TRICER Tripod DOOD

Welcome to the pod drew from Tricer Tricer USA drew miles out of San Diego world's vagina It's Tricer not Tricer USA discovered by the Germans 1904 they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina Because the company name is just Tricer. We are what did I get that from? Probably for me getting bashed for having Tricer USA as my Instagram handle the last couple weeks Phenomenal group I was actually worried about you guys hitting my arrows Like you can't even that's bonus points man, I saw that you're trying the five painters out. I'm yeah, I think I might Problem is is it takes a lot of time to do five things? So that's the full cam by archery we could I think tomorrow we'll go shoot the course it's a bunch of 3d targets It's pretty hip and then we'll stay the hell out of the shop because I I spend money every time I go there today included I Ended up buying Tricer comms everything switch over to Tricer comm none of our packaging says Tricer USA It's just that was all the way we can get a website get this thing up and going no Instagram Some guy named like Tom Reiser or something hasn't been active has not been active since like 2016 I have messaged him multiple times. I can't want to buy your domain. I want to buy your domain Tom Reiser owns Tricer on Instagram So we're Tricer USA on Instagram, right? So it's not because I'm like trying to pretend to be this USA made thing I don't want to cause drama. I made a mistake last week by lashing back out at him. I'm a Christian I don't want to lash out at anybody but I think people don't understand like What this brand means to me and like where I've come from right and like what it took for me to get to the point I am today The five veins Pretty much every single tripod is made overseas, right? Cuz you make things here isn't like it's I don't think impossible, but for me to do it personally, right? I would have to then go put pride invest 20 million dollars into like a carbon fiber machine, you know machine shop to do it And it's just there's not enough money there for me to do that, right? And that's not making that is already making tripods for 20 brands and it might justify that Okay, that makes sense. We make it up overseas. Our quality is top-notch I have the best engineering team over there and we work together. Well, and we'd make great stuff Let's go work out. I was gonna work out 30 minutes Weights cardio is blurred together. We did push-pull, but we kept the heart rate jacked Yep least favorite part the bikes drew miles is our guest today. We've shot bows We're gonna work out probably tomorrow shoot bows real quick though. This is your bread-and-butter This is set up exactly how I would want to use it for spring bear, which is coming right up for me That's a big deal spring bears like probably my favorite next to elk hunting. This is our bread and butter This is the Tricer 80 33 ounces with our 4 ounce LP pan head and a spinal clamp all in you're like 36 37 ounces Got ya, I Don't look at numbers. Yeah, I all I want to do and I told you this yesterday because you've had some questions for me in my business and I trying to Explain to drew from Tricer that I am very a simple human being like I want you to leave here going. Oh He really does just care about Faith family fitness and elk hunting, you know, and that's it. Here's our deer crossing. I saw some deer last night Did you I go over here like one of these yards right here Well, I think they're they're not white tails, right? Yeah, they're white tail. All right. Yep I don't think I've ever walked to the archer range this way 50 Oh 56 Day you owe an eight ring there ten ring tenor tenor without binoculars. It's tough to like know where to aim. Oh, yeah Punch that trigger Oh, no, I'm not your money good More that's more realistic right like you have no idea I'm having a huge celebration right now. Oh Cuz your knee I've never I haven't done this since surgery Exciting we're going back. Huh? I think so 81 81 81 good guess man I think I went over I definitely pulled right. Are you going for the doll? Yeah. Oh, that's why oh It's 81 to that Rocky. Oh Above the dog. Yeah, nice shot. Oh Dude, nice shot. All right So the downhills has to be bad in your knee, right? I mean this has to be downhills quad and I don't have a quad right now That's where like the downhills where you get hurt Physical therapist spends an hour twice a week trying to get my left quad to fire you crushed it I barely got a ten. Oh, yeah right there, man Do you have a sheep yet? I don't want a sheep dude. I don't want that bug. You know what I mean? 59.9. Oh, they're so big. It's hard when they're big. You always think they're closer, you know So I'm aiming for that basically the back line of that thing. What are you thinking that back of that tan? Mm-hmm See I think you're better than me on that. How'd you get your shot over my shot? Yeah How about dude? Can we squeeze it? I'm going in under the under the antler probably not Get that you got that. Oh, yeah, how far is he 95 95? Oh boy Make a good shot to where I don't even want to go That's such a good shot. So I see your arrow. Yeah, I think you won't be left to me though I think watching me is a better shot. I Think the antler got in my head a little bit Dude money Money, that's that's it. That's sick. That's so good You watch the thing that's like flying it on the mag you that I'll take this and a tripod and it will weigh less Than my 65 Yeah, it's it's so worth it to have like now like all I carry is like a 60 millimeter or 56 millimeter vortex I have one of these vortexes with this tripod this head will handle 85 no problem But it's made for this which I think the backcountry is kind of gone to like a pair of binos and a 60 millimeter spotter Yeah, this is a 56 millimeter from vortex. You can't beat it. See I think this shot where we were guys I think Dan is actually money. Yeah, you missed some vitals I miss some vitals there and I got the shoulder like I like a full leather boot as well Can we get this set up right? That was part of our problem. I don't think it's gonna stay I Went way, right? I'm in there, but I pulled way right man Where are you? Am I not in there? I went under it. I'll bring it back up to 115. Okay I'm gonna shoot that five-vein verse that three-vein. Yeah, it does that three-vein what is in there and it's got some draggy. I Heard foam that was in there a little bit right still though Mmm, I didn't feel that good. It's in there dude right there on the line. You're perfect a little right dang good height both of them Every arrow is going right and I was I had him standing behind this building and I was shooting right by him Yep, and he was like telling me which ones were loud He said this was the second loudest one because it is like a super tall the five at three vein is slaughter But he said this is silent Like it sounds like the wind blowing by you instead of driving here We walked here instead of walking here without a pack We put a pack on just to get time with weight on your shoulders. I shouldn't have done it. I'm sorry Matt Publicly, I'm sorry You know, it's just I'm trying to just grow a business man, that's it I get a little defensive sometimes and we all make mistakes and What a day with drew we got two workouts in a rucking shoot. We shot the course We did a podcast you also made a video with Tyler over Oak shape gear pretty awesome. Thanks for coming up, man Thanks for separations in the preparation catch on the next one
