Cancer can thrive, but here's how to stop it.
Hey, Dr. Amy here, and as a nine-year cancer survivor and cancer researcher,
I'm showing you the three T's that help fight cancer cells.
This is going to protect your cells, support your immunity,
and set you up for long-term cancer remission.
These are not trendy detox T's.
These are ancient T's that are backed with research.
It's the compounds in these T's that have the tools
to quietly change your internal environment.
How you use them matters far more than people realize.
So if you're watching this right now,
whether you're in treatment or recovering from treatment
or going through cancer yourself or supporting someone
who's going through cancer, this video is for you.
These small daily habits are going to reduce inflammation,
improve your metabolic health, and they're going to give you
that immune surveillance and cellular repair.
Over time, that's what matters in fighting cancer.
Okay, starting with number one, turmeric tea.
Turmeric contains curcumin.
Now, curcumin is one of the most well-studied compounds
when it comes to fighting cancer.
It's been shown to reduce inflammation,
to interfere with cancer cell signaling.
Turmeric can actually limit a tumor's blood supply.
Plus, it can promote programmed cell death.
But what most people do not understand is this.
Turmeric doesn't attack the cancer cell.
It changes the environment in which cancer needs to survive.
Cancer thrives in chronic inflammation.
It's turmeric that helps quiet that inflammation.
Before my own diagnosis, I understood inflammation academically,
but after cancer and after going through it myself, I felt it.
That deep, heavy fatigue.
The soreness, the muscle aches and pains, the brain fog,
that's inflammatory stress.
Supporting inflammation control became foundational in my recovery.
But here's the key.
Curcumin is poorly absorbed on its own.
That is exactly why turmeric is paired best with black pepper.
Plus, if you really want to increase the absorption,
pair it with something fatty like coconut milk.
That combination together dramatically increases absorption.
Inside the Cancer Freedom Program, I work with a breast cancer thriver
who chronically had persistent joint pain.
She was so stiff.
When she got out of bed in the morning,
she'd have to slowly open up her hands.
She'd have to push them against the bed so they'd stop hurting.
And when she got up from an office chair,
even in the middle of the day, same thing.
Now, instead of jumping to high-dose supplements,
we did something different.
We started turmeric tea daily.
Within weeks, her pain dramatically decreased.
Her mobility improved.
Her confidence began to come back.
That matters.
Feeling safe in your body after cancer is part of your healing process.
Now, turmeric tea is one of my favorite teas to drink after cancer.
This is something I regularly include in my routine.
Okay, but here's a practical tip.
Use fresh turmeric or a really high-quality turmeric powder.
Then add black pepper to it and drink it with food.
Do this most days of the week.
That consistency over time is exactly what's gonna help.
Okay, but look, these three teas that we're going through in this video,
this is a brilliant place to start.
But if you truly want a holistic strategy
that's gonna help you fight against cancer,
then you're gonna need something more.
Let me show you the way for free.

Okay, but moving on to number two.
Green tea.
Now green tea is one of the most powerful
cancer protective beverages on the planet.
It contains something known as EGCG.
EGCG has been shown to do a number of things,
including inhibit tumor growth.
Plus it reduces oxidative DNA damage.
It improves your immune surveillance
and it regulates your cell cycles.
In simple terms, green tea helps your cells behave properly.
Cancer develops when cells lose regulation.
Green tea supports that regulation.
When I was in my own treatment,
brain fog and fatigue, it was constant.
Green tea became part of my daily rhythm,
not for caffeine, but for clarity.
It helped me feel more alert without crashing.
That matters because your metabolic instability
increases your risk of recurrence.
High insulin, blood sugar spikes, and chronic stress.
Cancer loves that chaos.
Green tea is what's gonna bring stability
to your internal environment.
Now, population data consistently shows
that green tea reduces the risk of several types of cancer.
This includes breast cancer,
prostate cancer, and colorectal cancer.
Now, inside the Cancer Freedom Program,
I've worked with several women
who have severe afternoon crashes in their energy.
We end up replacing their afternoon coffee with a green tea.
Within three weeks, they have more stable energy.
They sleep better and they have fewer cravings.
Now, those small shifts over time, they compound.
Now, here's a practical tip.
Brew your green tea in water that's hot, but not boiling.
Too much heat can actually destroy
those cancer-fighting compounds within the green tea.
One cup of green tea every day
is such a powerful baseline for you.
Okay, but onto number three, oolong tea.
Now, number three is the most underrated.
You've probably heard people speak about green tea
and turmeric tea when it comes to cancer prevention,
but rarely do you hear people speak about oolong.
It's such a shame and don't make the same mistake
by missing out.
Now, oolong sits between green tea and black tea.
It's partially fermented,
which gives it very unique biological properties.
Oolong contains polyphenols.
This is gonna reduce oxidative stress.
It also improves fat metabolism
and stabilizes your blood sugar.
And it reduces inflammatory signaling.
But why does all of that matter for cancer?
Because metabolic health and cancer are deeply connected.
High insulin, excess body fat, chronic inflammation.
These all are going to increase your risk
of a cancer recurrence.
Now, oolong is what directly targets that pathway.
Now, during my own recovery,
rebuilding my metabolic health was critical,
but very difficult.
Treatment disrupts everything.
Your hormones, your muscle mass, your blood sugar.
Oolong becomes part of that reset.
It supported my digestion.
It reduced bloating and it helped stabilize my appetite.
Now, in my practice, I've seen oolong tea
that helps cancer survivors.
Now, in my practice, I've witnessed oolong tea
dramatically help cancer survivors
who have been challenged with their weight
because of treatment.
One breast cancer survivor that I work with,
she felt so discouraged.
She was trying to lose weight,
but nothing seemed to work.
She told me she had tried everything.
So we added oolong tea to after her meals.
Over months, she had better digestion, more energy,
and she had a gradual weight stabilization.
She lost weight.
No extremes, no punishment, just support.
That is sustainable healing.
Okay, so here's a practical tip for oolong tea.
Drink it after your meals, especially lunch and dinner.
This is going to be especially important
to help support glucose control.
Okay, but now that you know these three Ts
to help prevent and fight cancer cells,
the next thing you need to know
are what spices to add to your cooking
to help fight cancer.
Make these simple and strategic changes
to dramatically reduce your risk of a cancer recurrence.
Cancer prevention doesn't need to be complex
or restrictive.
You can make the right choices
and still live your life to the fullest.
You can be the healthiest version of yourself now
after cancer.
Here's the next step.
