Hey there! Happy Easter! Welcome to my home. Today I am sharing with you all of the Easter decor
that I have in my home for 2025. I have added a few more touches since I've shared with you last
year on my channel, but I really wanted there to be one video on my channel this year that you could
go to and see all of the Easter decor in one place. So today I'm sharing with you all of the
decorating that I've shared here already and of course the couple of spaces that I've updated for
the season that you haven't seen. So I hope that you enjoy this video. I hope that it inspires you
for Easter this season and I'm just grateful you're here. So let's get to decorating!
We're starting today by adding just a few simple and soft Easter touches to the bedroom.
Here's a look at my bedroom with just the few simple Easter touches that I added. I
actually just updated my bedroom for spring recently. I added new bedding, curtains,
updated the nightstands, and I got this gorgeous new rug. It's from Revival Rugs. I did share it
all here on my channel, so I'll link that video below just in case you want to check that out.
This rug is probably my favorite thing in this room right now. Adding it has really just elevated
this space. It's a vintage hand-woven rug from Turkey. It's one-of-a-kind, truly a collector's
piece. You can see and feel the craftsmanship in this rug. I wish you could feel it through
the screen. I really just don't think there is a substitute for something handmade like this.
Revival has hundreds of beautiful heritage-quality rugs to choose from like this one on their site.
Their team handpicks each one of these rugs from Turkey and Morocco, so they've already done the
hard work at finding the best pieces at amazing prices too. Revival Rugs was kind enough to
video and offer us 20% off their beautiful pieces. That discount is only available through
the link in my description box below, or you can use the QR code here on the screen.
So if you're refreshing your home this season and you want something truly special that will last
for decades, be sure to check them out and get that 20% off your order.
Now we are moving on to the front porch, a space that is definitely in need of a little spring
love. It has been looking pretty bare so far this season, so I'm excited to add a few cheerful
Easter touches to brighten it up just in time for the holiday.
Almost all of the greenery that I'm using here is from Balsam Hill, except for the bunny topiaries.
Those are from Hobby Lobby, but everything else is Balsam Hill. They are hands down my go-to
for outdoor faux greenery. I'm sure you know if you've visited me here before. I have had these
pre-lit topiaries on my front porch for quite a few seasons now, and they still look just as
vibrant and as beautiful as the day I got them. I also decided to bring one of my favorite pot
fillers, the purple Balsam Hill hydrangeas, from the back porch up to the front. I wanted a little
pop of color right in this spot, and I think these are perfect. Of course, these gorgeous reeds are
also Balsam Hill, and I do have a discount code for spring for them, so I'll be sure to leave that
in the description box below. If you're refreshing your patio or front porch for the season and want
something that will last year after year, Balsam Hill is truly the best. It is always my top
recommendation, so I'll have all the details in the description for you as well.
I also decided to add a few faux florals to the bunnies and larger topiaries just to dress them
up a bit for the season. It's a small detail, but I think it's the perfect finishing touch for this space.
Let me have this lambie toy. Let me have your lambie. Let me have that lambie. Do you love your lambie?
You love your lamb? You do? You love your lamb? Hank, where's your toy? Now we are out on the back patio,
the birdhouse that I mentioned in my prior patio video finally arrived, and it is so precious. I
nestled it right into the base of the Balsam Hill Zinnia Pot Filler, and I just love how it looks
here. It's so sweet. I'm so excited for my little bird. I am keeping the Easter touches back here,
just very simple. I added this sweet bunny that I've had for many years. I think it's originally
from HomeGoods. I really love it. I thought it would be great out here in this space, and then
I'm also just adding this cute little Easter truck I'm using as a centerpiece for my bistro
table. Sweet, simple, and I think perfect for Easter. I am decorating my living room for Easter,
starting with the focal point of this space, the mantle. After a very nostalgic holiday season and
a cozy winter, I knew that I wanted to bring in a bit more vibrance and whimsy for spring, and
nothing inspires me more this time of year than the Texas wildflower fields that are near my home
here in the Texas hill country. They're so full of color and magic during the springtime, and I
absolutely love them. I'll try to share them here with you this year, either on this channel or my
vlog channel. They are what inspires me the most and probably gets me the most excited about this
season. So naturally, I knew that I wanted a floral explosion here. I know that sounds a little wild,
I know, but when I think about decorating for Easter, I think of bunnies, flowers, tea parties,
and somehow that always every year leads me to the Mad Hatter and his tea party from Alice in
Wonderland. That's just where my brain goes. I guess you could say I am channeling my inner Mad
Hatter today, going a little mad with the florals, but honestly, I'm not mad at it.
