After nearly 5 years of RVing, we finally attended our first-ever RV rally — the AIM (All Inclusive Motorhome) Club Rally in beautiful Crystal Beach, Texas, hosted at Camp Margaritaville — and it completely changed how we see RV life. Going into it, we honestly didn’t know what to expect… but what we found was an incredible community of people who share the same love for travel, adventure, and life on the road. From group happy hours and shared meals to live music on the beach and one-of-a-kind experiences, this rally reminded us that RV life isn’t just about the places you visit — it’s about the people you meet along the way. If you’ve ever wondered what really happens at an RV rally (and why everyone says you have to go to one), come along with us as we experience it for the first time. You’ll see how these gatherings bring RVers together, spark new friendships, and make life on the road feel a whole lot less lonely.
We are here at Camp Margaritaville in Crystal Beach, Texas
for our very first Motorhome Club Rally.
Really cool opportunity to hang out
with other like-minded RVers that have a motorhome
and that want to gather together
and build a sense of community.
Look at that bar.
If they have a swim-up bar at an RV park.
This seriously looks like we're in Cancun or something.
I can't believe this is an RV park.
Hillary's back working.
So I get to goof around a little bit this morning
and maybe even learn something.
It's a cruise in your coach.
That's how I like to describe it.
This has been really cool to meet up
with so many fellow RVers
and just to get to share stories and ideas.
So those types of experiences
and just connections are really valuable.
That's what it's all about.
AIM Club is like really a family within this RV community.
Look what I got.
What in the world is this?
A golf cart.
Where did you even get this from?
From the home office at Margaritaville.
They had one available?
Yeah, they had some.
Axle does not like you riding on a golf cart.
That's right.
And it was super cheap.
Yeah.
God, how much did it cost?
What was it?
Like 50 bucks a day?
More than $50 a day.
Christopher.
It's worth it.
How much?
It's a hundred dollars a day,
but that includes beach access.
So we can actually take this on the beach.
See, look at the big tires.
A hundred dollars a day.
You better be joking.
No.
That's more than the RV site itself cost.
It's worth more than the RV site.
Oh my gosh.
You better take me on a lot of beach strolls
on this thing to pay for.
And look at all the friends we can take with.
You know that's just going to be for Axle.
You are ridiculous.
It should be cool.
It's pretty cool.
It might be.
And it's gas powered.
Of course it is.
You couldn't go with an electric one.
Well, I like the electric one,
but they didn't have this one.
This one is the one they take on the beach.
So it's pretty cool.
Do you want to go for a ride in the golf car later, buddy?
Huh?
You want to go for a ride?
This is going to be so much fun.
He is loving the sunshine.
So we are here at Camp Margaritaville
in Crystal Beach, Texas,
for our very first Motorhome Club Rally.
This week, we're attending
the all-inclusive Motorhome Club Rally,
better known as AIM Club.
This is a really cool opportunity
to hang out with other like-minded RVers
that have a motorhome and that want to gather together
and build a sense of community.
Chris and I have never been to an event like this before,
so we're really excited.
We've met a lot of friends and people along the road
as we've been RVing for the past couple of years,
but this is really a pretty unique opportunity.
So we've got events planned all week.
There's lots of different activities going on,
and it's just going to be a lot of fun
to meet all these different people.
So we're going to take you along for the journey with us
to show you what it's like to attend a rally like this.
I think this is Axel's way of saying
he's really excited to be attending the rally this week.
I think it's his way of saying I'm hungry, Dad.
Axel, you're not supposed to be on the table, buddy.
Come on, get down.
You can be on the table all you want.
No, you can't.
We're going to have to wipe that down now.
Okay, buddy, come on.
Can you get down?
We got to get going.
We got to go get registered for the event.
You want to come with?
Come on, let's go get registered.
You want to go for a ride on the golf cart with us?
Yes.
I don't know if you can come
to the registration area or not.
Probably not.
