Bombshell. Zhang Yuxia's secret letter unmasks the entire power struggle.
In the early morning of January 30, 2026, a letter titled Open Letter from Zhang Yuxia to Xi Jinping,
purportedly written by General Zhang Yuxia before his arrest,
spread at lightning speed across overseas media channels. According to the whistleblower,
sensing the possibility of being arrested by Xi, Zhang Yuxia prepared a secret letter and gave
instructions that, in the event of his arrest, this letter must be immediately made public on
overseas media. Copies of the letter were allegedly sent to Xi Jinping's office,
the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and several other key agencies.
Currently, the authenticity of the letter cannot be verified. However, its contents
reveal many key details that accurately reflect the operational laws of the Zhongnanhai political
system and align startlingly with recent real-world fluctuations. We recommend that
viewers process this information rationally and form their own judgments. Because the letter is
very long, we only quote the main contents as follows. In the opening of the letter,
Zhang Yuxia wrote, If something unfortunate happens to me, please publish this letter.
If they arrest me, many others will surely be arrested, not because we violated discipline
or the law, but simply because of our disagreement with Xi Jinping regarding the so-called system of
the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, assuming full responsibility. According to Zhang,
the two had deep disagreements over three core issues. One, the unification of Taiwan by force.
Two, strategic cooperation with Russia. And three, the policy of fast-track promotion
for high-ranking generals. He assessed that Xi Jinping would arrest people in a
coup-like manner, plotting only with a few of his confidants without going through the Politburo,
but would later act and announce decisions in the name of the Party Central Committee.
After taking action, Xi Jinping would turn China into a second North Korea, fully dedicated to the
goal of unifying Taiwan by force, and could impose nationwide martial law at any time.
Zhang Yuxia wrote that he did not object if the Chairman's Responsibility Mechanism
actually fought corruption in the military. He only objected to turning that mechanism into a
tool of dictatorship, where one individual controls every detail and deems himself an
all-powerful commander-in-chief. According to him, even Mao Zedong never controlled the military
to such an extent. The shift from a people's army into a party army was already worrying,
but it has now reached the extreme of becoming a private army of one person,
which is extremely terrifying. The generals who were promoted rapidly, according to him,
all strived to flatter, composing songs praising Chairman Xi's good soldiers,
recreating the atmosphere of the Cultural Revolution. But the current situation is
completely different. If in the past, information was absolutely blocked, today people have the
ability to access the truth. Precisely for this reason, blatant propaganda no longer works.
On the contrary, it only increases the people's resentment. He added,
Online, everyone sees the scene where every time Xi Jinping enters the hall,
the entire room stands up and applauds simultaneously. No different from North
Korea. I sat there, my heart full of disgust, but still had to stand up according to ritual.
Is that opposing the Chairman of the Military Commission System?
Overseas media have repeatedly exaggerated the power struggle between me and Xi Jinping.
Even the military intelligence agency showed me those reports. I just laughed and ignored them.
Because if I am arrested, the problem does not lie with me personally. It lies within the system
itself. A system that allows anyone to become the next victim. Zhang recounted that when he advised
Xi Jinping to stop, it was for the sake of Xi himself and his family. The two grew up together
in the same compound, treating each other like brothers, and only he dared to speak a few honest
words to Xi. He warned, War with Taiwan, leading to conflict with the US and Japan, will be a
disaster far exceeding any previous war, from Deng Xiaoping's Vietnam War to the 1989 Tiananmen
Incident. If that happens, the consequences will be horrific. Tens, even hundreds of thousands of
soldiers will lose their lives. Xi's family and the entire Chinese people will face an unimaginable
catastrophe. Zhang emphasized, the military was born to protect the nation and the people,
not to wage war. Realizing that the military exists only to fight battles is a dangerous mistake.
He continued writing, If I am arrested, General Liu Zhenli and many other comrades will also be
arrested. At that point, the entire military will be in the hands of those Xi Jinping chooses.
China will turn into a militaristic state living in a permanent state of martial law,
a second North Korea, and the consequences will certainly be worse than the Cultural Revolution.
The letter further revealed that the conflict between the two began before the third plenary
session and reached its peak at the conference held from July 15 to 18,
2024. When Zhang Yuxia and Liu Zhenli opposed putting the whole country into a state of war,
Xi claimed they were violating the system of the chairman of the military commission with
full authority. Immediately after, Xi became so angry, he fell ill and had to be hospitalized.
