They are, I mean, if you're Australian or British, iconic.
Margot and Diego, welcome to Hearts Evening Show. Thank you very much for talking to me.
There is so much to discuss. First off, Margot, I wanted to remind you,
Love Island is back on UK television.
Don't I know it? I'm very excited.
For an alien who has no concept of it,
how would you explain Love Island and why are you so obsessed?
It's the greatest show ever. I would not even need to explain it.
I would just tell this alien to watch it and thank me later.
Without giving too much away, Nelly has a lot to prove to people in this film.
Nelly's got some haters, but I like to believe your journey's been a little bit different.
In fact, have you had positive words and good people in your life
that have really encouraged you in your career, Margot?
Yeah, definitely. I'd probably be a basket case at this point.
I'd probably be where Nelly gets to at the end of this film
if I didn't have such wonderful people in my life.
I'm very, very, very lucky.
And not just like friends and family, but people within the industry.
Really, really good people. Yeah.
Well, I actually have a special message from some very nice people
that I would like to show you.
What?
Just get the old iPad off.
Hey, Margot. It's Fletch here.
Hi, Margot. Jackie here as well.
Now, we just wanted to say we're really pleased for you.
The things seem to work out okay since you left us.
Oh, I never doubted it for a second.
Now, we just wanted to remind you,
the Kennedy House does have a lot of bedrooms.
It's huge. Huge.
So, if things ever go pear-shaped for you over there,
don't worry. Just come home.
We'll make room.
You bet. We love you so much, darling.
Congratulations, Margot. Good luck with that.
So, my iPad is a good guy.
They are, I mean, if you're Australian or British, iconic.
I don't know how to convey how emotional that is,
but it's that I spent like three,
like literally like Jackie would have me over
and taught me how to like roast a chicken and feed myself,
and like Fletch would literally teach me
how to like sort out my money and finances,
and like Toadie taught me how to do my taxes,
and you know, it's just like,
it's such a family when you're, yeah.
That's so, thank you for doing that.
Oh, you're very welcome.
That's so nice.
It's nice that you're ready for plan B.
Stuff doesn't work out in Hollywood.
Got a room at the Kennedy House.
Do you know what?
When I was, you know, finishing on Neighbours,
I said, can you guys kill me off in a big dramatic death?
And they said, no, no, no.
But just in case you need to come back on the show,
if it doesn't work out in America,
we'll keep your character alive so you can come back if you need to.
And I was like, I'm gonna make it, but thank you.
Oh, amazing.
I had an opportunity to speak to lovely Brad Pitt a couple of weeks ago.
I found it, I gotta be honest, very intimidating.
In fact, so much so, I couldn't look him directly in the face.
He's like looking into the sun.
It really is.
Did you experience any of this, Drew, in Babylon?
The Brad Pitt effect of not being able to stare directly at him.
He's also, I have to say though, for, you know,
there's definitely like the Brad Pitt effect,
where he's, you know, when he's in a room,
everyone's kind of like, oh, Brad Pitt's here.
But he is someone who can make everyone feel at ease, I feel like.
When he's talking to you,
you feel like you're the only one in the room.
Yeah.
Well, guys, this has been incredible for me.
We almost made Margot Robbie cry.
Oh, I know.
And I do not cry in real life.
This is hot.