You're going to have to stay here for a few minutes, buddy,
but I promise we'll be back.
Your Uber golf cart's here.
Can I hitch a ride?
You're going to hitch a ride.
Awesome.
This better be worth $100 a day.
It will be.
That's all I can say.
More than worth it.
Wait till we get on the beach.
Oh, gosh.
Ready?
Yep, ready.
It's not super fast.
Really?
You got a golf cart that isn't super fast.
No, I'll work on it tonight and get it hopped up.
I have no doubt.
Okay, I have to admit,
this is better than walking in the heat
and the sun right now.
It's all right.
So let's say that's $25.
So now I've got $75 more to earn.
You do, definitely.
You might earn that if you take me for a beach cruise later.
All right.
We'll see.
We going just to the clubhouse
or you want to go on a tour?
Yeah, just to the clubhouse.
We'll go for a tour after we get registered.
Okay.
Oh, right here, maybe.
Oh yeah, that's probably it.
There's the sign.
Welcome to the AIM All-Inclusive Motorhome Club.
You got a really nice stage.
They do.
This is a really nice resort.
We'll show you guys around the resort in a bit.
Could be really cool to see a concert here.
I want to go to the pool.
It's like a slippy.
Oh no, it's a jumping pillow.
We just got all checked in.
So now we're going to go explore the resort
and see what all there is to offer here.
So this is, I think they call it the paradise area.
Probably has a better word for that,
but they've got a big covered area here.
That's like a dining hall almost.
The pool is back here.
There's a big volleyball court here.
Seating area with a huge stage
where they have really cool concerts.
And tonight we're going to get to go to a concert.
So that'll be fun.
But I'm excited to check out the pool
because I heard the pool is amazing.
So let's go see the pool.
And it is called the paradise area
because you've got the paradise bar,
the paradise pavilion.
Yeah.
Oh, and that right there is Finn's, which is a restaurant.
So they've got a restaurant, a bar.
This place is seriously like going to, you know,
a luxury resort on the beach that's not for RV.
This is really cool.
We've been to a lot of RV resorts
that have a lot of amenities,
but this one might be the nicest one of all
with the most amenities.
Oh my gosh.
Look at that bar.
If they have a swim up bar at an RV park.
Wow.
This place is huge.
They've got this big pool over here,
swim up bar, more pool area over there, hot tubs.
Look at the amount of lawn chairs.
They have private cabanas that you can rent.
They got like VIP suites up there.
Look at these cool little private cabanas.
Wow.
This place is set up to party.
I want to come here in the summer when it's like packed.
That would be really fun.
This is cool.
Okay.
Once we get settled and stuff either tonight or tomorrow,
I'm going to that swim up bar.
Deal.
I want to get a drink in my bikini.
Deal.
I'd like to see you get a drink in your bikini.
I don't have to convince you to do that, do I?
No, that sounds like fun.
Let's do it now.
How's the temperature?
Nice.
Perfect?
Yeah.
I can sit at the bar for six hours.
This seriously looks like we're in Cancun or something.
I can't believe this is an RV park.
I was thinking Vegas.
It's amazing.
Now that we're all registered for the rally,
Chris is going to drive me around
and take me for a formal tour of the resort.
Formal tour.
In the golf cart that we spent way too much money on.
These are the rental RVs.
So they have a bunch of different RVs that you can rent,
which is actually a really cool idea
because if you don't have an RV and you want to try it out
to see if it's something you like,
you can just come here and rent one.
That's a great idea.
Then these are actual beach houses
that overlook the ocean that you can buy.
So we were really surprised when we first saw these.
We thought they were rentals,
but you can actually buy these properties
and then you get the whole access to the resort
and everything, which is pretty cool.
Now we're going to the beach.
This is pretty cool that you get to drive a golf cart
to the beach.
I don't think I've ever taken a golf cart on the beach
or on a boardwalk.
Somehow it feels very...
It feels wrong.
