Hi guys, I have a confession to make. So I've been eating whatever I want every single day
for the past week, which is good right? But my gut health has not been happy about it.
I've been eating spicy food, fried chicken, instant noodle every day and that's why I've
been bloated every single day and I just don't feel good in general as well. So in this video,
I'm gonna bring you guys along with me on a what I eat in a day reset edition. I'll be making
healthy recipes and for those of you who are also struggling with eating cleaner,
this video is gonna be for you. Let's get straight into it. If you don't know me by now,
I basically eat the same thing for breakfast every single day. So let's make it. So I actually
pan-fried some chicken thighs yesterday. I'm just gonna be making, um using, I'm just gonna be,
I made some chicken thigh yesterday. I'm just gonna reuse them today and make a tomato chicken
thigh udon. I'll be chopping some tomato and some garlic as well. Oopsie. So I just went to the
grocery. Let me show you what I've got. I have tomatoes, some pork chop, my staples, blueberries,
and then tofu, enoki mushrooms, ground beef, um what is this, oh pork, sukiyaki pork,
and some eggs. So I actually just got injured. It was bleeding quite a lot and it's still hurting.
So the last thing that I should be doing is cooking. Um I'm just gonna be making something
that doesn't require chopping, washing. So let's make a ground beef egg rice bowl. Actually I need
to cook some veggie for my dogs. So we're gonna be making some, just gonna be cooking some broccoli.
And we also need to make the sauce for the rice bowl. Soy sauce, two tablespoons,
dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon, some black pepper, just a little bit of sugar.
Bon appetit.
I've actually made this quite a few times already. It's always so easy and so simple.
It's for those days when you just don't have the mental capacity to think of what to cook
and even cooking itself. This is the best go-to meals and it's very high protein as well.
Healthy, high protein and really tasty.
