Tried & Tested Anti-Aging Products That Actually Work | Nina Ubhi

Let's talk about anti-aging products that actually work. These are all of the tried and tested products that I absolutely love and do rely on for a younger appearance, all are kind of like lifted features, and one of them is my Holy Grail. So I wanna go through these. There's not a whole load of them because obviously like that would be crazy. So I'm being very realistic about this. This is just the stuff that I use that I feel that really does help when it comes to anti-aging. So I'm not talking about help with, you know, my skin texture or I'm not talking about, because there are other products that I basically use that were really good for clearing my skin and things, but I don't think that's necessarily anti-aging. So I am only mentioning the things that are anti-aging. I'm 45 years old. So these are the products that I rely on. The first one is my Zip Halo 2.0. So this is a little device that basically I've been using for ages. I was actually using the original device, but now they've upgraded to the 2.0, which is this. And it doesn't mean you can't use the original, but this is basically something like 63% more effective. I don't know all the stats properly. One stat I do remember that kind of blew my mind was that 97% saw immediate lifting and firming. And I believe that because of how long I've been using this. And this is something that I love using right before an event as well for instant kind of like mini facelift. So this basically is a product that has kind of like electrical currents that work with your natural, like the process of your natural body. Basically helps to target certain muscles and help to lift the area. Now it all depends on the kind of like treatment plan that you use. So let me explain this to you. You have an app on your phone and it's the Zip app. And basically on that app, it's like your own little mini clinic. So you have like, I think it's roughly around 17 different treatment plans on there. It might be above or lower than that, but it's roughly around that many. And they're all for different things. Like you've got one, which is lymphatic drainage. Like it's crazy, it's so good. And then you've got one for like a pimple treatment. Then you've got a non-surgical facelift treatment, which is the treatment plan I'm currently doing. And I've done that several times before, but I probably do that maybe once a month or so. But then in between, I still continue using it, but on other different treatment plans. You've got one for like an eye lift. You've got all sorts of different stuff on there. You've got a collagen boost one, you know? So basically all of these treatment plans connect to your Zip Halo. So basically on your app, you choose which one you wanna go for. You turn your Zip Halo on, you grab your phone, go onto the app. It's basically, they talk to one another. So it connects via Bluetooth. And then you pick your treatment plan and that sends that treatment plan to your Zip Halo. And then a video comes up of someone, I think she's the founder, of doing that specific treatment plan and you basically follow along. So the Zip Halo knows when to buzz for you to lift and go onto the next bit. Every treatment plan has specific electrical currents designed for that goal, to target that actual goal. I basically use that and I absolutely love it. It genuinely is immediately lifting. Like the results that I've seen from it are absolutely amazing. And you use this with a conductive gel. So basically you can't use it on its own. You have to have clean skin and then you apply about eight to 10 pumps of this, right? That allows the Zip to work. So you have different gels that you can choose from. I think they have roughly around four different gels. You choose which one you want. I like using the Golden Gel because it is anti-aging and it's for mature skin. So I would highly recommend that one. You have other ones, like you've got the clear one. I think that's for like spot-prone skin, acne-prone skin. Then you've got the silver one, which I think is for dry, sensitive skin. And then you've got a crystal one, which is for strengthening your skin barrier and also glow boosting. So it really depends on what one you want, but the Golden Gel is what I use. You put the gel all over, you start the treatment plan, and literally it's so quick as well. So I love the fact that it also comes, the new one, the 2.0 comes in this little pouch. So you can travel with it really easily. So yeah, you just charge it up with your USB thing that it comes with and you're good to go. So that's basically one product that I use that I do heavily rely on for anti-aging. It's absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend that. Think I have a discount code. I'm not sure. So sorry about that. I can't remember because there's some products I have discount codes for, some I don't. So, okay, another product that I use, which I do rely on for anti-aging, is my 111 Skin Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask. I absolutely love this. I feel like this is a really good eye mask. I have recently put a reel up on my