Like I feel like we're doing something illegal.
Yeah.
Are you sure this is allowed?
Well, look, yeah.
Well, now you can see the oil rigs out there.
Oh, wow, look at that.
All right, which way do you want to go?
Left or right?
Let's go left.
All right.
How far can you drive these?
You can go down.
It's about three miles in each direction you can go.
So you got a little over five miles.
Think you have just justified the additional $75 a day
to cover the golf cart cost.
This is pretty cool driving a golf cart down the beach.
That easy.
That's all I'm saying.
Don't you go in that water, Christopher.
No, I don't want to go in that water.
You're splashing me.
I'm not prepared to get splashed.
Come on, man.
He's waiting at the door.
Hey, buddy.
Hi, man.
Did you miss us?
Did you miss us, buddy?
Do you want to go for a ride on the golf cart?
Can we take Axel for a quick ride on the golf cart?
Do you want to go for a ride on the golf cart, buddy?
He'd love to.
All right, come on.
Let's go for a quick ride.
Come here.
I think it's safe to say he's excited
to go for a ride on the golf cart.
Okay, you got to come sit in the front seat with mom.
Come on.
Axel.
Buddy.
Okay.
You've been in a golf cart before, baby.
What do you think?
What do you think of the golf cart?
I think it's safe to say he's very excited
to go for a ride.
We are ready for night one here
at our first AIM Club rally.
So we've just been hanging out at the Camp Margaritaville
since we got in here around like two o'clock this afternoon.
We actually had a pretty long driving day today.
We woke up at 4 a.m. and got on the road about 5 a.m.
and made the drive from the New Orleans, Louisiana area
to Crystal Beach, Texas.
It's like seven hours total or so.
And it was a pretty long drive.
And we got up really early this morning.
So we're definitely starting to feel a bit tired,
but we're excited to see everybody
and meet some new friends tonight.
So we'll see how this goes.
You're ready to hit our first party night?
Yeah, sounds like fun.
Hello, Mr. Davis.
How are you?
I wasn't expecting you all here.
You didn't know we were coming?
I did not.
Holy cow.
We like to just surprise people.
We just like to surprise people.
We're actually filming right now.
Oh, geez.
Yeah, this is our first ever AIM rally.
Oh, fantastic.
You're here all week?
We're here all week.
Well, it doesn't look like you need any more sun.
No, I know.
He's already quite tan.
I'm very.
For those of you who don't know this gentleman here,
this is Mr. Brett Davis, founder and president of NIRVC,
our favorite RV dealership.
The best, the best, honestly.
Yeah, we're excited to be here.
No, I did not know y'all were gonna be here.
That's fantastic.
Yeah, that's awesome.
I love surprising people.
Didn't say a word, so I had no idea.
Yep, Jeanette and Angie set this up.
So they wanted us to come and check out the event.
Are you here all week?
I am, bell to bell.
Yeah, that's awesome.
This has been fun.
So this is part of my job.
A great resort.
It is a great resort.
It's cool.
We were just talking.
When did y'all get in?
Just this morning.
A couple hours ago.
Yeah, we walked the resort,
and it's like you're at a fancy,
all-inclusive resort or something.
It's nice.
No, it is.
I know everyone here last week absolutely loved the rally.
Yeah, it's really.
Oh, yeah, that's right,
because they had two rallies in a row.
Yeah, back to back.
Oh, really?
That's really cool.
How is it?
Good?
We just finished dinner,
which was surprisingly really good food.
Usually that kind of like banquet event food isn't good,
The steak was delicious.
The steak was perfectly cooked, medium rare.
That was actually.
It was actually more on the rare side,
which is perfect.
Yeah, it was really good.
So now we're gonna go sit
and listen to the concert tonight and relax.
You can see the wind blowing my hair.
It feels really nice out here, actually.
It is.
After being in the heat and humidity of Florida,
this is a really nice change of pace.
Could've actually wore pants tonight.
