Dimitrov & Kyrgios In Action; Mpetshi Perricard vs Paul Thriller | Brisbane 2026 Day 3 Highlights

Dog is defending but a real taster of what he can do, that variety that he has. Forehand is netted and the break goes the way of Dimitrov. Comes back with another fine first serve. That's the way the first set went for Dimitrov. But not the second. He can't believe he's made that miscue. 100 and 200. You can see why he tried to come in because he fell at the time. There it is. The point we're all expecting and waiting for whenever he plays Dimitrov. It's happened again. That's unbelievable. What a shot from Kerenya Buster. A dazzling display to begin his new season Grigor Dimitrov and it's no surprise it's come in Brisbane where he's had so much success. Oh look there perhaps from Kovacevic. Oh he missed it. Great serve. Seals the first set from Alexander Kovacevic who was at Serving Clinic. He put on and Giovanni Pezzi-Pericard has beaten Tommy Paul on third set tiebreak. Here comes Enderarm. He tried the drop and reply. Very smart serve. He stuck the return. A great start to the new campaign for Alexander Kovacevic. He's off to a fly up is Ugon Ber. Oh that's a statement set from Ugon Ber. First up for 2026. It doesn't matter where you put it. Ugon Ber is going to cover it. Does take the opportunity. Oh well done. He trapped that ball nice. That is that's a high quality point. He's absolutely drilled that return close. That's wise. He does break through. He's missed it. What a fighting gutsy win from Cam Norrie. First up in 2026. He's had three match points. That's unplayable as well. So off the back of some outstanding serving. Richard Pericard takes the tie break comfortably. Seven points to two. Nice change up serve and a brilliant inside out forehand. Beautifully executed. He breaks on the back of it. This was very poor. That should have been a legitimate swing. He should have controlled that with some power to one side but that's long. So we are tied up. Oh that's a nice lob. Gee that's good hands from the big man. Good stuff from Tommy Paul. Oh come on. Best point of the match Pericard. Surely. Oh my goodness. Can you believe incredible power as well. Very cool display in that game from the lower ranks of the two. Brandon Nakashima. Oh not quite. And he strikes goals. Oh that is a lightning bolt on the forehead. Oh that was different. That was perfect from the Spaniard. Oh my goodness. A highly competitive first set of the season. Oh see make a few appearances. And it's a big strike for Nakashima off the back of strong serving. What a start to 2026 for Brandon Nakashima.
