In this video we will discuss.
Did you know that by the time you're just three months pregnant, your baby already has
tiny fingers, a beating heart and even starts to suck their thumb?
The first three months are often the most thrilling.
You may not show much yet, but your body is already working overtime.
Let's begin with the common symptoms you may experience this month.
Symptoms to expect at three months pregnancy.
1.
Morning sickness.
Nausea and vomiting often peak in the third month.
For most moms-to-be, these symptoms start fading by the end of the first trimester.
2.
Fatigue, feeling exhausted, that's normal.

3.
Bladder control issues.
With your growing uterus pressing on your bladder, you may find yourself running to
the restroom more often than before.
4.
Constipation.
Progesterone slows digestion, leading to constipation.
Stay hydrated and include fiber-rich foods in your diet.
5.
Vaginal discharge.
A translucent or off, white discharge is common.
It's your body's natural way of preventing infections.
6.
Leg cramps.
Nighttime leg cramps may strike, often due to low potassium or iron.
7.
Back and abdominal pain.
Your ligaments and tendons stretch as your uterus grows, leading to back or abdominal
pain.
Baby's development during the third month of pregnancy.
1.
By this point, your baby is about 3.5 inches long and weighs roughly 40 grams, about the
size of a ripe plum or lemon.
2.
The head is slightly larger due to rapid brain growth.
The skin is still transparent, and tiny fingerprints have started forming.
3.
Eyelids are fully covering the eyes, the mouth and tongue are forming, and yes, your baby
might even start sucking their thumb.
4.
Your baby's heart is fully developed and beating.
Bones and muscles are forming, giving structure to the tiny body.
5.
Your little one has started kicking, twisting and stretching, though it's too early for
you to feel these movements.
6.
The bone marrow starts producing white blood cells.
The kidneys begin excreting urine, and the pancreas is ready to produce insulin.