I know.
My little jacket's doing me well tonight.
Good idea.
Good morning.
It's the second day of the AIM rally,
and I'm freezing in the golf cart.
Actually, though, I'm on my way to check out
some of the seminars that are going on.
There's one this morning where Angie's gonna be cooking up
some, supposed to be a secret, but it's actually Bundt cake.
So because I'm in on the secret,
I definitely wanna get there early
and make sure I get some of the Bundt cake
that she's gonna teach us how to make and actually make.
Looking forward to that this morning.
And Hillary's back working,
so I get to goof around a little bit this morning
and maybe even learn something.
We'll see.
So heading now.
So put that in, and then three quarters cup of water.
Put that in, and then just mix those together.
So now I know how to make a Bundt cake
in a convection oven.
And it's about 11 o'clock in the morning,
so I think I'm gonna head to the pool
while Hillary's working.
That sounds like a good plan.
I just got done working for the morning,
so Chris came to pick me up,
and now we're gonna go check out the pool
for the first time.
I think I might have a little cocktail by the pool
at this one up bar.
You should.
It'll be fun.
It'll sound fun.
It's getting a little bit cloudy,
but hopefully it'll be sunny enough
to lay out for a bit and relax.
Looks like one big cloud.
The gold is gold.
Gotta dunk in.
Commit all the way.
Nice job.
Feel good once you're in?
That's really good.
Cheers.
That's really good pina colada.
That's good.
I told Chris that we could charge it to our room
or our site.
That was not correct,
so we had to go get the credit card.
Now it feels like I'm on vacation.
I got a pina colada in the pool.
Nice.
It's pretty nice for an RV.
Such a trip.
It's night two here at the AIM Club Rally,
and we are getting ready to leave
to head to the Moody Gardens Aquarium in Galveston, Texas.
So we actually have to take the ferry over
to get to Galveston from Crystal Beach.
So there's buses here that are provided for transportation.
We're gonna load up on the buses,
take the ferry over,
and then make the drive over to the aquarium.
One of the really cool things about these types of rallies
is that they include experiences
that you couldn't really book on your own.
So not only do we get to go check out the aquarium
as part of the overall experience,
but we also get to have dinner there,
a special catered dinner.
So definitely a pretty cool experience
that we're looking forward to.
♪♪♪
Excited to go to the aquarium?
Woo!
We're just off the ferry,
and we are walking up to the aquarium right now.
What's pretty cool about this
is that it's closed to the public tonight,
so we get a private viewing of the aquarium and dinner here.
Should be fun.
Exciting.
Look at that, the doors open just for you.
Hello.
Hi.
Good, thank you.
It even smells like an aquarium in here.
Smells like fish.
Good morning.
Axel.
Apparently Axel really wanted to come outside.
Come here, buddy.
You got to go on your leash, man.
Axel, come here.
Hang on.
Come here, come.
Come see.
Okay.
Apparently Axel is very excited
for day three here at the AIM club rally.
So we are about to head over to the main clubhouse area.
They've got some seminars this morning.
So we're going to go check them out,
see if we can learn something new.
We actually skipped breakfast because,
in case you don't know,
Chris and I do intermittent fasting.
So we only eat two meals a day.
We eat lunch and dinner.
Axel.
He doesn't like intermittent fasting.
So we skipped breakfast,
but they do have all three meals provided a day here,
which is a really nice perk to have all that included.
So we're going to go hop on the golf cart
that Chris graciously got for us,
which I've now come to love.
And we're going to go head over
and get to see some people this morning.
I have to say,
Chris has definitely redeemed himself
with the golf cart purchase
because it's been really nice to have around here.
This is a pretty big resort.
So it's nice to be able to zip around on the golf cart.
Feels nice to be lazy.
Yeah.
Hi.
There's lots of people here that we've met.
It's been fun to meet lots of new friends this week.
I apologize in advance,
or wait,
I apologize in backwards for,
in reverse.
