Welcome to Villa Arable, a residence designed to immerse you in the natural environment,
blending indoor and outdoor living to enhance your sensory experience and connection to the
place you call home. Inspired by the relaxed, open nature of hotel life, Villa Arable translates
the vacation experience into everyday living. Facing south, the façade presents a seemingly
enclosed and dark space, but upon entering, you are welcomed by a double-height ceiling
and an indoor garden. The kitchen at Villa Arable is designed as a central hub that embodies
the home's philosophy of blending indoor and outdoor living while providing functional
elegance. Drawing from the dynamic spaces of a traditional hacienda, Villa Arable offers
flexibility in how you use its areas. This green heart brings life to the home, offering
serene views from every interior space and reinforcing the connection to nature. Floors
and walls are clad in polished marble and regional stone, providing a luxurious yet
earthy feel. Just like in a hotel, where open spaces connect different areas, this home
encourages you to walk outside, see the trees, embrace nature, and appreciate the surroundings.
The villa sits on an irregularly shaped plot, adapting seamlessly to the land's unique form
and natural features. Crafted from regional stone, marble floors, stucco, chukum plasters,
concrete, and regional woods like tsalam, Villa Arable uses materials that reflect the
local environment. At the heart of Villa Arable lies a courtyard that preserves existing trees,
transforming the space into a vibrant Yucatecan jungle. The villa's design takes full advantage
of natural light and shadows, which shift throughout the day to highlight different
areas. You might choose to dine outside the dining room or read outside the living room,
finding coolness, sunlight, or shade as you need. This house is designed to provide options
for every moment in activity. In the evening, the home achieves a harmonious balance between
interior and exterior spaces, creating a serene environment in intimate communion with nature.
Villa Arable is more than a residence. It's a lifestyle. It invites you to live flexibly,
