Today we're going to be making a classic cocktail called The Last Word,
but today we're calling it The Record Breaker on behalf of your illustrious career.
I like that.
You've proven your skills so far.
What's easy about this cocktail is it's an equal parts build.
It's easy to remember.
So it's going to be three quarter ounce beautiful Aviation Gin.
We've got a local herbal liqueur.
We've got a, looks like a tart, dry cherry liqueur.
Brings a lot to the table.
And then we're going to squeeze some fresh lime juice.
All right.
I know it's a little intimidating, but it's fine if you spill a little.
But it will go, it will go in.
So we're going up to the three quarter line.
Look at you.
Look at that.
Dang girl.
This one's a good one.
You're just way stronger than me.
So you have scored more international goals than anyone else.
Is that right?
That is true.
Beat them boys.
Obviously.
I love it.
What's that feel like?
To finally break the record.
It was just actually like a lot of relief and stress gone.
Knowing that there's a Canadian on the top of that record board.
We're not exactly known as a soccer country.
It's pretty special.
So we're just going to do our garnish first.
You can grab your little skewer.
Yeah.
Here we go again.
We're going to shake.
And then yeah, you can either two hands.
Let's talk a little bit about the goals you've scored in your career.
Is there one that stands out in your mind?
The goals that I remember are the ones that mean the most.
You know what I mean?
Like not necessarily like the best goal ever,
but literally any goal against Seattle has to be up there.
Especially when it's up in Seattle and like.
I wanted to rename this drink.
I would not have opposed that.
One of the ones that means the most was actually our inaugural year.
Ended up being the winning goal in the championship game.
It was pretty cool.
Wow.
And then you can give a little tap if you want.
We did it.
The record breaker.
Cheers.
Oh, this looks yummy.