Thank you.
For the gentleman that I nearly hit yesterday.
That's right.
Chris was filming yesterday as he was heading down here
and apparently he almost mowed someone over
in the golf cart.
I have no memory,
no recollection of it at all.
One of our subscribers apparently,
and he told us at dinner last night
that Chris almost mowed him over.
And I was like,
oh my God,
I'm so sorry.
That was definitely not intentional.
No, it was not.
Well, we have a special treat this morning.
So we just ran into Angie Morrell,
who is the head of sales at National Indoor RV Centers.
And Angie is truly a gem
and just a wonderful person that we have met.
And what we've realized about Angie is like,
everybody in the RV world knows Angie
and it's incredible the reputation that she has.
You're making me feel really good.
I feel like I'm really lucky to get to do what I love
with amazing people
and then see beautiful parts of the country doing it.
What makes Angie and her team really unique at NIRVC
is they consider themselves RV lifestyle specialists,
where they really try to help customers
get into the right RV that it's going to be for them,
that's going to make them happy
and that's going to fit their needs.
So it's very different than most other RV dealerships
that are just trying to like push you into a coach.
I mean, the last thing we want to do
is put pressure on our customers.
The only time that you'll ever feel pressure
is when we know we've got a gym and it's going to go,
like, if you don't give us a deposit,
you're going to miss out.
And that's what a lot of people miss.
You know, some people are kind of reticent
about giving us what they want,
what they're looking for in their coach.
Well, you need to do that because our best pieces
actually never hit the ground.
Speaking of consignment,
so we haven't given an official update
when we sold our last coach.
So if you've watched our videos,
you'll know that we recently sold
our 2023 American Coach Dream Motorhome
and we sold it through NIRVC,
through their consignment program.
We've never done this before.
We didn't know much about it,
but we had heard from Angie
that it's a really good way to go.
And it was amazing.
Not only was the process very smooth,
very simple and easy,
no work on our part other than like dropping off the coach.
Unloading it, right?
Unloading it, exactly.
We sold our RV in under two weeks
and that was honestly an amazing feat
because Chris and I thought about selling it on our own
and we just didn't have the time or ability
to meet with prospective buyers,
to list it, to deal with all of that.
Basically our consignment program is just,
it's just that, it's easy, it's simple.
Bring it to us, we'll wash, detail, advertise it.
We treat it as one of our own coaches
and then we act as a realtor for you.
So you get to, you get all the offers,
you can counter, you can do all those things,
but we handle your paperwork, we handle the buyer
and you just get to sit back
and get a primo price for your coach.
And that's another thing that's great about us
is that we have five locations across the country.
So it's not just the one location
where you have your coach consigned.
We can sell across the country
and we'll take care of them,
whether they're at one location or another location,
makes it easy.
So switching gears just a little bit,
let's talk about the AIM Club, which we are at currently.
So as we've mentioned a couple of times,
this is our first time being here
and we were graciously invited by Brett and Angie
to attend our first one.
So glad they could come.
And this has been such a cool experience.
Like we've talked about everything here is included.
So three meals a day, activities, seminars,
really cool events that you couldn't do on your own.
And this is all really made possible
by the sponsors of the AIM Club.
Sponsors are huge for the AIM Club.
We basically, it's a cruise in your coach.
That's how I like to describe it.
You go on a cruise, everything's covered once you get there,
except even on the AIM Club excursions,
those are included as well.
There's no way we could do it without sponsors.
Sponsors cover, I would say more than 50% of the rally,
but your campsites included, your food, your drink,
your activities, and our events staff is tasked
with finding unique activities
that you might not be able to do at home.
And tonight we're going to the Naval Museum.
So we're going to have dinner there,
which is going to be cool and a private experience.
So those are all things you couldn't do on your own.
I've never been to a rally like this before.
We kind of travel on our own.
