Ten species of dinosaurs ruled the Mesozoic Era Three geological periods three distinct worlds each era dominated by its own ruling dynasty I'll tally up the 10 dinosaur species that dominated each geological period 10 Coelophysis a early predatory dinosaur A small slender fast-running carnivorous dinosaur that hunted in packs Although not particularly large Coelophysis dominated through its exceptional speed and highly effective coordination 9 Platyosaurus a late Triassic herbivorous giant with a long neck tall body and bipedal locomotion As one of the first giant herbivores it heralded the era of dominant land biomass 8 Dilophosaurus early Jurassic Carnivorous of medium size two crests on its head sharp dagger-like teeth Though not overly large its appearance was terrifying enough to prove that size doesn't determine everything 7 Allosaurus late Jurassic Carnivorous powerful jaws strong arms hunted in groups Before T-Rex emerged Allosaurus was the dread of every herbivorous creature 6 Stegosaurus a late Cretaceous dinosaur Herbivorous with a bony plate-covered back and a spiked tail for defense Clumsy yet extremely dangerous a single strike from its tail is enough to kill a predator 5 Brachiosaurus late Cretaceous Massive long-necked dinosaur with high front legs feeding on high foliage Its enormous size made it nearly immune to predators of its time 4 Spinosaurus early Cretaceous Carnivorous semi- aquatic long narrow snout large sail-like dorsal fin Unlike other dinosaurs Spinosaurus stands as a testament to evolutionary adaptability 3 Triceratops a late Cretaceous dinosaur Herbivorous with three large horns and a thick bony frill protecting its head Gentle yet far from weak the one opponent capable of facing the T-Rex head-on 2 Tyrannosaurus Rex Late Cretaceous period Eating huge prey possessing an extremely powerful bite and highly developed vision No need for speed or numbers—raw power alone is enough to dominate 1 Quê dụ Copelus the sky of the intermediate realm The giant flying lizard with wingspans exceeding 10 meters hunts prey from above Not only on the ground but even in the mid-heavens a dominant force reigns striking fear into all living creatures Each era has its own king who do you think rules the age of the dinosaurs Perhaps it's the T-Rex Don't forget to like and subscribe to the channel
