I've just arrived at the sickest location ever with the ultimate setup.
I just spotted this epic mound here. I reckon we can put the hopper ramp against that
and you can land the other side. This is my new Area 51 hopper ramp with the wheels on and the
SIR on. Hugely easy to move around with a bit of maneuvering. This could be the best jump on earth.
At least these aren't heavy. That's massive. That's so sketch. I hope this is going to work.
Whoa, it's like a mulch but it's rocks. You like stop dead on there. That's a good landing
actually. Let's get some a few tricks going in this start of a suey. Yo, oh I got all stones
in there. Where are they? Oh yeah, we don't want stones in there. Oh there we go, they're gone.
That's what you've got to be careful of. The belt drive and these stones are really small and flicky
yuppie. We got a bit of a stone rut at the bottom but I'm thinking that the next trick could be a
backflip but I've never flipped on hard on a SIR on and especially not out of a hopper
and we're landing on rocks. No way! Yeah, I'm actually so pumped. First kind of natural flip
on the SIR on. Whoa, what a setup. I was a bit scared at the start because I haven't done it
for ages. I pulled and nothing happened and I was like give it some throttle and it came around.
Oh my god, that's so sick. We've got a whole load more to explore around here so
let's go to the next zone. Look at this, this is like a really good drop on the mountain bike but
I think with that there, SIR on we can step up and then we'll move it and do some bike stuff.
That's a sick one.
Oh that is rad. What an insane setup. I landed just in the right place.
That's cool. Let's do a proper freestyle moto no hander lander.
That was the last minute, weren't it? Hoping I'd survive.
Let's go Axel Hodges and land in a manual, well wheelie and then go up that sort of fly out trial
section over there. Let's go on a mountain bike then. First hit. Feels pretty good I reckon.
The theory on it would look proper. We now come over to another spot. There's a bit of a lip here
and you can step down to that landing. Thanks to Chris Smith for showing us some stuff. He would
be riding with us but he's injured at the moment so he's just telling us cool spots. Let's do a
run up and see what it feels like. That's quite a run up. That's cool. You've got to get a tuck
no hander down it. That felt pretty sick to tuck down there. There's a cool little nose bonky
rock over here. Look at this. Double bonker. Next up we've got this big old hip here. That's the lip
as you can see and it goes into the bank on the side. It's all kind of washed away. It was for
bikes. It used to drop in up there but the run up's all destroyed now. I think on the Serra
it's going to work. It's kind of a scary big gap for this thing. Let's have a little run up.
Here we go then. I don't even have the speed there. That's scary. That was perfect. That's
huge isn't it? That was proper in there. Let's see that. We've come over here. There's a sick
shaley line that we're going to get a FPV shot on. I'll try it quick first and then you'll see
why it's going to look so sick when we get the drone out. I just was cleaning away some of the
biggest rocks that were sticking up and then we'll climb up and give it a shreddy. Here we go. Let's
try this little free rider then. That's a sick one. We'll get the drone out because there's an
additional bit at the top that's actually well rad. Okay dropping. What a line. Sick. We've come
across this super scary steep rock face there. It's pretty much vertical. It's hard to get a
good angle. I'm going to get the wide on and get next to it. I'll have the GoPro from the top
and hopefully I don't get bucked forward because they're straight down to concrete.
Up to the treacherous roll in we go then. It does look death though. Dropping.
Dropping. That's unbelievable. That was scary. I was so slow at the top.
That was a good bit of fear. That was proper mountain bike fear. I went to go and get the ramp
while Louis was getting all the other gear and I've set it up down there. Look it's so far away.
It's actually ridiculous. Kind of a scary step up. Hopefully the angle's right.
I thought I was going to hit you. That was a huge. Okay that's massive. Way quicker.
Oh that's so smooth. I can go way faster. What an epic step up that is.
Well the hopper is actually unbelievable isn't it? I reckon we can no foot can up there towards you.
Oh that feels amazing. Look at this bonus drone edge for you.
Wow huge. Then we're going up the step up. Come on Luke. Whoa let's go this way.
That step up was the best thing ever. It was such a huge amount of air with the nicest smooth
landing because you're landing up as a step up. The bigger they go the less impact it is when
you land on the top. It's so nice. We've got this big concrete block here. I want to get a bit of a
technical trilee on there. Oh sick. There's a perfect landing over here. Might even work with
a bike. We're going to put this in here on its highest setting and then the landing's like the
other side there. Let's flip that over. Put these up like that. Oh it's tiny. Best thing is hopper.
Do an extension for this. Let me grab it. Made it. There we go. Perfect.
Let's just come back when this is done actually. Some time later we're left with
the biggest ramp ever. It is portable. It's kind of harder to make but just with me and
Lou we've been able to move this into position. We've got a nice landing. I'm kind of scared for
it now. It's so big the gap and there's no case pad and that landing, that take off is massive.
Oh yeah. Perfect. I couldn't land it wrong or you'd die. It's quite a short landing as well.
I'm stoked on that. Here we go. Oh that was nice. A little moto-y back brake into it then.
It's not the most forgiving of landings though. I think we want to play on it. I thought I was
be able to do like supermans and stuff. Let's get on a bit down there just to make it look even
bigger. I'm going to try a little um knack knack. You know like one of them ones. Maybe that will
work. Well that felt actually knacky. The run-up's getting well sketched though. Look huge rut up the
lip which is just behind there. I think I'm done with that. The landing's not quite perfect. We've
got another little thing we want to hit over there on the mountain bike. So I think we're going to
pack all this away, get it in the van and get the last bit of daylight in that zone just there. We
just made it in time with a bit of light left. There's an epic little trail here for the mountain
bike. I think it's like a moto climbing route there. I'm going to try and hill climb it on
this thing. I don't think it's going to work. It's well steep and then blast on the canyon spectral.
Let me try from the bottom. Dropping up. Come on. Come on. Come on. No way. Oh almost.
Oh no. Oh so close. That's actually nuts and we've been riding all day 33 percent.
I'm going to try and lift it up and ride the section on this first. Made it.
Oh it's way scarier on this than the canyon. Oh I'm going quick. Oh my god.
That was quite out of control on that thing. Let's get it on
the spectral then. Dropping. Here we go. Oh my god that's incredible on that.
It's so ridiculous. It's so nuts how agile this is. Obviously switching from a moto to
a bike the weight difference is crazy but the grip on these contis is mind-blowing too.
So glad we were able to ride that little section. That's well fun. It is now way too late to find
anything else in here. So we're going to go tomorrow. We've got a whole load more action.
Let's have a look. It's the next day and it's raining so much but oh no I brought my foiling
gear on accident and it's going off. So we're going to get in there. Finale of the vid is foiling.
Just got back then from an epic foil session. Wow the weather is so bad. It's been raining
heavily the whole time. That is literally all we could have done today but the quarry was
absolutely amazing. We got even more footage than we thought. So if you want to see any more sick
stuff with the hopper out let me know if you've got any cool ideas. Write them down there but
unfortunately that's the end of the video. See you in the next one.
