than this one because of these details it has
And gardeners remember that with a cleaning sanding and painting
Many items will look like these two milk cans we are going to work on for our village Lindura
They already have drain holes
Look at the drainage holes
There we have five
I think they are enough to drain the water
It's the same
Did you see
Then gardeners here I am extremely grateful to our collaborators
who help us turn old pieces into such beautiful ones as these
I'm going to stop being all over the place
And what we plan to plant in those milkers are these beauties
I think we'll start with this one
I remember that these are amethystine amethystine graptopetalum
They have been here for a long time
When we planted them they were really tiny
I don't know if they still remember from previous gardens
I don't know where that thorn came from
Here
And then gardeners I don't know what I'm doing but the thorns keep following me
Yes no
I managed to get it out
I don't know but anyway
That is the gardener's job
The only thing the only detail here for removing these amethysts is
that we cannot insert the stick from the bottom because it is quite high
So we are going to do it very carefully
In addition these amethysts are quite strong and very durable
So nothing is going to happen gardeners
Alright I'm going to try to pull
I really need help in situations like this
But we have to try
I think so
Hey I've already messed it up gardeners
It can't be
Look see if the camera helps me here
There were tiny little bumps and even the slightest touch made me scratch them off
He left he left
Let's take a look at the root system
Well I see it very well
It's very good little gardeners
Let's move on
What should I tell you gardeners
Today I went to parade
It's the anniversary of
Hey look see how it also came off
It's because they're very delicate and fragile
He was telling them that it's the anniversary of the district we belong to
And the association went to march to be present at these events
Last year was my turn to march and this year it's my turn
Then I stayed there gardeners practically the whole day
It has been quite exhausting because there were many many delegations
And well were number 83
Imagine that gardeners
And so I just arrived
It's terribly cold
I said let's have coffee and then I'll take a nap
But no no
I can't handle my temper
I threw myself on the sofa to rest
I said I'm not going to record anymore
No gardeners In my mind are those milkmen I've shown you I say no I
already want them to shine
So we're here for that job
Hey how many came in here
And it's because when we planted this they were just cuttings
And that is how it turned out so beautifully
The beauty of these amethysts is that they fit into any space
They are not like theme of the sequels when they start to develop
It's somewhat visible not very nice to say
But in these the size gardeners makes them look like they are watching
You'll see how they will develop in the new pots
Okay I've got this
Now gardeners the hardest part is coming
This other pot I have here look
I don't know how I think that's all here
Because if I put it here it will clash with this look it's very developed
This amethyst we have here has been in this place for about 4 or 5 years
I can't remember very well
They were very small when we planted them
I have always told them that I transplant my succulents after a long time
Look here there's a little baby
We will also place it
over there I want to have
many amethysts gardeners Many large amethysts
How do I do it
Well I think this one first
And to make matters worse the gardeners it started to rain
It began with a drizzle
It broke it's super dry
The substrate is very very tight
It makes sense because as I tell you more than 4 or 5 years have already passed since they have been developing this here
Let's continue
We had to stop because you know we have three small earthquakes here that also need our attention
Well it came out perfectly
Look at this beauty
Look at the number of rosettes it has developed in this time
The substrate gardeners sorry very very tight
So with this they will get some relief
We are going to try to put it in very carefully
Remember that they are being succulent with very thick leaves extremely juicy
We will always have that inconvenience of them unraveling
Oh look this one came out quickly
No well the substrate is really tight
Hard hard
Did you see It's really hard gardeners
So let's loosen up a bit and get going
We will plant all of that in those jugs those flowerpots those milk pails those vintage flowerpots
We still haven't decided where to put it but we already
have a very nice place in mind so that it will shine
So that we have access with the cameras to show off what is coming out of
this beauty Wow I'm really loving this transplant
I thought he was going to fight a bit more but no
no We aren't fighting that
much It's just one person
I'm going to loosen up here
Okay Hey gardeners I
don't know how Let's see
I'm sorry gardeners but that part wasn't recorded because
Paqui and Antares went to the hill to the mountain in front
So we had to go after them
Ok we've removed all of them how do I say
plants diametistinum rosettes I don't know colonies around there
and let's start planting it
First I'm going to try to get the camera to focus
from there need you all to experience this as well
Gardeners as it's a large pot now very tall
we need to fill it with a lot of potting soil
What we need here is to save the substrate
Remember that we are in a rainy season
It is very difficult to get the substrate there
That's why we asked Alberto I think that's his name
The person who brought us the soil
So I have here here I have some mulch
We'll add about a third of the polylepis
to the base of this jar like this
This I can do quickly right here very close by
Then let's put it on
They said something about it Dani won't it have a problem
with retaining moisture They saw it has five holes
The drainage Moreover gardeners say that
the amethysts are quite strong very strong
But let's see where we are going to place it
Maybe in a place that doesn't get the rain
or maybe I don't know let's see gardeners
So tell me Dani why didn't you put gravel or small
stones These jugs weigh more than you can imagine
And more gravel because this is going to be
hard to move So gardeners better this mulch which won't generate
A lot of weight and it will also help us a lot
I've roughly filled it up to here and now we're