All of the faux florals that I'm using on and around the mantle today are from Hobby Lobby,
with the exception of the single stem pink roses. I love to bring in lavender and other purple tones
during the spring. Purple is actually my mom's favorite color, hi mom! So this is what I decided
to focus on for the mantle arrangement this year. I want this to feel whimsical, elegant, and of
course a little bit wild, so I'm layering floral bundles in a very undone organic way to build out
each arrangement here. I wanted to balance the arrangements on the mantle by adding one at the
base of the fireplace as well, so I'm bringing the same floral bundles down to the hearth,
gathered in a rattan basket. You'll notice that each arrangement here is mismatched in size,
which is actually intentional because that adds a bit of interest and it really helps
to create that whimsical, almost just wild look that we're going for here.
I stumbled across a quote the other day by Estée Lauder where she said that her favorite flower
was whatever flowers were in season, and I really love that because my favorite flower,
I always used to say they were tulips or peony or cabbage roses, but honestly, I feel the same,
and I wonder if you are like that too. Do you love or fall in love with the flowers of the season,
or do you have a favorite flower year-round? Let me know in the comments below if you love
flowers by the season or if you have a favorite flower all year-round all the time.
Finishing up the mantle today with this incredibly beautiful wreath from one of my
all-time favorite places to source faux florals, especially in the springtime,
and that is Balsam Hill. I absolutely love their hydrangea wreaths, they're always so well made
and add the perfect touch of elegance to any space for spring and summer.
Now moving on to the front of the living room, this is the heart of my home when it comes to
welcoming guests, whether for a special seasonal gathering or just a casual afternoon visit. Since
it is right by the front entry, it naturally becomes the go-to spot for conversation,
coffee, or tea. That's why this is the one space I always find myself decorating and refreshing the
most throughout the year. There's just something so special about bringing the beauty of each season
to life in here. And of course, my little decorating assistants are never far away,
keeping a close eye on every seasonal update. They especially love inspecting the new throw
pillows and blankets, as you'll see in a minute. After all, they're the ones who spend the most
lounging on them. I thought it would be the perfect time to add a few spring touches to
the entryway. This is the one space that I haven't decorated yet for this season,
so I'm really looking forward to creating a warm and welcoming feel here.
I decided to keep the palette here pretty neutral, just soft and airy.
And of course, I'm bringing in a few bunnies for Easter because what's spring decor
without a little bit of bunnies, right? This little bunny that I'm putting on the top shelf
was my great aunt's. I love that it now lives in my Easter decor collection.
You may notice that I already hung my white Balsam Hill hydrangea wreath on the vent hood. If you
remember, we hung the same wreath in the breakfast room window, so I'm adding one here as well. I
think it just really ties the two spaces together. Whenever I decorate for a different season or
holiday, I like to just go ahead and clear off the countertops first. It's so much easier to
stage everything when I have a blank slate, and then I can just add in the seasonal decor while
intermixing all of the everyday essentials back in. I just love these William Sonoma tea towels
so much that I thought it would be fun to frame one and put it here in the kitchen,
so that is what I'm doing right now. I'm just using one of the gold frames that I
already have around the house and folding up the towel and putting it in.
Of course, we've got to bring the Graza olive oils back to the countertop. They are essential
since I use them every single day. When I picked up these paper mache eggs from William Sonoma,
I knew I wanted to display them somewhere in my home because they are just so lovely, so I decided
to place them in these lanterns that I always seem to have a spot for somewhere in my decor downstairs.
I'm sure you've seen them before on my channel, but I just love how they look on the island.
And since the theme is Peter Rabbit, we've got to keep things just a little bit whimsical,
so I'm adding some cabbage and carrots around the base just to finish off the island centerpiece.
Today, we are starting by updating the wall prints in my breakfast room with the sweetest
Peter Rabbit graphics. This season, I happened to find the most precious Peter Rabbit dinnerware at
Pottery Barn and William Sonoma, and when I did, I instantly knew that I wanted to make it my theme
for the dining areas and the kitchen this year. I have loved Peter Rabbit ever since I was a little
girl, and it just feels like the perfect nostalgic touch for Easter. I was actually pleasantly
surprised to see quite a bit of Peter Rabbit themed decor when I was out and about shopping
this year, not only at Pottery Barn and William Sonoma, but I also found a few things at Home Goods
and TJ Maxx as well. I'll try to share a full haul of everything that I picked up in my upcoming
kitchen decorating video so that you can see everything, but if you've watched a few of my
breakfast room decorating videos before, then you probably know I love to switch out these prints
with the changing of the seasons and different holidays. This is a room that I spend a lot of
time in, so changing the artwork regularly, usually when I update my tablescape in here,
just brings me a lot of joy. I really like to do it. It's so fun. Since I swap them out so often,
I like to print my art at home on watercolor paper. Most of the time, I design my own prints
using Canva, but Etsy also has amazing digital downloads that are super affordable, and you can
find just about any design or theme you're looking for there. I also wanted to mention that I do get
asked about these gold frames that I use in here often. I found them on Amazon. They come in a set
of five. The ones that I'm using in here are 12 by 16 with matting that fits an eight and a half by
11 inch print, which is perfect if you like to print your own art at home like I do. They do come
in other sizes as well, so I'll have the frames linked below along with the paper that I use for
my wall art. I'm adding one of my favorite Balsam Hill hydrangea wreaths to the back window in here.