Instagram talking about good eye masks. So there are a couple more that are really good, which I'll talk through. But this one in particular, I feel is really good for anti-aging because it's really good at smoothing out your fine lines and wrinkles pre-makeup or even just as a night mask. And I know 111 Skin is expensive, but genuinely after using the products, I can tell you that they work. So I love that one. The other one that I really love is the Rode Peptide Eye Patches. I think they're really good pre-makeup. So they're really good for de-puffing. And I find that anti-aging because I feel like that in itself, puffiness is an issue that a lot of women face in their 40s. And it's definitely something for my under eye area that I've noticed I've been dealing with and struggling with. And that's a really good eye patch to use before applying makeup if you wanna very quickly cool and tighten the area. But the 111 Skin is really good if you wanna use this more long-term. Like for example, I use this a couple of nights a week and I feel like that really hydrates the area and really looks after my skin and it definitely is anti-aging for me. The other product that I use that I feel is anti-aging for me is the D'Alba UV Essence Waterfall SPF, SPF 50. Of course it's anti-aging because it's really helping to protect your skin and slow down the signs of aging by protecting your skin from the sun and UV rays. So this is one SPF that I've come back to because I really do love it because it doesn't irritate your skin. There are some SPFs out there and I've used some where they start almost stinging a little bit. You know, like if you have a little bit of sensitive skin. Like for example, I use tretinoin. If I use that and then I put a certain SPF on after, like not after applying it, but you know, the next morning, it stings a little bit. And that tells me that, right, my skin is a little bit sensitive from the tretinoin and that SPF in particular is not that calming for my skin. It's clearly gonna aggravate it. This one doesn't do that. And I love the fact that I can use it no matter what treatment I'm doing. Moving on to the next one, which I have just mentioned is tretinoin. That is a product that I use, which is highly anti-aging. Wow, it's absolutely amazing. I use this five nights a week and then I have two days off where I really focus on just full hydration. So I'll use something like the Biodance Collagen Overnight Mask. I'll leave that on all night or I'll use the PDRN, I can't remember what it's called actually, but it's the peptide serum. I'll use that and I'll really focus on hydration. Now, I'm not saying that I don't focus on hydration five nights out of the week when I'm using tretinoin because what I generally tend to do is put tretinoin on at night, but then after tretinoin, I'll leave that on, like I'll leave it on all night, but after about 20 minutes, I'll apply moisturizer and then that's me done for the night. Yeah, that tretinoin is something that increases your cell turnover. So it really does help with your skin texture more so. I would say retinol is probably more targeted towards fine lines and wrinkles. So that's also a really good anti-aging product, but tretinoin for me has been amazing for my skin quality as well as fine lines and wrinkles. Now, if you wanna go for retinol, there is a product, a specific brand that I have used, which is absolutely amazing and it is the Lancer Advanced Retinol Treatment. Absolutely amazing and really does work. That was actually a game changer for my skin initially when I first started using retinol, which I started a good, oh God, like eight years ago maybe I tried it and I absolutely loved it. So this is my last product that I wanna tell you about, which I am loving at the moment. I've recently started using it, but I absolutely love it. This is a new eye cream that I'm using. It's by Then I Met You. It's a snail, I don't know how to pronounce that word. I'm just gonna put it on the screen. Eye cream. So it basically is like filler without using needles. So like, for example, you will get a very kind of plumped look, not too necessarily like puffy, but it really helps to fill the fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes. And I'm telling you, you are gonna see results. I've only just recently started using it and I've already seen results. It's very calming and soothing on the skin. It's very smoothing as well. So like I said, it really does kind of almost plump out the fine lines and wrinkles. And it has this kind of ceramic tip applicator, which is pretty cooling to be fair. So I just apply this every night. And by the way, what I do love about this, they can be used on your 11 lines. Your 11 lines are right here. That's where you can use it. And I love that. So you are, my Botox is still in effect, so I don't really have, I've never really had 11 lines, but you know, I'm doing all these different faces just trying to see, but I, you know, still want to avoid it. It's all preventative at the end of the day. So yeah, I wanted to share that with you. Absolutely loving this. It is by the way, a Korean brand. So I think you're gonna love it.
