OL-Brest : Nos Gones s'imposent 2-1 pour les 10 ans du Groupama Stadium

The first match of the year 2026 at the Groupama Stadium OL vs Brest to celebrate the stadium's 10th anniversary And we hope that for this anniversary match we'll achieve the same result as we did in the first game ten years ago Against E3 OL had won 4 to 1 Hendrik Soule in the OLE jersey at the Groupama Stadium and the first combination with Amel Schultz Hendrik first ball penalty or not Mr Lissorgne isn't it Here we see Pavel Schultz's lovely pass And there afterward he didn't position himself He couldn 't organize himself It was a bit awkward because normally He must take it back as it is from the right Well done Schultz magnificent For service Tagliafico we managed to create a gap Tagliafico to Moreira And he leaned forward carrying the ball with him And the first yellow card will be shown to Romain Del Castillo So watch out because you've seen it Arnaud you said heavy boot Can it be anything more than a yellow card Well it's indeed absolutely unintentional Yet at the same time it was extremely dangerous He could have seriously injured Nicolas Tagliafico So what was the decision He will change the card's color It will be a red card against Romain Del Castillo The Brest players are furious but they'll go check the footage And honestly the referee can't make any other decision They 're putting in so much effort and if we make them run run They're bound to face difficulties especially with wing changes Amazing what Chloe Verte did to find Henrik Come on there you go the Brazilian you'll have to move now He's gone through The center was played very well Yes it was good because he won his duel and managed to cross the ball Unfortunately he couldn't find a teammate to receive it He's gone Henrik Go to Loko The center maybe Ah he's back He had to cross it early he made the difference He could have delivered with his right foot for Loko As soon as he gains a meter of advantage he must pass it in There he stubbornly holds on and afterward he risks being caught A nice rebound by Henrik who accelerates once twice Come on you've got to strike Oh he's carried the ball too far It's a pity because he may have already done the hardest part Yes that's exactly where he needs to improve It's going to be tough since there aren't many of us around We collect all the balls It happens once but never twice Afonso Moerra And why not the strike Afonso Done it's been cleared off the line by the Presto defense And that brings in Tyler Morton for Afonso Moerra I get the feeling it's within the last twenty meters We're having a bit of trouble with it at the moment Yes good ball it's been recovered by Pavel Tchouls He came back into play Pavel He took out two defenders But unfortunately he couldn't slide the ball through to Henrik What effort he put in to eliminate three or four at Brestois So here we see one two three And then it became too much Yet there's still something missing Ah yes Henrik missing his one-on-one That was the biggest chance for OL since the start of the match It was well played This small shot had purpose though it might have been taken a bit too close to the goalkeeper Get that ball but he stepped out and then changed his mind Nice move that was well played Yes he takes the ball Pavel there he goes Pavel and Moreira and Pavel Tchouls driving You need to practice Oh my goodness It might have stung Morton He could hit Tyler No he'd rather play with Henrik He'll strike for sure Henrik's strike Oh he sent it flying with a gust of wind What a cannon shot once again from Henrik He truly has lightning in his left foot He doesn’t need much to set off And there you have it—true work done in training And on the other hand you've got to move quickly—that's magnificent For Afonso Moreira Ah too bad he did it poorly But it's not over yet There's still a chance But it's never over with Tyler Morton left foot Why not it's blocked And it brings up Nicolas Stagliafico again Come on Amner we must strike now Carlo Ancelotti Henrik should watch Olympique Lyonnais's matches And Amner too Olympique Lyonnais leads 2–0 What an incredible goal He fired a powerful shot from the edge of the box He didn't hesitate for a second But what an initiative at the start of the action That Lyon player's comeback shot was magnificent Even if we scored later But Lyon's defensive clearance was magnificent He's in charge at least Clinton Matta He tells everyone to move up a bit toward the center The shot right next to it That was very well played by the Reunionese But now watch out Because tomorrow it's a whole different story Don't go trying to scare each other It's magnificent The outside of Taner Tesman's right foot But which ball of Henrik again Why does Taner want to take it on the outside A kick— that was good too Tesman your control is excellent The center a bit less so But the ball comes back to his feet At the second post Moreira's head Naturally the double Pavel Schulz who followed up perfectly That balloon it's always in the right place Yes but Paulo Fonseca we're joking around He senses it he senses the moves He knows where he could be It's incredible This ability to always be in the right place at the right time Pavel Schulz yet another double 3-0 for Marseille It's true that's one of his trademarks He's always there where the ball lands He's where the ball drifts It's incredible And there once again quite a bit of success Well Stunning header And then what Offside Watch out now Offside Ah it's going to be called back That's a shame We stay at 2-0 For Mata Henrik again For Tesman Tesman for Henrik Pavel Schulz Tesman once more And Grégoire Kouder's arrest We'd been circling around for a while and came close but it was finally settled with a goal We're completely reorganizing over here on the Lyon side They rush in at 3 There might be something to do here Oh my goodness Henrik always pulls that on him Oh yes With Pavel Schulz Henrik he’s passed again Henrik facing 2 The Brest player there went too far unfortunately That's exactly where he needs to improve There he should pass the ball to Afonso on the left side On the other hand this is the third time he's done a biased check o turn along the line and make it work every time Chotard at the second post It comes back to a Brest player Once twice the strike and the goal The narrowing of the gap Henrik Dina and Bimbe Cigné junior Well I still hope we're not going to scare each other In any case one thing is certain: we won't have any pin-cheat It's truly a shame to put oneself in such a difficult situation The young Rémi Imbert's first appearance in an official match Here he is replacing Afonso Morera And he passed he passed once twice It's Kalismera who just keeps going on and on Who could possibly shift Adam Karabec Oh yes great for Amangala Second post Aurel no There were people at the second post Nice work Mboup Koumbia again he's crossing Watch the head it's going to go right past Goodness we gave ourselves quite a fright with that last move I hope so at least Oh my goodness were really close there We were almost sent to court because there the center is magnificent He took the preferred position And it barely misses the post Oh we're getting out of this just fine With Dina and Bimbe he zeroed in directly on Dominique Greff And that was it With finally far more difficulty than anyone had anticipated Lyon still managed to prevail for the group Amas Stadium's tenth anniversary thanks to a very beautiful end to the first half Goals scored first by Pavel Tchouls en Amné and especially Olympique Lyonnais secure a sixth consecutive victory across all competitions o climb back to fourth place in the 2026 rankings We still smile just as much