going to proceed with the substrate we have prepared
Come here like this it's a bit damp but that's
okay as I was saying I already know how it is
The behavior of those amethystine ones
So gardeners the day is getting the best of us Truly when
one engages in various activities
Well time flies Let
me see I have it here it's a bit high
I think we're going to lower it I think we should
Well let's try to find some option
Where should I put this jug to
work more comfortably because there
it's fine I think we'll help ourselves with this chair I have here
And I'm going to put it here
Buy as you have never imagined
Look at the amount of substrate that came in
Now it's time Jardineros
here comes the good stuff the real
deal Let's see I think I'll go
with this one Look at this beauty
Hey hey
Let's try to locate it as best as possible
so we don't have to keep moving
Did you see
How beautiful
I don't know if I stretched
it Yes yes I stretched it
Enough
Look how it settled
Then let's continue
We are going to insert these slightly pinker ones
What causes the pigments
Well different locations different substrates
You know gardeners
Stress greatly influences this type
of plant for having diverse pigments
Indeed here it seems they are
intense We'll leave it for a moment
They are going after
Pocho Do you think Pocho
is their toy No no
gardeners They are terrible
But anyway they've calmed down
Look how it's settling in
It's very nice
Let's continue
I think with this one here
The topic here gardeners
the topic will be how we are going to mobilize
But anyway it doesn't
matter nothing is wrong Nothing is wrong with us having this precious thing
shining as we always wanted
Well we'll figure it out somehow
To mobilize it and since it's a precious thing
there's no problem Here
I want to add something
I think this is it
Yes yes let it fit there
Like that hanging
I'm going to have to find a pretty strategic
spot for them to hang and keep looking very nice
He's over here
What about that one Which one
I think this one
Perfect
This
There And there was one
small small one small
I think this is it
They say that about you Dani
you're getting too involved
Remember that succulents in the wild grow in
colonies Moreover we need gardeners this is madness
Hey no
In that attempt look I hurt some leaves
And it's because it doesn't really help much
The substrate is wet
They can say that about me but Dani you should have waited a bit
Nothing bad happens
We will just place it somewhere where it won't get rained on and that's solved
Our substrate from these
past months is a very very mineral substrate Very mineral
Okay I think that's it
Yes I think so
Okay gardeners this is going to look like this
And I'm going to have to move it to a space
Let's keep going let's keep going
Look we've finished this one In a while the Spanish one
We need to try to do it quickly gardeners
The thing is the day is no longer helping us
The same technique the same work that we did with the other
Okay that was easier
Okay I love how it's positioned
We prepare the substrate
With the excitement of the case I didn't even bring gloves gardeners
Well it's okay nothing serious
Perfect Because it doesn't hold as well
since I don't have a base there
Let's go
We accommodate
There he finally gave it stability
And a little space on this end
I think here
Remember that it's important to observe different angles so that each of these nozzles fits better
Look this one
Okay did you see that
Perfect I like it gardeners how it fit into that
space Very nice
Well I'm sorry
A Metis says yes
I've hurt some little leaves
But sometimes it's inevitable to hurt some leaves gardeners
But after this transplant they will love the new little place
There it is
A bit more substrate
Another important thing in this type of work let's try not to stain the petals and leaves
So that they look like nothing has happened
Look here I have a space and we'll place this one here
I thought were going to have leftovers but no no
That's not how it was
Maybe they will develop it because there are several brotecitos here
Perfect
It remains it remains gardeners
I think it looks nice
I would have liked this to come a bit closer
But as they develop they will gradually settle in and gain space
Gardeners let's clean up as quickly as possible and reconnect for the spraying
No gardeners
I just face them and truly appreciate the beauty
No no no words or terms come to me to express what my eyes are seeing
Just as he had dreamed just as he had planned there are the results
Yes as I always tell you gardeners wanting is power desiring is desiring and you will achieve it
Well I was around for a long time looking at the option of getting some jugs to do a job like this
I wanted to buy it in Arequipa but it was too expensive
In those vintage stores where they basically give those items a polish and it ends up costing a fortune
In Lima the same thing
And also the issue of shipping
Now that I've discovered that new stall that new cheap place that new market whether you call it a paca an escarbe or whatever
Yes gardeners I know I'm going to get some pretty interesting things like these milk pails for our Villa Lindura
Remember that besides us there are just these planters here in Villa Lindura that decorate bring life and add energy to this space
We also rent these arrangements for events such as weddings baptisms and other activities
You know little gardens
So again I hope to encourage you to also work on different options
It's not just about having a nice garden
No gardeners it's what keeps you motivated to keep working in those spaces
It's what keeps you motivated to keep expressing your art in beauties like this
So gardeners there are options to generate extra income besides work besides the different activities we engage in
They turned out very nice
Remember that at least the colonies here are adapted to full sun
They will perfectly tolerate the place where we put them
Some of the more delicate rosettes have been under cover but with adaptation by gradually getting them used to the elements they will adjust perfectly
So gardeners this has been today's work
Many many thanks for joining me in this delicious experience
Thank you very much for joining me on this evening of delicious art
This is my art gardeners be inspired
There it is
They saw that with a little work we can achieve great things
To those who have just arrived I invite you to subscribe to my channel