The standing committee was in a state of panic. Party elders had to intervene to mediate,
and the result was the so-called Beidaihe Consensus, exactly as reported by overseas media,
was formed. According to this, Xi agreed not to seek re-election at the 21st National Congress
and to distribute power more reasonably. Tai Chi in charge of party work, Li Jiang running
the state council, and Zhang Yuxia overseeing the Central Military Commission. Subsequently,
the Central Coordination and Decision-Making Committee was established to control supreme
power and prevent serious mistakes. However, Tai Chi and Li Jiang are both Xi's men. Without Xi,
they have no power, leading Zhang Yuxia to admit his helplessness in changing the situation.
The elders eventually let go and even turned their backs on Zhang, though it is certain
they would never approve of Xi arresting him. In the letter, Zhang wrote,
If I am to be called guilty, I have only two major crimes. One is once supporting Xi in amending the
constitution. Two is passively supporting the no-limits policy toward Russia, supporting Russia's
invasion of Ukraine. According to him, China overestimated Russia, thinking Russia would
seize Ukraine in a blitzkrieg and then support China in attacking Taiwan. But in reality,
both Russia and Ukraine now detest the CCP. Zhang stated that he once harbored the dream
of completing the task of liberating Taiwan by force, but an analysis by veteran Air Force
General Liu Yazhou woke him up. Hundreds of thousands of Chinese soldiers will die at sea
before they can set foot on Taiwan. Once war breaks out, Japan will definitely join. Military bases,
bridges, roads, and oil depots in the South China coastal region will be destroyed within hours.
China might destroy a few structures in Taiwan, but will ultimately have to pay for the war's
consequences. Foreign assets frozen, the state paralyzed, the party collapsed, and the nation
perished. The letter also mentions that during contacts with the American side, the U.S. military
intentionally revealed top-secret military documents to Zhang Youxia and Chinese generals,
from photos of military bases and infrastructure layout maps to the private residences of high
ranking Chinese leaders, all in extreme detail. Their goal was clear. The U.S. wanted to warn
that they are monitoring us every day from the air. They know everything, and the message they
wanted to send was, don't start a war. You cannot win. Zhang predicted, after arresting me,
she will surely fabricate a series of allegations, from treason and corruption to all sorts of other
crimes, to convince the world that I am a traitor, a sellout, and a corrupt official.
They might create fake videos saying I hid carloads of dollars and yuan, but those are
just old tricks. Don't believe them. If I truly had such massive wealth, it would have been seized
long ago. He affirmed, at my age and status, material possessions no longer have any meaning,
whether I spend the rest of my life in Chincheng prison or am executed. Wouldn't that wealth be
meaningless? In the final part of the letter, Zhang Youxia set out three expectations for Xi Jinping.
1. When the 21st National Congress takes place, retire on time, exactly as committed at the
third plenary session. 2. Do not launch any form of war. The military exists to protect the
motherland, not to serve personal ambitions. 3. Respect the international order established by
the United States. Never view the U.S. as an enemy, and truly implement reform and opening up.
If you truly love the people, return power to the people and fulfill the promises of democracy
and constitutionalism from the Yan'an era. At the end of the letter, he wrote,
If Xi truly orders my arrest, I hope all media will publicize this letter.
I also hope that he will read it. The entire content above is my personal account,
recorded by a friend. I have read, checked, and authorized its publication. No secretary was
involved. Signed, Zhang Youxia, December 2025. That concludes the primary contents of the secret
letter purportedly left behind by Zhang Youxia. If you believe this is indeed his authentic
message, please type 1 in the comments. If you suspect it is a fabrication, please enter 2.
We are eager to hear your thoughts and perspectives. Next, we move to another
shocking development currently unfolding within the Chinese political landscape.
Gunfire in Beijing? Is Xi Jinping facing the risk of a second coup?
Meanwhile, on January 28th, numerous witnesses in Beijing, near the Zhongnanhai area, the very
heart of power for the Chinese government, reported hearing highly unusual gunfire.
Local residents insist these were not celebratory fireworks or ceremonial salutes,
but quite possibly an armed clash between the People's Armed Police and other military factions.
Currently, the entire city of Beijing remains in a state of semi-martial law,
with military, police, and internal security forces heavily deployed along key thoroughfares.
