Traveling to Brazil + work/life balance!

Hi guys, it's me again. I know it's been a while. I'm sorry I've been so busy lately, but as you can see my hair has grown so much. I'm pretty sure it was like an inch Shorter, I believe short hair is definitely like you have to keep up with it or else It's gonna look a little bit like boom whenever it's fresh out the shower and I don't do anything to it It gets a little bit poofy, but that's why I blow dry it style it It's just kind of how I wear it out on the weekends if I do anything but yeah, so I wanted to come on here and Give you guys a quick update about my life and what's been going on recently So I went to Brazil and I brought my camera with me And I shouldn't have even brought it because I didn't even like use it. I was thinking about Filming when I was there and like recording a YouTube video But it was just Busy all the time that I never got around to just like taking my camera out and recording And honestly another one of the biggest reasons is that like I didn't want to just have my camera like out in public So I kept it back in the room and like safe and I felt much better with it like being there So now I am back. I've been so freaking busy with school So when I went to Brazil, it was a week before spring break Okay, so that means I was like out of school for like two weeks and I was like so nervous because I was thinking Like oh my god I'm gonna be so crammed with assignments like and Obviously, I couldn't just go the next week on spring break because this is kind of like it was my friend that invited me and her Dates were already like set in place So either I went or I did it and I wasn't about to pass up Brazil because I mean Brazil come on So the next the week before spring break was like midterms and stuff and like I was super I was like super nervous because I'm like, okay, are my professors gonna be okay with like me not being at school what if there's like some like really important things I need to be done and Thankfully all my professors worked with me and they allowed me to do certain things like while I was away for example In two of my classes I was supposed to do like a presentation in front of the class and stuff and both of those professors were like Hey, just record yourself, you know submit it through video. You're good. Go have fun It was so nice of them. I was like, oh my god, like everything worked out. Perfect I wasn't stressing didn't really use my laptop that much the record like a little snippet of me like laying in bed and being like Lazy having no worries just like living it up So I'll add that in this video Hi guys, I am in Brazil right now I'm currently in Rio de Janeiro It is such a beautiful place and I needed to get away a little vacation with my girl and her family We are having the time of our lives. I Feel so alive right now. I just got done getting ready. I have this really cute dress on the light little makeup and We are going out into town to see what else we you know can do for the night since I do leave tomorrow I didn't film too much just a few clips here and there but I wanted to come on here and Talk to you guys and post something because it's been a little bit that I actually took my camera out and recorded I am gonna put my shoes on and we're gonna go Have a little drinky drink because I need it. I sound a little bit stuffy I figured that was gonna happen Usually when I'm on vacation, I get like allergies a little bit towards the end of the night Or towards the end of the vacation, I mean But yeah, besides that I do feel really good I can't believe I'm gonna go back to the States But yeah, um Anyways, my hair is still looking so cute. I Have it kind of just curled like on the end. I don't even know I don't want to just straighten the entire thing because It takes so long to do it and then it doesn't even like stay straight because it's so humid here So yeah I've been wearing my Invisalign. I don't have it in right now, but you guys can see in some of my pictures I have like my attachments in there. That's what that is. I've had them for about a year now And it's a pain because I have to like wear them all the time And then when I'm wearing my retainers, it sounds like I have a lisp, but I gotta get that cute smile somehow And I didn't want to get braces I went with hot pink this time for my nails I think last time I had red for Valentine's Day, then I got my toes my toes. These are looking hot pink, too yeah, I Miss you guys Comments, like and subscribe. I love you I love you guys It's not a monkey But I love you guys so much. I'm gonna continue filming as much as I can And when I get back, I'll be editing this video and showing you guys how it went By the way before I leave I am going to have an acai bowl for sure because it's from Brazil So I have to and I'm always eating my cute little bowls back at home. So I am NOT leaving without having one Just wanted to say that I might even have one tonight. We're probably gonna be walking around so I'm gonna go get one Anyways, that's it. Bye Have to tell you guys I went through like the most freaking stressful thing right before I left me being me I ordered something from Shein and obviously everybody knows takes so long to get the packages so I Ordered like 25 things from Shein I ordered literally like my entire wardrobe for Brazil Okay, like bikinis dresses cute little tops like so many cute things It said it was gonna get here like a week and a half before my trip and I was like, okay like this is this is it like it's it's gonna be here Like I hope there's no delays. Everything's gonna be perfectly fine well, my Package is shipped and then it just says that it's like in transit for like more than a week okay, so I'm over here like getting worried and everything thinking like all right like Let's come down. We're gonna get our package. It's gonna be okay Nope, I waited and waited and nothing was happening and I kept calling FedEx I was reaching out to Shein and they told me they had already shipped it out So it was like on FedEx and I was explaining to them like my package said that's been in transit and like yeah I kind of need this. I Never got my package. So Yeah, I ended up being like so sad I reached out to FedEx like a few days before my trip And I was like him like what's going on? like is there any update that you guys could give me because I need this and I kind of want to know and like It's just kind of like acceptable at this point. So they end up finally telling me that they lost my package So I was like no like I wish you guys would have like told me this sooner Whatever I handled it. Well, I was like, okay. I appreciate the update. Thank you guys very much. Voila I got my refund from Shein so that was fine like a full refund But still like you're not gonna find those like sexy itty-bitty bikinis from Shein anywhere else I mean like if I go to the mall here, like I'm not gonna find something like that okay, and you guys know what I like to wear so anyways, like having to shop for my entire like wardrobe for Brazil a day or two Before my flight it was just like I was like, oh my god Like I'm not gonna find cute bikinis, but everything worked out. I thought about it. I was like, okay You know what? Like it's not the end of the world. I don't have like the clothes that I wanted to wear I'll just get some new clothes. It's gonna be fine I'm still gonna look pretty and I found some cute bikinis one of them you guys already saw online and everything I don't think I posted any other ones. Oh my god. I had like the best meet ever. It's so good I feel like it was just like seasoned so well like oh, I don't know and then your stomach is like kind of feels weird a little bit because You're trying like all this different food your body's that your body's not really used to and I didn't work out or anything Besides just like walking everywhere, but like lifting weights and everything like that I didn't get to do any of that because I was just you know Live my best life not thinking about the gym or anything when I came back. I was still like in vacation mode I put my camera away didn't really touch it for a little bit I know what I wanted to come on here and talk about and stuff and like what I was gonna say to you guys about Like the whole shame thing and giving you guys a little update. So I am here now. I am reporting right now This is really important to me as you guys know and I want to continue doing it I'm investing my time into something that's for me. I can't believe school is winding down Super quickly. It's crazy that like summers right around the corner My parents are gonna come visit me next weekend with my little sister, so I'm so excited about that It's always nice when I get like family visits and I live by myself So it gets a little bit lonely. So my family comes to see me. It's like I love having them here I don't even care like Everything can be like everywhere just like the moment spending time with my family is something that I really really cherish So it feels great. I did my makeup right now because I'm gonna go out to dinner need to get out and Look cute like honestly I like to dress up and I like to do my makeup and my hair and everything and feel pretty Because it's like a big confidence boost when you're like feeling like you're like yourself again But yeah, so I don't want to keep rambling on here because I'm sure you guys have better things to do right now But it was good to get on here and talk to you guys.
