Charles Leclerc DEFENDS Max Verstappen s Criticism on 2026 F1 Regulations 3

I think that's a bit of an extreme statement, but I know Max, I know he can be quite black or white sometimes, but are these the most enjoyable cars I've ever driven? No. There are many things we need to improve and that's what we are working on. The progress is very fast as well, so I'm sure that in one year's time it's going to be a very different picture to what we have now. Everybody is throwing each other the ball of who is the fastest. I don't believe in any of what they say and I don't believe in Lando's reaction. I think we've seen a few things on the Mercedes engine that are very impressive and they are not showing any of that and when I say any of that, we are speaking about quite a lot. Red Bull has shown a bit more than what Mercedes has shown and they are very impressive as well, especially more on the electrical side of things with the recharge and the amount they can deploy on each single lap is very impressive. I feel like Mercedes is more the raw power that is very impressive and probably more the electrical side of things on the Red Bull power unit.