We tend to do our own thing
and meet up with people on occasion,
but this has been really cool to meet up
with so many fellow RVers
and just to get to share stories and ideas.
So those types of experiences
and just connections are really valuable.
That's what it's all about.
AIM Club is like really a family within this RV community.
And I'm telling you, people, when they first buy a coach,
I'm like the first thing, well, first of all,
when you buy a coach from National Endor RV Centers,
we cover your first year's dues for AIM Club.
So you're a member.
And then I say, the first thing you need to do
is come to a rally because especially for new RVers,
it's priceless.
Hot off the press,
we actually just found out this morning
that National Endor RV Center
is going to be sponsoring a promo code
for our subscribers watching this video.
So if you use our code FYW26,
you're going to get your first year free
of AIM Club membership for any new signup.
That also, not only can you get into the rallies,
but that's going to give you service discounts as well.
Awesome.
And you can also upgrade your membership
to like a lifetime membership,
which gives you even more discounts
towards our service departments,
other things that we provide
from National Endor RV Centers.
Well, thank you so much for taking the time.
We really appreciate it.
Well, don't make this your last round.
No, it will not be, I promise.
We'll definitely be doing these in the future.
Awesome.
All right.
Mm, smell of french fries is in the air.
Smells like victory.
It does smell like victory.
We're walking up to go to lunch right now
and smelling pretty good.
It's making me hungry.
It does smell good.
Salty sea air and salty sea fries.
Fried food, yeah.
Chris is in trouble, so I put him in timeout.
This is a fully enclosed little pin
that I can keep him in while he's being punished.
Timeout's over.
Didn't quite work.
Hey, buddy.
Hey, man.
Did you miss us?
Come here.
Come here, bud.
We missed you.
We should have brought you some french fries.
You would have loved them.
You guys smell like hamburgers and fries.
Come here, bubba.
You better have brought me something.
Sorry, we didn't bring you any fries, man.
All right, are you ready for some naval history?
Naval history.
We're off to the Naval War Museum.
We're gonna see some old battleships
and some old submarines.
Yeah, you know my favorite thing
to do in the evenings is learn.
Well, we are off to learn naval history,
which I know you love.
We do.
Military history.
That's right.
Let's take the golf cart up to the bus.
Oh.
You just love driving this thing, don't you?
All right, you ready?
I'm ready.
Baby, are you excited?
I'm very excited.
Look at the battleship behind me.
Pretty cool.
So we are here at the Galveston Naval Museum.
This is one of the AIM events.
We're here to have dinner.
So we get the whole museum to ourselves with the AIM club.
And then as you can see,
there's tables and everything set up for dinner here.
So we get to have a fully catered dinner
overlooking this pretty cool battleship.
And the submarine.
And there's a submarine.
That's awesome.
Which do you wanna go in first?
I don't know.
Which one do you wanna go in first?
Submarine.
Let's be honest, Chris is more excited
about this than I am.
What do you think about the sub?
It's small.
I can't imagine being inside of it.
You think you could drive it?
No, God.
What's harder, this or the RV?
Well, if you're a captain, this is a lot easier
because all you do is make commands.
That's true.
You got a whole staff that works for you.
It's pretty cool.
That's a big battleship.
Pretty cool.
It's actually not as big as the ones we've seen, but.
No.
Nice out here.
The wind's blowing.
It's kind of cool.
Heading down to see the inside of the sub.
And then we're going underwater.
And of course, Chris could spend all day
staring at the engine.
They're not engines.
They're not engines?
No.
These are torpedo tubes.
They're what?
These are the torpedo tubes.
Oh, okay.
So these torpedoes.
Loaded right there.
I'm 5'8", and this door looks a little small for even me.
I can't imagine being a grown man
going through these doors.
They were smaller back then.
Were they?
This looks tight.
Look at the officer's head.
All right, let's see if I can squeeze through here.
You gotta swing through it.
Hang onto the top and swing your legs through it.
There's no freaking way in hell
I could ever live in one of these things.