When it comes to hydrangea wreaths, the Balsam Hill one is hands down the best quality that I
have ever found. It is real touch, and I am telling you, absolutely beautiful, even more so
in person. Plus, it holds up incredibly well in the elements. I had this wreath on my front door
all spring and summer last year, and as you can see, it still looks brand new even after being
outside for nearly five months and then packed away after that, so I definitely recommend this
one if you are looking for something similar to last you year after year. To add a pop of color
and tie in that classic Peter Rabbit blue, I'm adding this beautiful blue wired ribbon
to the center. You know I love to use ribbon when I'm decorating for the different seasons
and holidays. I actually have a couple of Christmas ribbon tutorials on my channel
where I walk you through how I make my bows and how I use ribbon in my green wreath.
I'm finishing off the bow on the wreath by wrapping a small piece of ribbon around the
center of the loops just to hide that zip tie that I used. Since I'm working with wired ribbon,
it is super easy to just twist the two ends of this piece together behind the wreath to hold
everything in place. You like Peter Rabbit? You do? Hi sweet boy. Are you gonna help me finish
the dining room today? You're such a good boy. You're mama's good boy. I love you.
Did you see all those deer earlier? You did? You want to see if they're still back there?
Let's look out the window. Where do you think they went? Where do you think they went? Let's
look out there. Is anything out there? Check and see. Check and see. Where are those deer?
Where'd they go? Maybe they'll come back. You're a good boy. Mommy loves you. I love you Bean.
Can you tell everybody hi? Say thank you for watching our channel today. We really appreciate
you guys. The neighborhood that I live in in the Texas Hill Country is surrounded by ranches and
we are so lucky to have two different types of deer out here. We have both whitetail deer and
axis deer that move through the property each day. This morning I was able to catch the axis deer on
camera while I was filming this video. Since axis deer mate year-round, there are several fawns in
the herd right now and they are just so incredibly precious to see each day. Seeing them through this
back window is just such a blessing for me. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have this experience
each morning and I am really glad that I caught it on camera here today to share with you.
Since this is my eastern tablescape, I thought it would be fun to use a basket as the centerpiece
here. I'm using the same blue ribbon on the basket that I used on the wreath in the window
just to carry that pop of blue over to the table.
Since the theme is Peter Rabbit, I just had to add a cabbage. I found this one at Michael's
craft store this year. I've never bought a fake cabbage before but I'd say this one's pretty good
for my first artificial cabbage. I did pick up two, one for this table and another for the
long dining room tablescape that you will see in just a bit.
So
these are the Peter Rabbit place settings from Pottery Barn that I was telling you about earlier,
the ones that inspired this entire theme. The salad plates each have a different scene and they
are just the absolute sweetest thing. Plus, each plate actually has a matching cloth napkin which
is so darling. I just, I cannot handle the cuteness. I love this set so much, my absolute
favorite dish set that I own right now. And that's saying something because I do fancy myself a
collector of china, especially seasonal ones, things like that. So this set is just beyond
beautiful and it is currently on clearance so I will have it linked below. I also thought
the cabbage cup and saucer set from Target this year complimented this collection perfectly.
To finish out the place settings today, I'm adding these adorable marshmallow crackers
from Williams-Sonoma. I do have a small bar card in here as well that I love to update with the
so today I'm just using it to display a few extra Peter Rabbit-inspired pieces that I have.
Now onto the long table centerpiece. I was really inspired by this adorable piece of
Peter Rabbit artwork and thought it would be so precious to try and recreate the look here
in the center of my dining table. I found these two antiqued terracotta pots at Farmhouse Market.
I'll try to have them linked below if they're still available. I also thought I would quickly
mention that the green table runner and the placemats that I used on the round table are
pieces that I picked up from Hobby Lobby a few years ago so unfortunately I don't have a link
for those. This year I also found the perfect Peter Rabbit at Michaels. How sweet is he with
his little coat and basket full of carrots? Oh I just love him so much. The moment I saw him,
I knew that it was kismet. He fit the theme perfectly so I wanted to find a really special
place to display him. I think he finishes out this centerpiece so nicely. Now I'm just bringing
in a few of those same white flowers we used on the round table to tie everything together
and I will officially be ready to welcome guests this Easter. So that is it for this video. I just
wanted to thank you for being here today and take a moment to wish you a wonderful and blessed
Easter holiday. I hope that you have a beautiful celebration however you celebrate with your family
and your friends and I will see you again very soon in the next video. Until I do,
take care and happy decorating!
