$71,000 Price Drop on a 5,200+ SF Home on 1 Acre in Celina

We are in Salina, Texas and back in Harper Estates looking at this incredible partners in building home 5,200 square feet on an acre. This thing is decked out, little two-story design. Love everything about this thing. And they've even staged it for us so it's going to be even more fun to look at. Absolutely. Check out this double doors, big iron, heavy. I love that. And then come on in, what do you think Patrice? I think this is just amazing. I really do. First of all these floors are so pretty and then you've got the dining right here. Right on the front of the home. Yeah. Love how they have this bar area and they already have it stocked with some wine so that's always nice. And then right here is your breakfast area. Less formal dining but I love how all the windows pour in and then look at this patio. This patio, oh my heart. But look it just overlooks everything which is really cool. That's a huge table too. Look at all those chairs. You can see kind of get an idea how big that space is. Yeah. Now let's go down here. This is your mud area. Inside here is your three-car garage. Oh yeah, look at that. That's nice. Yeah it's split and yet I like how it still provides that walkway so you can kind of walk in right here. Oh yeah and this is very nice. Yeah. Good size. Still has that an area where you can put your workbench, all that good stuff so that's always nice. Okay and you know what I noticed as we were walking by? The snack closet. Let's see how big this is really quick and then I'm going to come back over there. Okay. And there's the snack closet. Definitely HEB or Costco approved. Patrice, I think you're going to love this laundry area. Oh definitely love this laundry area. Yeah plenty of space you know to do everything that you want to do. Even you're standing right there in a spot for an extra fridge so that checks off one of the boxes for me. And you know it's got windows. I'm a big window fan. Solid corridors of course. Everything in this house is solid. Look at this island. Okay this is phenomenal. This island is massive. I mean they have it as a four-by island. What you don't see here I can is they have tons of cabinets and drawers. Now the Yeah how would you get in there? That is interesting. That's a good question. But they have them. But it looks good. If you want to hide stuff. That's funny. Okay but but I mean look at all this cabinet space. I mean that's insane. Yeah you're not uh oh not soft clothes. But very nice clothes. Yeah but very nice. I mean these are top of mind. Don't get me wrong. I love this kitchen though. It feels so nice. I like this backsplash. Yeah it's kind of cool. This is huge. We love looking at these houses. You've got a Jenn Air six burner cooktop appliance package with the griddle. And obviously it has the drawers and it's got the four. You know we've seen that that's starting to pop up more and more. So that's nice. Double ovens of course. You wouldn't expect anything less. No. Now here look at this. Family I guess this is your family room. Yes. I like the feel of this whole space. I like how they did this shiplap thing. Yeah that's nice. Just to carry it over with. It's a good idea when you've got the the cast stone. The cast stone. Thank you. Thank you. I can read your mind every once in a while. You're the brain. Let me see if this is prime for watching tv. TV watching. And I would say no. No. I mean it's pretty high. But nice space. I love the sliders and it's so you know it's in a unique spot where you don't have a worry about furniture placement anyway. Yeah because of the So that works out good. Here you go. Here is a secondary bedroom. Look at these. Oh that's wow. That's nice. Yeah. Again solid core. I mean just everything that you would expect. It's got queen bed in here and it's got a sink. It's a jack and jill. It's a jack and jill. It's a jack and jill to like this flex space. Oh so your guests have a bathroom. Oh this is a nice little space. I would have this as like a pool table and stuff. I don't know. You know what else would be nice though? If you did have like you know a grown kid that was living with you or something. This could be their little family room area or your parents. This could be their little family room area. And it goes right to this patio. So is this patio big enough for you? I would expect it to be. I mean it's big. Don't get me wrong. But I would expect it to be bigger. You've got this. It's set up. It's plumb for not only your gas line but it's also got your water lines here so you can have nice L-shaped. A sink if you want. Yep. Now look at the size of this. I mean obviously it's an acre so there's a lot of space and it goes all the way around here and then I'm gonna turn around so they can see really how big this whole area is. I would paver this whole thing out and make it like a big fire pit or a fireplace and just kind of extend that outdoor living. I know no one asked but I'm gonna give it. Alrighty well that's an interesting take. Thank you. All right so let's go check out the other side of the house because I would imagine there's like a media room or something because this tv thing so far. I love the feel of this space so if you're in the media room I'll probably be out here. Well I'm just assuming there's a media room. Look on the other side of this entry you've got this study. Here's a powder bath. So it is kind of far from. Yeah it actually is a little far isn't it? Look at this office. It's nice. This is really a big office. Yeah this is good size and comfortable. I love the circular driveway and this whole neighborhood is just on fire. This is a great neighborhood for those that are looking to be in Salina, Texas. They want an acre. They want kind of that custom feel. That's what this neighborhood is all about. And here is the primary bathroom. Wow you've got a car wash shower. I'll go take a gander through it here. Got a window. Oh look it's got a it's got a nice bench. Yeah this is a couple niches. But it has a big deep soaking tub. Has split vanities. Doesn't have an area for makeup or anything. No but it's got this closet that has all kinds of space for whatever you need. And then all of this around here. Yeah I love how it's all built in and it's like furniture. I know I'm trying to get it all in for everybody here. All right well let's go upstairs Patrice. We've seen two bedrooms out of the five. So you got three bedrooms upstairs. Although we haven't seen the primary bedroom yet. Oh that's right where you sleep. Exactly. Okay oh look at the ceiling. Look at the ceiling that's really neat. And look at all the windows. Yeah that's five big large windows. Great let me get over here so because they can only see three. So let me turn so you can see all five. That is that's nice. This is a nice room. I mean I don't know if I'd ever get out of bed. This lets in a lot of natural light. Okay if you can't get out of bed then we're in trouble because we've got lots of you guys going. I like that. It'll be easy to move. These windows are really nice along the side. Here I'm going to give you a little view out that window so you can see the neighborhood a little bit. Look what we stumbled upon Patrice. Look at that. A media room. I know he's going to sit down isn't he? Oh yeah. I always lose you here in the patio. Look at this. This is prime TV watching. Yeah and as we know it's football. Almost football season's almost over. But almost. The playoffs are just getting started. This is good. And then another bedroom. Yeah you got a bedroom right here. Hold on. I'm at this bedroom. Okay let me get in there. All right so you got this bedroom. It's like a big giant square with its own en suite. They all have their bathtubs. That's nice actually. Holy cow. What are we holy cowing? Look at this storage. Oh that Partners in Building always does this. I love it. Yeah this is really cool. Great. And you know if you're not going to use it for storage for the home. Can you imagine being this kid? I would. Oh playroom in there. I would go crazy. Yeah it would be neat. Okay and then we go to this bedroom. Another good size room. I guess I need to go in all these closets. This one doesn't have a secret hiding spot. Oh no okay.