I don't know how these guys did it.
You swing through it.
Oh, look at you.
You could be a sub guy.
Oh yeah, that's me.
What's this room?
It's like the electrical room.
This is the, no, this is the main compass, right?
Wow, look at all those valves and gauges.
Could you cook for 60 people in this kitchen?
No, I think my RV kitchen is nicer than this one.
And that's for two people.
This is tight.
Like, how did they cook for 60 people
in this little bitty kitchen?
There would have been at least
a couple of people in here if not more.
You're allowed to get on the bed.
Can you imagine sleeping on these?
The top one.
They do not look comfortable at all.
This one, I mean, I suppose you take any place
you can sleep, right?
All right, so we were wrong.
We were wrong about what?
This is not a battleship.
Oh.
This is a destroyer.
It was too small to be a battleship.
It didn't seem like a battleship, but.
Okay, this is probably a stupid question,
but what's the difference?
Why'd you have to ask me that on camera?
I'm not sure I know what,
a battleship has the big, you know, three ton guns.
This has really small guns.
I know a destroyer moves faster.
A destroyer sounds more badass than a battleship.
Wow, a battleship is like five times
as big as this thing though.
Yeah, I have to say, after going through the submarine,
I don't know how those men that serve do this.
Thank you to everyone who's ever served this country
and served on something like a battleship,
a destroyer, a submarine, or just in any of the armed forces
because it's just incredible.
Like I can't even imagine the sacrifice
that these people go through to keep our country safe.
So thank you.
Let's see your big guns.
It's pretty cool.
Pretty cool.
Yeah?
Hard to sit on.
Yeah, this one doesn't have the chair, but let's see.
What is it like?
So you would sit here, I guess, and put your feet there.
Yeah, there should be a metal chair right there.
I'd feel pretty powerful
with this gun behind me.
You would.
It's officially our last day here at the AIM Club Rally.
So we are getting ready to head down
to what will be our final lunch, which is really sad
because that means it's the last time
we're gonna get those delicious French fries.
They are really good.
Who's the guy, what's the guy's name?
I don't know the guy's name, but-
The French fry man. The French fry guy
or something like that.
They're so good.
He cuts them fresh every morning.
He gets out there at like nine o'clock in the morning,
cuts them, cooks them, and we get to eat them.
I'd honestly come back here just for the French fries.
I'm not kidding, they're that good.
They are that good.
So we have lunch, and then there's a couple activities
this afternoon, and then we have happy hour on the beach,
and then there's gonna be a seafood boil on the beach
tonight for all the rally members.
So that should be a fun way to get to say goodbye
to everyone.
It's a full happy hour, not a happy half hour.
Full one.
And then this afternoon, we also gotta start
packing up the coach because we are officially going
to be leaving for California tomorrow morning.
So tomorrow, we're gonna be getting up at 5 a.m.
No, we're actually gonna get up.
We're leaving at 5.
Yeah, we're gonna get up at 4 a.m., leave at 5 a.m.,
and we're driving about 12 hours.
So we're gonna stop in Fort Stockton first.
It's gonna be a long day.
It sounds horrible when you say it out loud.
We'll be clear driving across West Texas,
which I can't think of anything worse, honestly.
So we've got that first, then we'll be stopping
in New Mexico, then Arizona for a night,
and then we'll finally be back in California
in about four days.
Can't wait.
No offense to West Texans, by the way.
Yeah, no offense, but we don't love driving through it,
just for the record.
All right, well, let's go get some lunch
and get our fill of french fries.
Sounds good.
This is gonna be one of our last golf cart rides,
although you still gotta take me on the beach
one final time.
Yeah, we'll go on the beach tonight to the fish boil.
Yeah, that'll be fun.
This has been a good golf cart.
I'm gonna miss it.
Yeah, except for, I don't really like the gas power.
I can't believe you, of all people, are saying that.