Regarding military maneuvers, as we have reported over the past few days,
unidentified military units have been spotted on the move in areas surrounding Beijing and in many
provinces across the country. Citizens have captured images of long convoys of tightly
covered military vehicles traveling through the night toward the capital. Although Xi Jinping
has ordered the entire military to remain stationed in place, blockading barracks and
prohibiting all movement, videos and images circulating on social media suggest these
control orders are no longer being strictly obeyed. While these reports have yet to be
independently verified, an unprecedented phenomenon of collective silence and passive
resistance is truly emerging across the entire military. The coldness and eerie silence of these
military units are sending shivers through the leadership in Beijing. This is more than just a
silent rebellion against Xi Jinping's absolute power. It indicates he is facing a second coup,
the inevitable consequence of the total collapse of the Red Second Generation Pact.
Given the context that both Jiang Yuxia and Xi Jinping are Red Second Generation elites,
who grew up together in the same compound with fathers who shared life and death bonds during
wartime, the fact that Xi Jinping, driven by an obsession with absolute power, has ruthlessly
purged those of his own revolutionary bloodline, shows he has lost his final support base within
the military and the party. And when bloodline is no longer a shield, fear will become the detonator.
Observers suggest that 2026 could become a life-and-death turning point for the Beijing regime
as the loyalty crisis within the military has far exceeded every scenario Xi Jinping had prepared
for. The sudden fall from grace of General Jiang Yuxia has plunged the entire political system
into a crisis of confidence. Fear is spreading from the military to central agencies as many
officials begin seeking ways to escape. Former vice minister of the Central Organization
Department flees China. Officials in a panic to escape. China is currently witnessing an
unprecedented wave of defections. Many are abandoning their posts, not by submitting
resignations, but by quietly vanishing from the system altogether. According to the latest
revelation from Shanghai businessman Hu Liren, a former vice minister of the CCP's Central
Organization Department, whose name he cannot disclose, fled the mainland on January 17th and
has now reached another country. As the Central Organization Department holds total authority over
the party's personnel, the flight of such a high-ranking official is seen as a devastating
blow to Beijing's foundation of power. Mr. Hu Liren issued a brief, ominous warning.
A massive storm is approaching. According to his assessment, this incident may lead to the
exposure of a series of secrets, once considered top secret within Zhongnanhai. He stated,
When the door to these secrets is flung open, the end of the Chinese Communist Party will not
be far off. Those who escape are the living witnesses to the entire system and its true
history. Mr. Hu believes this is not an isolated incident, but a chain reaction within the party
triggered by the fear of purges and prosecution. When even the person in charge of personnel,
a position at the very heart of the power machinery, must flee to save their life,
it signals that Beijing's security foundation has completely collapsed.
Amid this rising tension, Mr. Du Wen, the former director of the Government Legal Advisory Office
of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a former political prisoner held for over 12 years in China
and currently living in exile in Europe, has issued an urgent appeal to domestic generals,
including Zhang Youxia, He Weidong, Miao Hua, and Liu Zhenli. Du Wen asserts that these generals
are left with only two paths, either sit still and wait for the blade to fall, or proactively
stand up and seize their destiny. Mr. Du stated, This purge is not aimed at mistakes but at absolute
control. Every action you take today is deciding the future of 1.4 billion Chinese people.
He emphasized, This is not a reckless act but a rational choice in a life or death moment.
When the blade is already raised, instead of kneeling to wait for death, stand up to reclaim
life. Better to speak out and live than to stay silent and die. Notably, he also made a shocking
commitment. If the generals take action, he will coordinate with international groups to move their
families out of China safely, ensuring they have no further burdens left behind. Furthermore,
Du Wen publicly shared his contact address, duwen07 at mailfence.com, instructing that relatives of
the generals need only send an email with the three numbers 999 and he will provide a secure
communication channel. In the early days of 2026, China has fallen into unprecedented chaos.
It is likened to a giant powder keg, where a single small spark is enough to detonate the
entire system. On the surface lies a facade of stability, but beneath it are fierce political
undercurrents. Will the Jiangyuxia case be the fatal blow that collapses the power system,
or is it merely the prelude to a new political storm surging within the heart of the Chinese
Communist Party? Let us wait and see how the finale of this grand drama unfolds.
