Today's video won't have any recipes or doughs—just a little chat During this time I've envisioned this video in various ways I would have liked to make this first so to speak confession today with a bit more certainty but I couldn't wait to start talking with you—indeed to be completely honest I really need to talk in general I don't know where to begin because I myself don't have things entirely clear yet—this idea this project taking shape in my mind— And perhaps little by little it will begin to take shape—something that gives me an immense rush yet at the same time terrifies me deeply Yes I'm thinking about bringing my handmade pizza and my passion for baking and pizza into the real world yes to make it a real business those who’ve only recently gotten to know me might think so too It's a bit of my story a bit how the channel came to be a bit from where I'm from Anyone who has followed me for a long time knows my original profession is different—I was born a lyric singer yet I've always had a deep passion for baking The pandemic unfortunately gave many of us time to further explore certain passions— as you know the channel was bor And over time it has become something that has grown so widespread I'm absolutely thrilled Your response and affection over these past two years have been incredible—not so much for the numbers meaning not primarily for the sheer number of subscribers— for the number of views certainly that's extremely important and this has allowed the channel to grow precisely because of the trust you've shown me do you know what my greatest fear was when I first started this channel journey when I first posted recipes I 'd post and say the video was getting views it was doing okay—initially they were modest and then inside me I was thinking now they'll start testing the recipe and if it doesn't work if they don't like it they'll start writing to me And when I started receiving the first feedback I tried the recipe —it worked perfectly just as you explained and I was very satisfied That has been and continues to be my greatest satisfaction surpassing numbers and over time you'll understand that baking for me It's truly a passion that goes beyond the channel beyond video production—I love baking I love kneading dough I love experimenting And the time I've spent dedicating myself to deepening this passion the satisfaction it brings me and the feedback I've received from the community On behalf of all of you in time you have deepened even further my connection to this world to baking with pizza with bread with countless products and right now the desire to bring handmade pizza is growing within me more and more even in the real world pay attention —YouTube isn't any less real because despite being digital all of this is actually very tangible and concrete Making the videos requires an enormous amount of effort from me I've received your response confirming that you produce the products so there's already something tangible but all this experience this game that initially was just a game made me realize tha Working with dough is something that gives me great satisfaction making food—specifically pizza and bread—for others is something that brings me great satisfaction expressing my personality and tastes through a pizza through the dough through the choice of a specific flour and a particular flavor I feel like it actually helps me express myself so it's not just okay—now the channel works and I want to open a pizzeria probably if I were to think solely from a business perspective I wouldn 't do it meaning over the years I' ve invested so much in the studio what has been my profession— namely opera singing—I've come to realize just how much it parallels music the white art I don’t want to define myself as an artist at all—absolutely not—after all that’s the last thing I’d claim but in the end this world offers me just as much fulfillment e ability to communicate through the product I create and truly let someone taste On the other hand you know me for sharing recipes but you 've never tasted one of my pizzas—maybe it's not even good and so I realized that this thing can represent me that I can express myself through a pizza that I can express who I am through a pizza everything behind it—from shaping the dough to choosing the flavors—just as I said before I'd really love to do it so muc I've been thinking about it for quite some time now— I'm not saying I'm on the right track because there's an endless list of things to do but mostly I've realized What’s the path to follow and I’ve realized which pieces need to come together—finding a space the right tools— ot to mention all the bureaucracy behind it and in a much harsher way the financial aspect—securing funds— Talking to the banks—well there's a lot to do Let' s just say I've started putting the pieces together I finally understood how I need to move around I've even started noticing a few local spots the problem is that all this—quoted I did it in secret— at is I didn't share it with you— obviously not out of spite it's just normal I wasn't clear about it myself either but I'm not hiding it from you This made me a bit uncomfortable I'm so used to sharing and this would truly be such a special thing f it were realized as if I were taking each of you with me a little bit on this journey—not quite a transformation but rather the YouTube channel and sharing— They will always remain they are the foundation of handmade pizza but this evolution which is why I felt it was absolutely necessary to make this video today and in truth with this video I've decided that I want to walk the entire path with you as far as possible and I hope to share every step There's no doubt it won't be easy to share everything I realize that especially since I've already noticed how many things need to be done But I truly feel the need to do it so what's the idea Aside from deepening and moving forward along with the video I post every week dedicated to a recipe a preparation a cooking technique or a special ingredie I'll also be posting these short videos a bit more frequently to keep you updated on what's