I know, because it's actually slower
than the electric, noisier,
but it's got better range,
and you can take it on the beach, so.
I kinda prefer the electric
when we're in California. Me too, me too.
Okay, that's the best one I've seen,
so I've gotta get it on video.
All right.
We are heading down to the beach for our last dinner here.
We're having a seafood boil on the beach at a happy hour,
so we're gonna go mix and mingle
and have a couple cocktails,
and then get some seafood.
We're ready to get eaten alive by mosquitoes,
so we're wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants,
because I'm sure with seafood and beach,
it's gonna be bugs.
And it's not super hot, right?
It's kinda cool, so I think it'll be fun.
Should be fun.
Drink tickets?
I got Chris's, so I get to have two glasses of wine.
Or she can two-fist it.
That's right, that's called double-fisting, babe.
Oh, double-fisting.
Not two-fisting.
Hi.
Just a, what kind of white wine do you have?
We have Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.
I'll do Chardonnay, please.
Thank you.
I'll save this one for the seafood.
Cheers.
Okay, so we are here with Robert,
who actually happens to be one of our subscribers as well,
which is pretty cool.
And Robert has been to a lot of RAIM rallies,
as evidenced by all the pins you have here
from past rallies.
So tell us, why did you join AIM Club,
and what do you like about it?
We joined just on a lark,
but it ended out that it was a perfect place
to meet people, places, experience things
that I normally wouldn't get out and do.
And it's just been a wonderful experience.
We've been members of AIM for about four years.
Wow.
And we really love it.
I mean, they do everything first class.
Yeah, that's what we've really come to love about it.
It gets you out of your comfort zone,
you do different things, you meet new people,
and you get to share a lot of different experiences.
Right, we do.
Awesome.
Well, I'm glad we finally got to meet you in person.
Thank you.
So we are down at the beach
for the Beachside Seafood Boil here on our last night.
And we are here with Tommy and Bonnie,
who are pretty big deal in the AIM Rally space.
So Tommy is actually the president.
President, yep.
The president for a couple of years now,
and Bonnie's been treasurer.
So tell us a little bit about your roles in AIM Club
and how you got involved.
And they said,
we want you to be the president of the club.
I said, there's a lot of people,
a lot more qualified to be a president of the club than me.
And they said, no, we want you.
And so long story short,
I said, as long as you don't expect me to do anything,
you will not be disappointed.
And I have not disappointed her, by the way.
I have not.
Well, it sounds like you have done quite the job
turning this club around and putting it in a good position.
We have a great time.
We all cut up.
Our motto is, there's no adults allowed.
Bonnie is the treasurer,
and she has been from the very start of the club.
The get go.
We started the club in October of 2017.
Wow.
And how big has it grown now?
How many members do you have?
We started out the first night that we,
we were actually at an Integra function.
Okay.
And we signed up 53 coaches.
Wow.
And now we're about 30,000.
Wow. 30,000.
Oh my gosh.
And it could be more than that.
So you set the bar low,
but then you ended up achieving quite a high growth
and a high status for the club.
So to any prospective people thinking about joining a club,
since AIM stands for All-Inclusive Motorhome Club,
why should someone join AIM club
and what will they get out of it?
The biggest thing you'll get out of it is
somebody to pay them to party.
Okay.
So the biggest thing is that this is really
heavily subsidized by sponsors.
So you get this really unique experience
with all these other RVers at a very,
at a fraction of the cost that you would spend on your own.
Oh, right.
And you don't get to do the things like
eat under a fish tank with sharks going over your head.
There you go.
We're literally on this fishing foil on the beach.
Yeah.
Right.
We're very blessed to be a part of the AIM club
and anyone that can needs to come join us.
And we don't care where it's A, B, or C
or where you bought your coach from.
AIM is open to anyone.
Thank you guys.
Thank you so much for having us here.
We appreciate it.
And thank you for being here.
Yeah.
All right, let's go eat.
There you go.
Food's up.
